Bane was caught in the bear hug and then proceeded to headbutt Ben real hard until he decided to let go. "To face opponents far above your stature, child!"



Bane didn't even seem to feel the blade stab into him. To SeeU it felt like she had ran into a brick wall.



Any of the bullets that hit him only ricocheted off his body.

Harper, being the tech savant she was, only smirked as she realized this.

"Dante, Ben, keep him distracted! I've got an idea!" Harper shouted as she tugged out her phone, using her remote hacking device. With this device, Harper attempted to hack or even disable whatever Bane's source of power was.

"Working on it, but he's shaking off my bullets like they are nothing!" Dante exclaimed. "Alright tough guy. You like to be big and strong? Let's see how you handle Demon Strength. Gilgamesh!" He yelled out as the Devil Arm, Gilgamesh appeared before Dante.

"Let's go, big guy!" He exclaimed as he charged towards Bane and went for a strong punch to the torso.

Any attempts to hack the devices in him only blared error signs on her device. Whatever it was it was too well encrypted for her to get to.

As Dante came in for a punch Bane turned Ben towards him to have Ben absorb the blow rather than himself.

Corey meanwhile couldn't find anything in the area that implied a powersource of any kind.

Corey frowned. Whatever was making Bane powerful was inside of him and he was too strong it would seem. He paused, thinking of a plan of what to do.... he want to test a theory to see if Bane could see him and delivered a light punch before quickly moving away and going to a wall. If he was right, maybe he could be of use.

" Harper, did you find anything out from whatever you did?" He asked, worried that Corey was going to get himself hurt.

"Then I guess I don't have any!" Fourarms mocks.

"Got it, Harp- Ow! Watch the hands, Dante. Or maybe..."

He turned into a more slender form, this one resembling some sort of werewolf. This forms luscious fur and slender body allowed Ben to slip away and jump backwards by a few metres.

"If I can't punch you hard, I'll huff, and puff, and blow you down!"

Ben's lupine form splits its mouth into four parts, before releasing a powerful sonic howl at Bane.

Young Aoko Aozaki never considered herself any sort of arrogant or overly sure of herself, but damned if she didn't think that the others around her only got in the way. She'd faced far more powerful foes than how Mister Bane here, or so she liked to figure. Touko and Beowulf were no jokes after all, and she was able to go out against them, but here, she felt an urge to ground herself, to hold back. While her fiery rage and passion that burned as hot as her youth definitely gave her an advantage that her cool-headed self would never have been able to bestow, she couldn't allow herself to be put in this kind of position. Not when they were all so close.

Thrusting her arm forward, Aoko fired a beam of magical energy right at Bane! Following this maneuver, regardless of the beam's effect, Aoko ran forward and jumped on top of Ben's werewolf form, bouncing off his back harmlessly and landing behind Bane, before swiftly turning around and throwing a flurry of punches, far more powerful than any would expect from a girl as small as her, easily able to at least fell a tree!

"Yeah." Harper replied with a nod as she pocketed her phone. "Whatever Bane's using to make him that strong is mechanical. In other words, he's using some type of tech. And whatever it is, I can't disarm it from my phone."

Pulling out her pair of electric escrima sticks, Harper would turn to Mason and nod. "Stay here. The less people we have getting injured, the better."

With that, Harper cranked the voltage on her escrima sticks all the way up and smacked them together a few times, causing sparks to fly everywhere, each particle hitting the floor before disappearing.

With Bane distracted, Harper sneaked around to Bane's back and shoved the escrima sticks in the of the device, hoping to overload it if possible.

Bane blocked the energy blast with his open palm but Ben attacking him kept him distracted enough for Aoko to leap back and deliver her punches. As he was about turn around and retaliate however.

As he was about to grab her Aquawoman came in and delivered a vicious right hook. "This energy flowing inside of him must have a source, yes? Use your device to locate their energy signature somewhere in the building! We'll hold him off!"

It was faint, but there seemed to be a similar energy signature pulsating two floors bellow her. Harper could spot a stairwell not too far from her current location.

Upon noticing the energy signature, Harper began sprinting down the stairs and towards its location.

"I didn't count on just being the distraction! Hurry it up, Row! I wanna put this guy into the ground already!" Aoko grunted as she maintained her distance from Bane. She took brief pause before when the man had managed to easily dissipate her magecraft like it was nothing, but it was something she frankly should have been prepared for, having been able to imagine that he was more than met the eye, after what "Bruce Wayne" and Harper had said about him.

Circling around Bane like a sharp wind, Aoko swung her arm diagonally, creating a trail of magic energy as small orbs materialized in the air, and just as quickly directing them forward with a point of the finger right at Bane. With that, the magical orbs flew right at the mastermind, colliding into him and exploding like miniature bombs or missiles. Aoko hoped that the projectiles would at least be able to cause him to stagger, but until Harper did whatever she was doing, that was all Aoko could do; hope.

As they said, hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

Ben changed from Benwolf to Feedback, before latching his tendrils onto Bane's back in an attempt to absorb the delivered energy from the mysterious, technological source, using Aoko's attack as a chance to strike. His palms were sparking with electricity.

"I guess this meal wasn't such a bane on my tastebuds after all!" Feedback mocks.

"Man, this feels good. I should really use Feedback more often."

Little did Ben know, that was the start of a very tragic tale. But that's another story that's irrelevant to our current one.

The magic missiles from Aoko got Bane off balance allowing Ben to get close.

Bane bit through the pain and grabbed Feedbacks head. "I'm afraid I am...too rich for your pedestrian pallet." He proceeded to pull on the tendrils on Ben's head to rip them off.

"I hope I'm not too pedestrian for your rich pallet!" Now that Bane had grabbed his tendrils, Feedback wrapped them around his arms to deliver yet another electric shock.

"Dante, got any lasers in that Pandora's box of yours?" Feedback asked.
