Lore

During the time that the two were talking in the church, he set down Gwen and kneeled in front of her, smiling "your outfit is fine, your going to love it here, I'm sure of it" he pats her shoulders lightly then stands, nudging her toward the end of the hall "go on, I'll be waiting for you at home" he turns around, hs back to her and walks out the door, preparing to fly back to the house and possibly check for the partners in crime near the church.

Gwen smiles as she goes in. She looks for something to sign in. She waits for her boss to tell which room she is.

Altair fell silent. The question caught him off guard; he expected for him to talk about the notebook, not to be asked about it. Did he know more about the notebook? The only thing he knew for a fact.
"It's luring in danger, it is dangerous. That god I fought in the street was attracted by the aura. You were attracted by it telling you without you knowing it. I chased you, the notebook knew what would happen." Suddenly, it struck Altair like a bell.
"It's planning all this," he mumbled.

Elanor looked up at the man listening to what he says. She looks down at her backpack. Dangerous her notebook? Yeah it was and she had always known somehow. When she wanted to buy it something in her had yelled it was wrong but she still had bought it. Oh as the man had said the words it clicked in her brain it had planned everything. A notebook had planned this but how? She fears she slowly started to lose her mind. “do you think but why did it made me strong?” Elanor whispered her thoughts aloud more talking to her backpack then the man. He must have really good hearing if he could understand what she had seen. Wouldn’t surprise her.

Altair didn't quite hear her; he assumed she was talking to herself. "It's something very dangerous, that was attracted to you; there will be more to come. But I do know this; something probably told that guy to get out.

Shy Elanor looked up at the man. “would you think so?” She said repeating herself when she noticed her backpack started to feel warm. Hot almost just like a couple seconds ago it must be the books way of letting her know she had to look in the book. With a short glance on the man she opened her backpack to get the notebook out. It directly opened with such a force it nearly fell out of Elanors hands and in the middle of the page in the same handwriting as before stood just one word. ”help” No poem again this time but, it didn’t really made sense either. Couldn’t the book just tell what she needed to do in clear words instead of just one word or weird poems Elanor thought. Just before realizing how bizarre a communicating notebook was.

"We have to get rid of it." Altair had his hand on the handle of his sword, which was sticking out of the cape. He planned to cut it in half, maybe more if needed.

In an impulse Elanor pushed the still open notebook against her chest. Pulling her legs up so they are in between her and the man. “no” she yelled surprised she would yell like that in public and nervously she looked at the people around them listing how her call echoed through the curch. Some people stopped to look but no one stepped in to ask if she needed help or anything they just stood there looking at them. Some more people from outside also walked in to see what happened or just because they wanted anyway. Elanor didn’t know. She wasn’t even sure if they could hear her outside.

Erebus had only just landed on the roof of the church when he heard the shout. he looked around at the streets, the unassuming and seemingly uncaring citizens below paying no attention to it. he quickly narrowed the origin of the scream to a woman, most likely in the church, seeing as none of the houses nearby seemed suspicious to him. he jumped down, slowing himself only slightly and pushing open the wooden doors to see the two from earlier sitting near the door. "well isn't this just a wonderful surprise? my two most suspicious criminals in the same place!"

'"Told ya," Altair murmered. "Get out of here. Now." He stood up and pulled out the sword. Criminal? Okay, that's new. He began walking toward the man. "Seriously?" He recognized the man from the 'fight' earlier. The question ran though his mind of if he should go god.

Gwen smiles and looks for her office. Gwen was walking and looking for her boss. Gwen was very nervous about meeting the boss.

Erebus watched detachedly while the girl is instructed to get away, holding the object that once again whispered to him, stop her...she needs your help. the man stood from where he sat in the pew, drawing his sword and shouting at him while he did so. the only thought that run through his head was that of resolving the conflict, thus he simply raised his hands in the air, far away from his sword now sheathed on his belt instead of across his back. he spoke softly and quietly, but his voice rang through the church in clarity "i'm not here to hurt either of you, i only wish to see the source of the voices in my head"

Gwen's boss was waiting for her in a small office when she came in all he did was wave for her to sit down in front of his large menacing desk.

Voices in the head. Altair's heart pounded. They had to get the notebook away. If he knew--
"That's... classified. Sorry, but you cannot see it," Altair said, trying to buy time for Eleanor.

Elanor still holding the book against her chest looked at the impressing man with the wing. “voices?” she whispered. She had heard whispers as well and if the notebook had called him. She didn’t know if she could trust the notebook and besides it did ordered her to run the last time she saw him. Scared she looked at the other man. She thought to trust him but he wanted to destroy the book. “what do the voices say” she said a bit louder now. Yes she was scared for of them but he might knew more and she was way too curious to ran away from a chance to get more information.

Erebus nodded, finally getting some headway on the mystery surrounding them and whatever they were hiding. he took a step forward, his wings stretching out slightly from their overuse during the day. he responded to the woman with the best answer he could, "they tell me to make sure that you don't get away...and that you need my help, among other things" he eyed the man in the armor curiously and warily, the armor glowing only slightly. the church suddenly fell quiet after he finished speaking, the only sound being the ruffling of his feathers and the metallic clinking of his swordbelt.

Altair was silent, and the armor glowed. The whispers. They told him to keep him away, in his subconscious, unlike the others. The others could hear it. He could not. He hadn't heard them...
Until now.
Have you been blocking the whispers, God?
I thought you would like that.
What did they say?
To keep that guy away.

So his suspicions were correct.
"So they want you to follow?" He had put his sword back in his cape when Eleanor had spoken. His hand slowly moved toward his cape.

Elanor looked at the man still holding her notebook in her arms. But if it was true why did the book wanted her to run away. Did it mean Altair but, it was clear that it does wanted to meet him. It didn’t make any sense. Maybe she just started to get mad. Maybe she just pictured, desperate for adventure but would they all picture the same things? “your help?” she said softly and after a deep breath. “Can you help with my notebook? It is weird it seemed to have it’s own will but, I don’t know what it exactly wants.” She managed to say at once. She surprised herself she rarely said so much to a stranger before without uhm’s and stutters at all actually.
