'Another machine? This boy's getting interesting...' Hela thought.

@Space_Candy @Crow @Lucky
Nathan quirked his eyebrow at the Cybertronian, before nodding.

"Yes, I met one named 'Starscream' he was....interesting." He shrugged.

"You look so human is all," he said to Will.

@Lucky @Siege @Crow

"Starscream is interesting alright. Interesting to observe and troublesome to have by your side. Very, very troublesome," Megatron shakes his head as he said this. "I wouldn't wish it upon anyone to meet him."

Will shrugged. " My model was built to integrate into human society and hunt any deviants, androids with an error in their coding-.... " Will paused and came to a slow and horrible realization. The deviants just wanted to be human. " -But I have never done such a thing as I woke up here before I could be sent into the field." [SOFTWARE ERROR- UNABLE TO REPAIR. DEVIANCY AT 50%]. He had never considered that he could be sent here because of what he was, but now he saw was it a very real possibility. " You can't just ask someone that," Will said, understanding that it was wrong.

Nathan smirked at Starscream being referred to as an annoyance, turning to face Will and the person who had just joined the conversation.

He looked her up and down, before making a face at her question.

"Oh, I thought I'd take a stroll. Why the fuck do you think?" He grimaced.

"I woke up here."

Will looked over at Nathan and realized he hadn't been paying attention to what the Overseer had said. He paused and wondered if he wasn't someone who needed to repent. Maybe the Overseer had gotten something wrong. Will fiddled with his hands as he wondered how Nathan knew how to use a pistol. " Nathan, do you need a weapon? I have a pistol with six bullets and some rebar."

Lucy glared at Nathen very harshly. If it wasn't for the fact that she didn't have her vectors, and that she was quite weak physically, then she would have attacked him. Insolent human. She asked a simple question, and bow did he reply?
"You woke up here, all of us did, and everyone also had to 'take a stroll' to get here. I mean what have you done? Everyone is here for a crime or another. So what is yours? For being a dipshit?"

Lucy's use of language was harsh, but completely sincere. Of course, just being a jerk couldn't get you here, but it might be a factor. Anyways, asides from Nathen being a human, and thus a jerk, Lucy didn't mind the others. Infact, she listened in quite intently. It seems this human somehow met a robot like Megatron, and she was interested.

"Is that so? I'll have to apologize, for I'm currently in the process of serving the Count of my world. However, we'll have to see how this game we've found ourselves in ends first., then I might consider a price" He chuckled. He last remembered working for the Count still anyway, it was a bit concerning how jumbled his memory still was, but decided that it would all return and be made clear again eventually. Sinestro made a tempting offer-almost.
@Ottonomous Ghost @Sark @Jeremi
"I'm sure a King could match the price of a Count. In fact, the riches I offer could make you a Count yourself..." Thaal smiled offhandedly as he spoke of unimaginable wealth as if it meant nothing to him. For the first time since his arrival, Sinestro seemed relaxed, almost comfortable in his current setting. Perhaps the thought of his home and its glories was enough to make him feel at home, even without his true Ring to protect him... "I suggest you do consider; one last job, and you'll never need to take orders again; I find that money is a universal language, one that goes far beyond faith or divine right. Keep it in mind, Count-Dagran..." Fuel for fantasy "I'm a hard man to miss, should you change your mind..."

The harpooner scowled at Sinestro, evidently picking up on his manipulative choice of words. Nevertheless, that didn't mean the primal monster within Pyke wasn't awakened. His eyes shimmered as he glanced at Hela and Will. The goddess was the next name on the list after the Overseer; Pyke recalled the scene that she had caused earlier. The condescending attitude, the desire to be the leader-- it was all very infuriating. And Will was associating with her. No good could come of that. Why would he associate with a wretched captain? Was he the First Mate? He could see the two of them on that ship, right where the ropes were--

He shook his head. Will didn't seem like the type of person to be a captain. Pyke spoke up angrily, "Don't forget you're on the list too, Sinestro. You're just at the bottom. I know a captain when I see one, so I don't need you tellin' me."

