Akori Academy for a Better Future

Eugene picks himself up and threw up a bit as he could feel his guts turn after that blow to the stomach. He looks up and couldn't help but think that he might be...no he was more then enough to kick this guy's ass. He looks up and immediately kept his head down as rock disks flew over him. He hears someone call out 'Shiny' and he looked over at one of the fancier looking asshats and he said something about keeping him covered. He couldn't really hear with disks wizzing over him. "Yeah, I'll do that after I take another dozen rocks to the fucking face. Why don't you come up with a better plan and call me after my fifth concussion." He tells him.

-----

Lethabo fires off stone disk after stone disk, reloading by summoning forth another pillar and firing off more disks from that. He expected that at least half of the students would've either given up and took cover by now but there were some who continues to fight. The Blond girl and a brown haired man still tired to best him, but he wouldn't let them do it so easily. The Brown haired student seems to be trying to fight her way through the flurry of disks, with good results, but he wasn't going to allow the students to win that easily, with such a straightforward strategy.

When she reached out with her hand, he waited until the last moment to shift the rock below his feet and moved him out of the way, just before her fingers could touch his body. Once he was out of the way, he calls forth a small pillar to shoot up from ground and surround her arm, entrapping her. "You are a bold one. I like that. It shows that you are willing to fight where others simply cower or hide. He seems to look at Jack's location, seeing the outline of the invisible man against the wall. Every time a pillar is summoned or a disk is shot forward or is destroyed, some dust is created. Kylie's efforts had inadvertently caused the rock dust to coat everything near her and along ner path. Lethabo's clothes, the walls of the gym, Jack's seemingly invisible frame. A short pillar rose from the ground next to Lethabo and a few disks were launched from pillar at Jack, his form clearly visible to the African man.

Artyom laughed at Eugene's comment. "You took the first half dozen stones like you were made of the stuff. That's more impressive than anything I can do." His voice was halfway to a shout as he hurled another slab of over weighted rock back at the professor. They didn't quite meet the speed of the projectiles when Lethebo first launched them, but the increased weight more than made up for it. Accuracy still left a bit to be desired, however. Too much focus on the use of his power, and not enough attention to aim. The projectile arced through the dusty air, curving wide and plowing through the pillar cuffing the fiery blonde in place, freeing her almost as soon as she was restrained. The impact of the crash was barely noticeable in the din of the gym.

Artyom slowly tried to close the distance on Lethebo, gaining ground at a crawl as he dodged the projectiles with practiced ease, and caught the ones he couldn't, only to sling that back at the professor. The disks were almost as fast as hockey pucks. Almost. Continuing to move forward, he tried to think over some kind of strategy to finish this quickly, rather than a completely uncoordinated rush. Artyom decided he wasn't going to be the one to whack the teacher himself. While he could speed himself up some by lightening his body, he could already see there were others better suited to the job of playing tag. Still, he could at least make it easier for his classmates by trying to get the man to use his powers defensively. No matter how skilled he was, he could only divide his attention so many times. And so, Artyom strafed along the edge of the fight, trying to stay behind the teacher and sling whatever rocks, disks and rubble he could back at him, with marginally better accuracy than before.

"Tch!"

Audibly clicking her tongue as Lethabo just barely managed to transport himself out of her grasp, Kylie probably should have figured that such a strategy wouldn't have easily worked, but hey, it was worth a shot anyway, right?

"Yeah? Well, I learned a long time ago that the only way to get what you want is to take it..." The girl began to say in response to the African man, before using Reinforcement on her free arm, and then proceeding to smash at the material trapping her without missing a beat, "... with my own two hands!"

Not paying any mind to how her actions might have inadvertently made it more difficult for others to proceed, Kylie hardly wavered, only stopping to think over how she would get to Lethabo at this rate. As she swiftly scanned her eyes around the arena, spotting Artyom and Eugene among the chaos, Kylie broke into a sprint to catch up to them, formulating a plan in her mind. It seemed like they were in the middle of some light banter, but Kylie was going to have none of that, letting herself barge into their conversation as she appeared by their side.

