Trunks stood at a large table alongside the Supreme Kai and the Elder Kai, with what appeared to be a scroll on the table. The entire room contained several of these Scrolls, used to keep record of a historical period.

"Thank you all for coming." Trunks bowed in respect, then returned to the serious expression. "I am sure you all have many questions about both this world and our objective, so we will make this explanation as quick as possible. For many generations, the Supreme Kai of Time has been watching over the course of history. Whenever things change that aren't supposed to occur, either me or a member of the Time Patrol are sent in using these scrolls to fix the anomaly. Until now, things have been easy to deal with and manage, but now is no longer the case. We've yet to find the source of these changes, but we know for certain that whoever is causing the disruption of time is very powerful."

"Everything involving time in this Universe is collapsing, favouring the forces of evil. And we need you all to help bring this to an end. Trunks? Show them the scroll."

The Group would lay eyes on a Namekian and a Human fighting a Saiyan. "Goku! Grab him in a Full Nelson!" The Namekian exclaimed as Goku went up behind him and did exactly that, grabbing him in a full nelson. "Let go of me! I am Raditz, and as your brother, I order you let go!" "Piccolo! Now!" Goku yelled as the Namekian known as Piccolo took a stance and fired a Ki Wave towards the pair. "Special Beam Cannon!" But it was then that Raditz got more intelligent, changing from his despair look to a smirk as he pushed himself out of the way. "Wait what?! Ahhh!" Goku yelled as the Special Beam Cannon pierced through his body, only killing him and leaving Raditz unharmed.

"What was supposed to happen was that Goku would keep him pinned in a Full Nelson, and Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon would pierce both Goku and Raditz, killing them both. But due to the changes in time as you have just seen, that was no longer the case."
"This is why Trunk's wished you all here using the Dragon Balls. We need your help to fix this mess in situations both here and during other time periods."

"No. This is no camera show or any kind of fake production. What you were watching there is the real thing." Trunks explained, a bit unamused at Lamar's comments.

"Can this thing show us what exactly happens if we let this happen as we're seeing it?" Ben asks. "I'm still a little unsure about this. Time travel is some pretty finnicky business. One misstep and the universe could go kaboom."

"This scroll pertains mainly to that section of time. The other scrolls for this Saga luckily haven't been affected yet, this is the start. In this realm, time is relative. Meaning that we have some sort of control over what happens, but not enough to fix the manual adjustments this unknown force is causing." Trunks stated.

Fluttershy looked at the scroll with a somewhat confused look on her face. She was mainly still in shock that all of this had happened.

"U-um no I don't have any questions..."

"Um, guys? We don't exactly have time to explain things now, we need to move."
"Right. Alright everyone. Place your hand onto this scroll and it will teleport you onto one of the hills nearby, able to see what is transpiring. I'll keep you updated from up here."

"This is very interesting but, may I ask how this is even possible?" Karanbola asked. "What exactly enabled the long-haired Saiyan to push... ah, Goku, was it? - out of the way?" She folded her arms, deep in thought. "Were they both evenly matched? So the real outcome was a quite a close call."

Questions like that weren't likely to be answered entirely in truth. Alterations from reality were unpredictable and unable to be calculated. The only thing she could do was to witness the event for herself, and try to fix it. She reached out to touch the scroll.

"Alright, Miss- ah, Lucina." Karanbola stopped herself from using the honorific her new acquaintance didn't seem to like, "Are you ready?"

She turned to look at Trunks, "You mean to say you won't be joining us?" the alien tilted her head. "You're the only one among us that has a good grasp of the situation, and of these people we are to save."

For many generations, the Supreme Kai of Time has been watching over the course of history. Whenever things change that aren't supposed to occur, either me or a member of the Time Patrol are sent in using these scrolls to fix the anomaly. Until now, things have been easy to deal with and manage, but now is no longer the case. We've yet to find the source of these changes, but we know for certain that whoever is causing the disruption of time is very powerful."

"Everything involving time in this Universe is collapsing, favouring the forces of evil. And we need you all to help bring this to an end. Trunks? Show them the scroll."