"Hela's as good as dead; I ain't takin' my eyes off her. But Will don't seem like a captain. Yet."
"And the bottom is where I intend to stay, Sailor" Sinestro placed a fist over his chest and tipped his head to one side, a passive stance to match his passive words. If he had learned anything since the Blackest Night, it was that fear was a force to be directed, not just controlled. For now, Pyke feared what Hela represented far more than what he did, and no matter how much the notion offended him, he knew that it enduring such an internalized shame would be worthwhile; he would ensure that all their Fears were made into Light, and the first step to doing so would be to outline their common foe. If he were to rise to power again, the first step of doing so would be to ensure that Hela and Will embodied everything Pyke did not wish to come to pass... and luckily for him, the duo was helping him along with his plans...

"I wouldn't recommend that we write Will off at any stage... should anything happen to Hela, we all know who will be assuming her throne... her new protege, her-" Fears into Light "Deputy, of sorts. As her closest ally, any inmates she recruits will turn to his captaincy should she fall... Now, I'm not your enemy, nor am I your master- I couldn't govern you even if I wished to- but I simply wish to share my experience with an ally. Nothing more, nothing less. If we're to get out of this alive, like it or not, you will need a navigator. You cannot pilot a ship alone"

"Buying allies with weapons now, Will? I must say, your drive is impressive, even if your methods are cowardly and obvious"

Nathan smirked at Starscream being referred to as an annoyance, turning to face Will and the person who had just joined the conversation.

He looked her up and down, before making a face at her question.

"Oh, I thought I'd take a stroll. Why the fuck do you think?" He grimaced.

From the moment he laid eyes upon the man, Sinestro began reading him. Yes... it was like the morning paper.

Anger. Attitude. Resistance.

Yes, he would be one of the few who would survive the game. He could feel it.

He had seen the mans reaction to the last man who offered him a hand; trust clearly wasn't on his itinerary... perhaps an irreducible offer would be more appealing. Hands on his hips, Thaal spoke from his place on the wall, his words blunt and simple.

"Welcome to the land of the barely living, Nathan- my name is Sinestro. I won't sugar coat our situation as some of the others might try to; Simply put, life is hell. The Overseer has declared herself 'Devil' and sees to govern it. Stick with me, no, us and you stand a distinct chance at dethroning her. Simple as that. Join our Alliance. Have a shot at greatness. Or return to your cell. If you can think of a third option, you're welcome to suggest it, but I believe that the only way any of us will be leaving here is together, or in body bags. Personally, I prefer the former. Are you in, Nathan?"
Lucy glared at Nathen very harshly. If it wasn't for the fact that she didn't have her vectors, and that she was quite weak physically, then she would have attacked him. Insolent human. She asked a simple question, and bow did he reply?

Despite his best attempts to quell the feeling, Thaal felt laughter trying to surface after hearing Lucy's comment. Through strength of will, he managed to restrict it to a simple smile and a nod of approval.

"Nathan is only as hostile as the rest of us were a period ago, only we had the privilege to meet as individuals. I suspect we'd all be more defensive had we come face to face with this little militia. Sailors, mercenaries, children and robots... we're hardly the crowd one would expect to encounter in a research facility, or a prison, or whatever this place may be...Unless the Cells we arrived in were the Cells used to engage the infected subjects... in which case, we'd be trapped in both..."

Nathan let out a bit of a laugh at the girl's anger before turning to the android.

"I'll take you up on that offer." He smirked holding a hand out for the gun.

"I've done lots of things bitch. Drugs, fights, almost shot a girl in the bathroom- you name it." He cocked his head coyly at her.

"You see, I don't think I have much of a choice- I'm in."

Will tilted his head and didn't think much of him. " I am simply being nice," he replied, not thinking much of what else he said. He handed over the gun to Nathan, though with no bullets in it. When he had gotten a moment away from everyone with the plants, he had emptied the bullets out.

The RK900 felt fine of his choice to hold onto the bullets for now as he didn't actually trust anyone he talked with outside of Akande. His LED was currently red. ( Stress level 60%) And even then he wasn't so sure about the man. [DEVIANCY AT 65%].

My, oh my. All this infighting amongst the group... it was fairly obvious who here were the troublemakers, and the fact that they were making themselves known so early on was actually rather surprising. When you were stuck in a game of life and death (which, judging by that death trap that took out all but two in the other cells) with only the strangers you just met as your allies, was it really a good time to put a target on your back? Dhaos and Sinestro picking on Will, the latter of the instogators a target of Hela, and now these two teenagers snapping at each other! The mood here was completely hostile.