"Don't mind me hopping into your back and forth, but you," Kylie said to-the-point, speaking pointedly toward Artyom, "How are you doing all that? What's your power?" She asked.

As dust sprang up from the ground and off the walls and coated his leather jacket Jack let out an instinctive, "shit!" and dropped into a roll. Rolling over his shoulder he was able to dodge the first two disks that skimmed over his head, though they came close enough for him to feel the projectiles slice through the air.

As he continued the motion, springing up to his feet, he didn't anticipate the third disk which caught his left shoulder. The impact was enough to drop him down to one knee and he held the injured shoulder for a moment thinking it must be dislocated. However, he brushed the notion aside and brought his focus back to his assailant. Looks like he'd have to play this little game after all.

Jack eyed the gym teacher's shadow and a lightbulb went off in his head. Moving quickly he dove to his right to avoid a pair of disks and reached out with his good hand, creating a dark tendril from the ground that shot up to curl around the teacher's leg. "Go!" he shouted, turning his face towards the other students.

Tolliilian had been late there was no surprise! Simply just to much Science had to be done for simple things like sleep and food to get in the way! Although without proper sleep it was getting hard to remember that one part of string theory, what was the word? Oh she’s look it up later, it wasn’t Important now. The tall girl slides into the gym and peeks over from the safety of the entrance. She wasn’t inclined to get involved in this physical engagement. However her mind immediately wanders to the piers of those trying to take on the teacher and the teacher himself. Her heart races as she pulls out a journal and stops to calculate the raw force he must be launching those stones with. Surely there was an effective range to this power? It seemed he was easily able to manipulate the earth in his field of vision, so did that mean you had to use blind spots on him? That’s ould be incredibly difficult as without effectively blocking off his vision he could theoretically have huge effective range. However his body could have also evolved to be able to pick up vibrations a sense of the earth Geokintisis? One thing was for sure he was untouchable in this little gym. It was his element and when he could manipulate the earth as if it were water he could make his pillar as high as he wanted. He could even make a dome or sink the students into the ground. She looked at the head strong Girl trying to Straigh up Speed blitz the teacher. She was horribly out matched by this pairing. She could see it all over. If their teacher was trying there was thousands of different ways he could Body her right now. It was a swell thing he was a teacher, a villain of this caliber could have easily pulled her into the earth and crushed her. Even if she could augment her entire body it would come down to depth and weight to her stamina and endurance. It was a war of attrition to take him down. In order to beat him she’d have to stop blitzing and work with her teammates to wear their teacher down. She took in the pillar, he was to high up for her to try and reach without revealing her power. She hated it. Hated how people wanted to make her an experiment, like they all were now, when there is clearly more pressing issues in the world! We still hadn’t solved Hunger, or escaped the cold Clothes of death! Her powers could wait, however she certainly didn’t mind when they came in handy and helped her get away with her research and find nice quite places, or help her get into places she wanted in to. However she’d clearky wandered off and shook her head. Focus! She looked at Both Jack and Eugene, then back at the docs then back at them. Jack was able to easily dodge the discs without being an enhancer like the girl was. He had normal human speed and reactions, at aleast that’s what it appeared, he had ample time to dodge and get out of the way. She looked at Eugene, animilistic in nature and clearly a tank at heart. With her eyes she carefully watched to see how much they pushed against him. Roughly calculating his weight and how much resistance he was giving and distance, she was satisfied knowing the full power and speed of the stone Discs thus far. With that she stood up and carefully took cover to continue her notes and also not be in as much danger. However Something g hit her like a truck and it absolutely ruined this happy little moment. SHED FORGOTTEN TO ACCOUNT FOR THE TYPE OF STONE VOLUME AND DENSITY! How could she let this happen!?! Now she had to find the new data and recalculate it. Ugh this feeling was awful, she decide that sleep was definitely still nessary for now.