The Group would lay eyes on a Namekian and a Human fighting a Saiyan. "Goku! Grab him in a Full Nelson!" The Namekian exclaimed as Goku went up behind him and did exactly that, grabbing him in a full nelson. "Let go of me! I am Raditz, and as your brother, I order you let go!" "Piccolo! Now!" Goku yelled as the Namekian known as Piccolo took a stance and fired a Ki Wave towards the pair. "Special Beam Cannon!" But it was then that Raditz got more intelligent, changing from his despair look to a smirk as he pushed himself out of the way. "Wait what?! Ahhh!" Goku yelled as the Special Beam Cannon pierced through his body, only killing him and leaving Raditz unharmed.

"What was supposed to happen was that Goku would keep him pinned in a Full Nelson, and Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon would pierce both Goku and Raditz, killing them both. But due to the changes in time as you have just seen, that was no longer the case."
"This is why Trunk's wished you all here using the Dragon Balls. We need your help to fix this mess in situations both here and during other time periods."
"We will be sending you in before this moment occurs, just in the middle of when their fight was occurring. Raditz's power upgrade occurred halfway through Goku and Piccolo's fight with him, so this is our best bet."

"Before we send you in, do you have any questions you'd like to ask now?"​

"How much tampering with the time stream is feasible?" Came Stardusts question. "Are you not concerned that we coming in might make it even worse than before?" If their foes could mess with time then perhaps this universe was in trouble.

Questions like that weren't likely to be answered entirely in truth. Alterations from reality were unpredictable and unable to be calculated. The only thing she could do was to witness the event for herself, and try to fix it. She reached out to touch the scroll.

"Alright, Miss- ah, Lucina." Karanbola stopped herself from using the honorific her new acquaintance didn't seem to like, "Are you ready?"

She turned to look at Trunks, "You mean to say you won't be joining us?" the alien tilted her head. "You're the only one among us that has a good grasp of the situation, and of these people we are to save."

"In terms of power and strength, Raditz was stronger than the both of them. But because that they worked together to weaken Raditz, that allowed Goku to keep hold of him for Piccolo to use his attack. However due to this new force at work, Raditz regained his strength and more." Trunks explained, once again referencing the unknown power at work in History. He then responded to Karanbola's second question. "Someone needs to stay up here and assess the power being used to alter the events. I will be down there in voice, more than physical." Trunks explained. "I'll be providing advice and guidance as each battle commences, and instruct you on the field with assistance from the Kais."

The group would arrive at the top of the hill nearby, overseeing the fight between Raditz, Goku and Piccolo. They had arrived exactly when Goku gets pinned to the ground by Raditz, until his son; Gohan, busts out of the Saiyan pod that was crashed next to them. In this period of history, Gohan was five years old. "Don't hurt my daddy!" He yelled as he engulfed himself in a white light and charged at Raditz. It was then that Raditz glowed a dark aura and bright red eyes as he bounced out of the way of Kid Gohan, causing him to crash into the ground. Raditz then aimed a Ki Blast right towards him.

"Raditz was the first to experience the change in power... Ah! Gohan!" Trunks had exclaimed over the comms as the group moved to block the blast. Piccolo would get up after lying on the floor alongside Goku.

"Are these guys... friends of yours, Goku?"
"I'm not sure. But they look like friendlies so, let's make it count."

Raditz would then be standing in the middle of the entire group, including Goku and Piccolo, glowing the dark aura and red eyes, smirking.

"Alright everyone. Our mission here is to correct the real resolution of this engagement. Weaken Raditz enough to allow Goku to grab him in a Full Nelson!"

Me...... Ha...... Me...... HA!!!!" Goku yelled as he was building up energy then released his Kamehameha Wave towards Raditz. Assuming that Ben's attack succeeded and wrapped Raditz, this will strike him and knock him back. If Ben's attack failed, Ben would take the hit from the Wave.

"Boo!" the spectral form mocked, before turning invisible and intangible only a mere split-second before the Kamehameha could hit him, allowing it to phase and hit Raditz.​

Raditz would look surprised at that turn of events. "Interesting. A human shield with the strength to withstand several Ki Blasts from a Saiyan Warrior. You are an interesting opponent. Come fight a true Elite!" Raditz burst out as he lunged himself towards Lucina, aiming for several punches to the front of Lucina's body. He also fired a few Ki Blasts while flying towards her to try to throw her off guard.
