It's 1955 in a small, sleepy American town called Juniper Hollow. The townsfolk know everybody's buisness, and find comfort in the post-war prosperity most have found themselves benefiting from. But on one street, wedged between the other affluent neighborhoods, rests one, beautiful, old, yellow home, which the owners transformed from a typical family home into a boarding house. Tenants have been residing in the home for a few years, now, and neighbors don't all find the situation quite to their liking, but for the moment, at least, life goes on as it ever has on Azalea Street.