Aurona has simply been zoned out following the group from place to place without much thought. She’d been day dreaming again. The worst part was she had’nt even been keeping up with names. She barely remembered hers at time. It was hard to focus. And she had kinda walked into the arena absent mindedly maki g her an easy target. It took a few hits and seemingly getting k.o.ed before her brain, if she had one, finally put it together. She pops up and rushes over the Artyom and Eugene. She uses her big scary voice and approaches from behind.
“ All righr what’s the game plan and how can I help?” She says with a slap on both their Shoulders. Her suit was heavy and bulky, and really slowing her down but she’d do her best to make sure these guys succeeded in beating the teacher. That and she kinda wanted to dethrone the king to. Besides it as Fun! ACTION VIOLENCE, A CHALLENGE! How could she pass up when all school was ever, was BORING! She switched her voice modulator to “Juggernaut” to sound much more physically intimidating. However the bad news was, she had brought any of her canisters. Meaning she could only really be Neon, Air, or stone. Which was pretty limiting and one was lame and not useful and welll the other meant she’d probably end up as a puppet so she was conent with just being a neat sheild. She pushes the two behind her to take the next few hits and give Eugene a break, that is assuming g she can actually move him. “ Let me give you two a quick break in that case!”

Normal academy, this was not. Ellen wasn't exactly sure if that was a good thing or not.
On one hand, she was in a group of mutants with people just like...yeah, no. Her power wasn't teleportation, elemental powers or anything offensive like that. It literally only activated on death, and Ellen had no intentions on dying on her first day. So one could say she was the normal one here, being just a normal school girl that so happened to not die.

Of course, that was excluding the fact that she was being followed by an apparating girl that was invisible.

Ellen was late to class, although unlike the many times that her reason was because she didn't care enough, she was late this time because she was fascinated with the school. It was only a conversation with that girl that she realised that she was late to class and the urgency of it. It went like this.

Ellen, this place is so pretty, isn't it?

"Yes. Quite an elegant place. It looks far better then my house."

I'm jealous, wait, actually, no. Actually, in your shoes, certainly this place is far better then home, right?

"....I suppose so. I prefer you not talk about home like that."

Even though it's a dump? Well, anyways, I've never been to a boarding school before, would the classes be hard?

"Crap. Why didn't you tell me sooner?"

Ellen then stopped, and ran her butt over to the gym. The girl followed while laughing.
------------------------------------------------
Ellen was tempted to just hang back, hide in the corner, and then say 'What am I supposed to do?". After all, Ellen was a little girl, and she had no offensive ability in her powers.

Still, she was no coward, and she's died so much, so why did it matter if she went to the extremes? It may not be apparent, but she could take a lot of misery, pure force of personality and endurence, that girl said.
"Hey, does anyone have some kind of external weapon?"

She said, while boldly walking towards the attacking source. She tightened her hands into fists, a backup should no-one give her anything. This was incredibly stupid, Ellen was far and above smart enough to realise that. But when you could die and come back infinite times...

Jack struggled to maintain control of the dark tendril he was using to anchor the gym teacher to the ground when he noticed the two newcomers.

The first was another tank type, sacrificing her body to provide cover against the incoming disks. The second was... well Jack wasn't too sure about what her abilities entailed. But she rushed forward along with the others so she wasn't a stealth type like him. It was relieving to see that he had an entirely different style from the others; that should give him a considerable advantage in the right situation.

The girl's request for a weapon caught Jack's attention though and he began to think of a solution. On one knee, still extending his good arm to maintain his hold on the dark tendril, he opened the hand of his injured arm and focused on the shadows behind him. Darkness emanated from the wall, swirling around his outstretched fingers, and condensed into a tangible form. The shadowy form began to solidify and in a matter of seconds the silhouette of a sword appeared in his palm. This silhouette continued to condense and solidify until it was as hard as metal and sharp enough for combat.

"Catch!" he yelled to the girl before throwing the sword, albeit quite awkwardly with his injured shoulder, into the air. Now fully focused on maintaining his hold on the teacher Jack sent out another apparition from the shadows, this one forming a solidified chain that curled around Lethabo's other leg. With both hands Jack pulled on the chain, a stream of perspiration streaking down his temple as he began to strain from the exertion of overusing his powers. "Aghhhh," he groaned through clenched teeth. Eyeing the other students he let out a sardonic chuckle and suppressed a sly grin. "Oh don't worry guys, I'm doing just fine over here. Don't let me interrupt your break or anything."