It begged the question: were these people a lost cause? Probably. As it was, of the people in this group, Will and Nathan seemed to be the most agreeable. It seemed they attracted the ire of the others by just standing there, but it was easy to see that they had no problems cooperating. That Ashe fellow could also be a potential ally, he seemed quite polite, but it was still a bit too early to tell. Cinder it seemed was in it for herself, Megatron had gotten himself into some form of trouble back at the cells, Pyke seemed like he had a few screws loose, and Dagran...well, a fellow mercenary could be an ally. Granted he wasn't fixated on profits, of course.

Following the two young men onto the scaffolding once their investigation finished, Akande realized he hadn't said much. "I wonder how the Overseer expects us to cooperate when so many of us appear to be anything but," he mused. May as well get that out there.

Will would rather not be in the middle of the stressful, so he felt better when he saw Akande and looked over with him with a smile. " Maybe she doesn't- I mean there was a lot of human blood back down there... and unidentifiable blood." Will paused, realizing something. If he could identify some of the stains, that meant the blood was relatively fresh. " Do you think that the others we never got to meet could have died in this very area? But sorry, I'm just thinking a loud. It's crazy to think that a whole group could have died in this room and had their body removed before we got here. I also think I got a lot of enemies... and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. All I'm doing is being nice and honest." [STRESS LEVEL AT 40%] The LED remained red, but it seemed that Will had relaxed a bit. [DEVIANCY at 90%]

Izuru's whispy voice finally acknowledged Will - one could see it as a backhanded compliment to the android, as he was equally dismissive to him as he was towards everyone else. A point for equality, if nothing else. One could say the RK900 was more human than the Ultimate Hope ever was, as his dull crimson eyes flickered with liveliness for a split second, as an actual machine processing information and outputting a logical response.

If being a robot is a talent, even it was clear Izuru was better at being an emotionless machine than Will was. It was... another backhanded compliment, possibly? Closing his eyes and letting out a soft sigh, Izuru directed his gaze to the rest of the group for a moment before turning around and stalking off to his bubble of observance.

Will paused, not certain what he meant at first, but then he slowly came to the realization.

Will turned over to him, not certain to what to say to that. He understood that as an android he was just following orders, but his directive had flaws. The more he thought about, the more he realized he was creating his own objectives, making his own choices. Nothing in his programming was forcing him to make friends. Nothing was forcing him to distrust. The objectives were also an error in his coding, a very deviant thing. But it made him feel... [SOFTWARE ERROR] [SOFTWARE REPAIRED]

" What do you mean?" He asked as he was wondering what he meant by that. Will understand that he was here as a punishment, but he was lost on what the human had said.

Making him questions things, despite the person forcing him to do it, he hated also made him feel [SOFTWARE ERROR] [SOFTWARE REPAIRED]. No, Will wanted the emotion. He continued to push past the boundaries. [DEVIANCY AT 100%] [DEVIANT PATH-UNLOCKED] Will felt happy. And as Will finally came to that conclusion, he realized something. There was no way to going back to being an android. I can't go back. .. but then again, I always wanted more.

Will popped the collar of the shirt down and tore the collar of the jacket off and slowly analyzed the room and started making notes, fiddling with the rebar in his hand.

"I abhor it because it is created in the image of humanity and their idiocy."
Dhaos had been uncharacteristically quiet for awhile letting the conversations go where they pleased, but he wasn't going to let this human put words in his mouth. "Their weakness, their apathy, their hate. All exist inside that mold. Its will is that of a human. Despite it being gullible doesn't make it any less of a threat then a human." Dhaos turned towards Will and gave him a glare. "It's the humanity inside of him that will betray us, of that I have no doubt."

Will looked over at him. " Oh for the love of ra9," Will groaned and moved his hand in front of his face, melding off the synth of skin slightly. View attachment 3494

" If I knew you were bothered for such a dumb reason, I would have simply showed you that it was just a synth to keep appearances. Most humans back home hate the appearance of androids, hence why we appear more human. The latter worry that you have only applies to deviants," he said, not mentioning that he was currently a deviant. The less that Dhaos had to be angry about, the better it would be. He moved a hand in front of his face and went back to the human skin appearance. " I don't have any humanity if you are worried about that, isn't part of the programming. Once again, deviant thing." His LED was currently a light red. Huh- wasn't that weird? It hadn't been measuring his emotions before.

"What did humans do to you, to make you despise them so much?" Akande tilted his head, questioning Dhaos. "I'm sure it must have been awful, if you hate your own kind so much..."
