Hello everyone and welcome to my introduction thread! It is currently 6:19am and there is bound to be randomness somewhere in this thread. Sleep would be great indeed but a goddess has no time for that so without further ado let the horrid incoming introduction begin!
The name I go by a lot in the gaming and internet world is Luna. I have had the name GoddessLuna since I was 13 and first joined the interesting world of the web. I started off as a gamer and had a fun time exploring all the new and interesting games that came out! The first MMO game I ever played was a european game called Nostale. It was there where I learned what it was like being part of a community and how I began my lifelong journey of mmo gaming. I am 23 years old now and I have played mostly every mmo game out there and have lost good homes due to sad choices of either myself or the gaming company. Some of the games I have played are as follows.
1.)Nostale
2.)Trickster Online
3.) Grand Chase
4.) Flyff
5.)Luna Online
And many more...
I do not play many mmo games anymore due to many reasons one being that I have a job now and it requires me to leave my fantasy world.
About 8 years ago as I started to read a lot more. One of the first book series I read that really made me interested in reading and starting up in a roleplay was the series called "Warriors". It is a series about cats who live in the wild and fight to survive. I am hoping some of you may know about it! Then I started reading only vampire and supernatural books and eventually I stopped buying books because I wanted to make my own story and that is where my roleplay career took off.
Soon I realized I had a huge issue that prevented me from wanting to make a story... I can't write... Going through school I always got an F in my writing courses as I had a hard time putting my thoughts down on paper. I was an excellent reader and surpassed my classes in reading so my teachers could not understand why I could not complete writing. I spent many years trying to fix these issues and trying to improve myself and here I am now able to write. I still have issues writing and it takes me such a long time to write. It takes me anywhere from 3-10 hours to write depending on what I am writing. I have a habit of re reading my writings and feeling that they are not good enough to post or that I am stupid etc. So I end up deleting everything and that is how it always has been. I guess more than anything I want to make sure I am writing something good for my readers because if they took the time to read something I wrote I should try and at least make it worth their time.
Now back to roleplaying and sites and the blah blah's. I have been to multiple roleplay sites and forums etc. and I have had both good and bad experiences. I am hoping that coming to a new site that I am able to make friends and make great roleplay memories! I also wish to improve my writing and eventually in life complete a book I been working on since I was 14. (Do not ask about my book it most likely has too many cliches and has some sappy scenes that even those cheap poorly made movies dare not touch upon.)
Anywho... If you are still reading this I am sorry I am such a scatterbrain that is just how I am so sorry for the suffering this post is bringing =P!
As far as my interest in roleplays go... I like everything except sci-fi. Me+Aliens+LightSabers+SpaceyTechyStuff= "What am I doing here? This must be my hell..." The characters that I usually play as are dragonkin, vampires, demons, etc. I do not like playing human characters as I find them boring. As a roleplay partner I take a long time writing my posts or sometimes I am simply blank on idea's. So if I make you wait or don't write something good enough I am very sorry. Its not like I am trying to do all this I just have a super hard time writing. I have gone through roleplay partners quickly because they do not like to wait for me or simply leave me because I am not good enough. All I ask is that you simply give me a chance or do not be rude in your leaving.
So... I think I have said what I needed to say in my introduction =)! I would talk about my real life and what not but I don't care for the real life world so if you wish to know about my job or how many cats I have (20) feel free to ask me in a pm or here or whatever you want and I can answer =)!
The time is now 6:54am and I have work in about 7 hours and I have yet gone to bed. RIP me.
P.S. I am looking for a shrine with a cute little poro on the top. If you have one or know of one please let me know as a Goddess is inclined to have an awesome shrine and followers! Also snacks would be awesome or any offerings.