While initially grateful for the small respite, and an opportunity to talk about how they were going to take down the teahcer, Artyom grew more antsy as he watched the proceedings. "My power..." He trailed off, watching his classmate on the other side of the gym create objects from shadow. Initially, he dismissed him. How useful could someone skilled in stealth really be at attacking their opponent? More chaos, he thought, would be the only way for him to be able to make use of his powers.

In reality, it was quite backwards. He was holding down the teacher, and giving everyone else their opportunity to shine. "My power is..." He tried to tell the other girl as he watched the second tendril restrain the teacher. While he couldn't hear Jack's comment over the maelstrom of activity all around him, or was really even watching him for the queue, Artyom knew it was time to move.

"I make things heavy." He spat out simply, immediately diverting his attention towards the opportunity before him and shooting forward like an arrow from a bow. He made himself lighter and lighter, trying to reach Lethebo as fast as possible before the chains broke. He jumped over one disk, ducked under another, and was nearly on top of Lethebo when he reversed his powers, multiplying his weight several times over. At his current weight and speed, he was hoping to be able to plow through any barrier Lethebo could put in place and slam into him, shoulder first, plowing over him like a bowling ball.

Hm. A sword, even if it was a shadowy one, was quite a mediocre weapon. Didn't that man know to never bring a sword to a gun fight? Still, Ellen didn't say it, because there was just something she couldn't place, that still made it a highly desireable weapon for her. She didn't know why, perhpas she was a swordsman in her past life? Besides, he the only one polite enough to give her a sword, although that being said, Artyom wasn't really capable of making weapons.

She gripped the shadow sword tightly, it fit into her hand comfortably. Sharp as metal, but coming from a most peculiar origin. Ellen knew what to do now. Still, she had no desire to really hurt the teacher seriously. She stared at Jack in a most harsh way at his comments to the ones retreating, but still mouthed 'thanks'.

So with that, although the sword was big for her, since she was very small, Ellen charged towards Mr Lethabo, planning to hit him right in the shoulder, hard. Enough to stop throwing those discs of his.
Of course, she had to sacrafice her agility for strength, but oh well.

Tolliilian had by know assessed the situation as much as possible for one taking cover. It was still an unknown variable the range and full use of their teacher’s powers.

By know she was also getting the gist of the other students powers. Simply put He was untouchable with their current skill. However she was using all the pieces on the board to use a strategy. This was all bringing to turn after the mass theorems of the force behind those discs. She reasonably assessed whil it would hurt, each one was probably taylored to the student, after all Jack could dodge as much as he wanted but once false step and he could get hit, and in that event it would put him in the infirmary for him to take a disc meant for Eugene and Artyom. Simply put it would break him, his body was built like an average person’s.

At this moment she watched Artyom leave behind Eugene and Aurona who’d junkies into the fray. He was soaring like and eagle and about to come down like a meteorite. His jump, it wasn’t easily obtainable without exchancment yet he seemed to lack the Blitzer’s ability to augment himself. Gravity weight or mass perhaps ? Needed further proving.

However by now she had a plan. The best course of action would be to test out their teacher’s effectiveness and contort along with his ability to Multitask. As well as make strong pairing. Her first rough plan was as follows, Surrond Mr.Lethebo with all the currently active students. They were all bunched up and remained where he could see the majority of them with exception to Jack, who had both stealth powers and was behind their teacher. He had to visibly turn his head and check for him before acting. This clued her in that perhaps he wasn’t an omnipotent vibration feeler.

