Death Against Death [1x1]

Zulemia chuckled and shook her head. "Don't worry about it. And no, I don't. Not yet. Someday I'd like to," she said, looking back at Adria. If only she knew! "What about you, Adria? Did you have a relationship with anyone in Heaven? Or any mortals, maybe?"

"Oh well hopefully you find that person and they treat you well and make you happy. And no one in heaven liked me at all well aside from the archangels they were.. somewhat nice.. kind of... but they did nothing to help me and i tried to befriend mortals but.. i just couldn't do it knowing when they would die and knowing i could do nothing about it plagued my mind to much..."

Adria lets out a long sigh. "I doubt ill even find my partner they are probably some far away place i have never even heard of or is hidden somewhere. It would be my luck to have something like that happen.... Do demons have a different term from partner? Since ill be here from now on I should try to get use to any changes with things like that."

((It's fine. I've just not gotten around to replying yet. I've got dozens of RPs, so I didn't want to reply to this one and then not be able to reply for ages.))

Zulemia nods along. "I see. And we don't, not really. Not much is different from the mortal realm, I don't think," she said. She picked up the pace, slightly, and in a few more seconds they were at the dorms.

There was a wide archway that lead into a huge, circular, stone paved courtyard. In the centre there was a small garden with boxes full of red, orange and yellow flowers. Around the circle were many tall towers made of maroon stone, with big steel barred windows. The door was made of heavy stone, with symbols carved into the front of them; families, burlap sacks, and other things that showed what sort of demons lived there. Zulemia walked towards a tower with a skull carved into the door. "Once you get your own room, you'll sleep there," she pointed towards the tower with a wing carved into the door.

"Ah alright then.." Andria lands next to mia and looks at the building and towers. "I assume this one is where you stay?" Adria points to the one with the skull. Adria then looked over to the flowers. "Flowers? I always thought nothing grew in hell.. i guess i was wrong about a alot of things tho..."

Zulemia laughed. "There are demons with hobbies," she said, running a hand through the flowers as she passed. "They make deals with demons that control water, and that's how they keep them looking okay." She walked to the tower and opened the door. "It's a spiral staircase, so we can fly straight up," she said, holding out her hand again.

"So do you have any hobbies mia?" A soft smile appears on adrias face as she gladly takes mias hand the two flying up to the top of the tower. "Oh by the way Mater Sanctus wants me to report back to her by the end of tonight could you maybe take me back there later so i don't get lost...?" Adria had a small embarrassed blush on her cheeks. She hoped that she wasn't annoying mia with all the questions and having to show her where everything is.

Zulemia considered the question for a few minutes. "I like racing the other demons, I guess," she said with a shrug. "I don't do it very often, though." She landed on the platform in front of another stone door, maybe fifteen or sixteen stories up. It had four names carved onto it: Amee, Rosalva, Vertie, Zulemia, in that order. Zulemia pressed one hand against the door, whispered something under her breath, and it opened. Zulemia held the door open for Adria as she walked into the room.

The room was bigger than it looked. There wallpaper was a light red, and all the furniture matched that colour scheme. There were two bunkbeds, with red sheets and duvets, and two dark red desks. Zulemia walked over and perched on the edge of one of the desks. "They're working, I think. They'll probably be back soon, though," she said.

"Maybe i can race you sometime? once i get use to these new wings.." Andria glances at the names. "I assume those are some of your friends?" Once adria walks into the room she looks around. "Its nice in here i like the colors." Adria kinda paces around the room. "So... what do you want to do while we are here?"

Zulemia smiled and nodded. "Sure! I'm pretty good, though," she said. She plucked up a notebook from the desk and tore out a page. "Think fast!" She shouted, throwing it towards Adria.

Before it got anywhere near the fallen angel, however, a blur sprinted forward and snatched it out of the air. There was a great cackle, and the blur stopped itself before it ran into one of the bunkbeds. It was a short girl with blonde, wavy hair so long that it reached her ankles. Her reddish-brown eyes glittered with mischief as she smiled at Zulemia with pointed teeth. "Got it!" She shouted back at Zulemia, throwing the ball of paper back at the other demon.

Zulemia snorted, and rolled her eyes. She opened the window behind her and threw the ball of paper out. As soon as it touched the hot hair, it incinerated. She closed the window again. "Not gonna acknowledge a guest, Amee?" She teased, pointing to Adria.
The long haired girl looked over her shoulder, and raised a bushy eyebrow. "Who're you?" She asked, looking the angel up and down.

"I cant wait then it should be fun." she enjoyed being in mias company very much.
Adria tried to snatch the paper out of the air but it was gone along with a blur. adria was very surprised to see another demon... she was so quick to adria could barely even see her as she went by. The new demon must be one of her friends adria thought.

Adria gives a small shy smile. "Im Adria nice to meet you." Adria holds her hand out to the demon for a handshake.

Amee looked from Adria, to her hand, to her wings, and finally to the necklace she was wearing. Her eyes widened in fear when she saw it, and she looked back to Zulemia, eyes urgent. Zulemia raised an eyebrow, and nodded towards Adria, sort of half-encouraging.
Amee turned around. She just barely took Adria's hand, just by the fingertips, and shook it like it was a very heavy boulder. She let go as quickly as she could and stepped away, pulling herself up onto one of the top bunks. She started to braid her long hair, glancing at Adria. "So, you're newly fallen?"

(...ooo that is a very interesting reaction... does that necklace mean more than what i think it is? )

The demons reaction to her was very.. strange she saw the fear in her eyes but she didn't understand why she was afraid adria gave mia a questioning look as if asking what that was about before returning her gaze to the other demon. "Mhm mia brought me here. It has been very enjoyable so far compared to my old life."

((......you'll never know :) ))

Amee nodded, eyes more on the necklace than on Adria. She looked to Zulemia, eyebrow quirked. "Not like you, Zul," she murmured under her breath, finishing off the braid and tying it with a bobble on her wrist. If Zulemia heard her, she didn't acknowledge it. "Why'd you fall, then?"

(I like mystery's.. and dam i have a big one in another rp XD so i guess its only fair to have a mystery for me to solve... dam fate XD )
Adria began to feel slightly uncomfortable with the demon staring at her. "A very.. very long list of reasons I don't feel like going over them again.." Adria would prefer to forget those times as they would only dampen her mood. Adria shifts uncomfortably as the demon continued to stare. Adria looks over to mia. "So i assume it wont be much longer for the others to arrive?"

Amee nodded again, and untied her hair to do it all again.
Zulemia shrugged, then nodded. "Probably. We usually finish up around the same time."

As if on cue, the door swung open. In twirled a short Asian girl with a black pixie cut and tons of metal bracelets on her wrists and ankles. "Hi guys!" She exclaimed, voice high pitched. She looked around the room, and her eyes fell on Adria. The sight of the necklace didn't seem to creep her out as much. "Ooh, you're new, yeah?" She chirped, reaching out her small hand and running it over the bumps and cuts in the wing. "They're really pretty!" She smiled, her teeth also sharp. "Oh! I'm Vertie, by the way," she said quickly.
