History
&
Criminal Activity

Founded a little over a decade ago, the Bone Street Warlocks criminal organization lead by the Lutetian-born Yves de Lutece, a dreaded figure in Van Leugen's criminal underworld.

Smaller than many of the other criminal organizations in Van Leugen due to stringent requirements for joining, the Warlocks makes up for it by using various other gangs operating in their areas as their street soldiers, even calling some members up into the Warlocks to maintain their loyalty.

One such gang is the Rockford Drive Villains, a green-clad street gang often used by the Warlocks as muscle and drug pushers.

Preferring neutrality, The Warlocks have no enemies among the other mobs. They maintain very good relationships with the Red Rain Yakuza, the Money Gang, and some of the Werewolf packs in Lutetia City.

The Warlocks are mainly associated with the distribution, sell, trafficking, and manufacturing of a drug they refer to as The Loa in Van Leugen, parts of Lutetia, and Westeria City.

Their members have no official colors, but they often lean towards the color green and often wear skulls in their apparel as a homage to older, now defunct, gangs that once controlled The Nillies where the Warlocks and RDVs originated.

OOC Information

Anyone is allowed to make a member, high ranking or not, of the RDVs or Warlocks. Just contact Saarai if you have any questions about what should go into a character with affiliations with them.

The Casey Mob

History
&
Criminal Activity

Originating in 1960s Dublin and eventually finding a home in Dungloe, Ireland is the Casey Mob, an IRA affiliated criminal organization heavily involved in the drug trade and arms dealing.

They are lead by Sean Casey, with his sons Seamus and Liam acting as two of his many lieutenants across countries and even dimensions.

They completely control the district of An Cupla in Westeria City, and some parts of The Nillies in Van Leugen. They're prone to violence, which has lead them to go to war with The Yin Yang Tong.

Having mutual enemies in the Tong, the Casey Mob have an alliance of sorts with The Hammer & Star Bratva.

The Money Gang

History
&
Criminal Activity

No one knows when the Money Gang officially formed, but the organizations involved in the profit-driven criminal syndicate had relationships for years already.

The most notable are the GSN, or Grape Street Nation, the enigmatic street soldiers known as Soldado Sombra, and The Lost Breed Motorcycle Club, ran by "Ugly" Mike Munroe.

They are heavily involved in the drug trade and arms dealing internationally, intergalactically, and some even across dimensions.

By serving as distributor for the other major players they have avoided any real conflicts, though they are engaged in a long feud with the Bratva that could boil over at any point.

Their membership is open to anyone they feel they can trust. They favor the colors purple, though Solado Sombra members are more inclined to sport red.

Hammer & Star Bratva

hammer-sickle-star-color.png

History
&
Criminal Activity

Originally a gang based out of a now closed Soviet prison, the Hammer & Star found themselves relocating to Moscow once many of their members were released or managed to escape.

On the streets they used much of the ruthless aggression they had learned in prison to build their reputation and take control of the criminal underworld.

Today they have branched out to other worlds, even dimensions, in their attempts to corner every single illicit market. From drugs, to guns, to sex, the Bratva does it all.

Because of this, the Bratva will often find themselves in conflict with other criminal organizations. They have found a singular ally in the Casey Mob due to a shared enemy.

Pro-Human, they do not allow non-Humans to join them as full members, and often times not even as associates.

OOC Information

Creating a character who is a member of the Bratva is open to all, the only restrictions are in species. They allow all manner of human, be they cyborg, superpowered, etc.

What they don't allow are the more supernatural types, some vampires get a pass by the Bratva and are allowed to join, but they hate werewolves, they hate aliens, etc.

Contact Saarai if you have any questions about a Bratva character.

La Mort Sainte

History & Criminal Activity

La Mort Sainte can trace it's current iteration within Lutetia to a period of time 50 years previous, rising from the ashes of the last great gentrification effort within Lutetia City.

While the roots of the original group to use that name sink deeper in Lutetian history, records of what they were before are scarce.

What they now are is ruthless profit-driven importers, exporters, and producers of all manner of narcotics who do not hesitate to use their necromantic talents to further their business.

While drugs are their main business venture, they occasionally become involved with arms dealing and there are rumors within the LPD that they're also involved in acts of domestic terrorism.

Based most heavily within the Merveilleux quarter of Lutetia, La Sainte Morte nonetheless maintains a presence in some capacity in many other parts of the City and the Lutetian countryside at large.

They're known to associate with nearly any enterprise who can further their goals, and do not shy away from trading in more esoteric favors in exchange for material goods.

Their members do not often display any particular color or style for wear but rather usually identify one another by the display of skull iconography (a symbol common enough in Lutetia to warrant little suspicion) and either whispered code phrases or necromantic mesages to one another.

OOC Information

More information in how to directly join with a character within the group will be forthcoming in time. Contact Dashmiel for help with affiliated characters or interest in having one be a member.
