There, I changed it so all dinosaurs can talk, but only the kunpari can communicate telepathically.

I made the mistake first...maybe I should just change the overview and have them talk. Thoughts?

Sort of, they can use telepathy, so yeah, quotation marks are technically incorrect. The text should be in italics and no quotations used.
