(I would like to create a second main character, a Kings guard. I will await for permission to do so)
Name:
Evan Whitlock
Gender, Age:
Male, 36
Role (Family):
Luins. Politician.
Appearance and Personality:
Evan is of average height and weight. One could say he is fit even for army standards, but he really stands out among his peers, most of which have let themselves go, embracing the vices that a politicians life has to offer. He has black hair with an odd white lock that creates a contrasting stripe when he ties his hair on the back of his head. He takes pride in his neatly trimmed and groomed facial hair. Perhaps the most obvious feature is that he misses the upper part of his left ear.
Personality wise, Evan Whitlock is usually rather calm and collected, but he is known for his outbursts, which, although rare, tend to be pretty loud and brutal. He is a man of culture, and a charismatic leader of sorts, which has gained him his stature and the reputation of being an efficient politician.
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Evan's strenghts are his cunning, sharp mind and, of course, the benefits of being a politician, which among other things include the power, influence and wealth.
Although he has been trained in the arts of the sword, like any other middle class man, he has long ceased to train and spar. After all, his time is better spent otherwise, especially since he can hire someone to weild the sword on his behalf. So far as he has to duel a peasant with a fork, he can fend for himsef, most of the times.
His ambition is his biggest strenght and weakness.
History or Backstory:
Evan is the firstborn of a middle class family from the main region. His family was wealthy enough to provide him an education and a seat on the table where decisions take place. Despite this, his family has been known for producing great bureaucrats, but nothing more. Evan has worked hard and played dirty to bring some prestige to his last name, and with good results. As far as influence goes, he is in the big league now, and is called upon to counsel the king on particularly intricate matters. Of course, he has an agenda of his own. As the kingdom has always been split between attacking the Guardians or not, the new King decided to finally take action. Evan thought it was a pointless effort for the kingdom, but a great opportunity for someone in his position.