So what should be tested first would be to put the 4 most visible students at each cardinal direction around him. From there it was a pincer that would leave him unable to go anywhere without having to abondon his little tower, or try and stop one of the students, so he could escape. Ideally The big tacky guy should be to his right and the speedy powerful girl opposite to him. Other than her, Jack and Artyom were clearly the most mobile in nature. The girl worth eh sword should stay in front as the weapon would more than likely readily draw the teacher’s attention and cause his eyes to linger for at least a few seconds. Then from here but the big suited person at his back. This would effectively spread his attention and allow for more movement from the others. She wasn’t sure what the leaping kid could do but perhaps she could speed up or enchants his comrades if he could stop the dics so easily and then launch himself? She hoped it could work on others if that was the case. From here there was divergence in her plan. If the leaping kid (it’s Artyom) could speed up the others him touching The shadow boy and the speedy girl was the first order of business in which case it was an astoundingly powerful speed up that would have to hold his attention to slow her down allowing the rest to easily dodge or block his discs and get close. If not he’d have to move about the arena to make easy weapons from the description this fight had caused, and launch them at their Teacher. Preferably from different spots in the room. He have to stop them while trying to stop students. The final piece was Jack, he should either be hidden behind someone for cover and to also visibly escape The teacher’s line of sight. Another option was to wreck the flour and give him plenty of crevices and hidey holes in which to move forward and closer. Here there came three options try and get the bulky guy to throw him up above the teacher while he’s trying to stop the speedy girl and trying to dea with Artyom, or have the speedy girl get him to the Pilloar with speedy haste and have him sneak up to the top, or finally having him hide another student that would easily never be noticed due to both chaos and not having appeared in the field of battle yet. She had a solid plan.

If Artyom couldn’t take the cake here and now she’d step in. If he succeeded oh well guess the teacher gave up or his determination got through or maybe he had a better plan. Still she stepped out of cover, and with grace maneuvered her way over to the closes group of Ellen, Aurona, Eugene, and hopefully Artyom if he failed. She carefully slides into cover beside the three who are currently there. “ If he fails I have a plan can I count on you three?”

(Sorry guys, the alerts weren't telling me about the replies. Hope I don't get too confused trying to place where everyone is and what they're doing :D)

Alexis hadn't reacted right away when the disks started flying, curious enough to just stand in the middle of the oncomming story of stone just to watch the others get to work, noting all the odd ways these weirdo's ticked. Some seemed to have confusing powers and others simple, forcing ehr to strain her brain to keep up with what they were doing. With that done, she returned her attention to the task at hand, noting how despite his size and power, this old dude was slippery, riding around on that stne like a surfboard. When disks came at her, she'd pull her fist back and attempt to punch right through them, it was a good exercise to keep her reflexes up at least. Though this did result in a lot of dust hitting her eyes.

"Hmm... I could do this some more, but I should probably be going after the big guns and do what I'm told, huh..." She didn't really register the activity around her as chaotic as she should of, as if she wer e achild too focused on something minute to see the bigger picture. By the time she began to move, many had ducked for cover while others ahd pushed forward to attack. Urg, all these people were making it so confusing. Running around, making loud noises, firing off different colours and weird effects, stone was everywhere and that gym dude was still on the move. She needed to clear the air and that's what she was gonna do.

Reaching towards her wrist, she ripped off a simple red rubber band and squeezed it in the palm of her hand. Getting a feel for the elastic, she felt the object turn to dust as it sunk into her flesh, partially switching out the skin of that hand for a rubber coating. Alright, now time to get attention, like all loud girls do. Without hesitation she took off backwards, grabbing a stone dick along the way in her elastic hand and before she could even think about if it could work or not, she began to spin around with the disk in hand trying her best to replicate the moves she'd seen those olypic guys perform on TV with the disks.

Launching the disk into the air, she stamped her feet into the ground and let all the force and momentum of the throw pull up her arm, stretching the elastic further and further the higher up to stone went until she could grab hold of something up high. Using this leverage she launched herself upwards towards the ceiling, letting go of the disk and letting herself sour until she hit a hard patch. In position, she used the precious few seconds she had to push herself off of the ceiling with her legs, shooting her entire body back towards the ground with her metal arm outstretched in a fist.

She hoped that her eventful landing would knock some people off balance, including the teacher. Then again, she never really put that much thought into the plan. Just a lot of mess.

(Sorry guys, I've been very busy the last few days)

Zadkiel was taken aback by how quickly things escalated. Before he knew it, he was dodgings stone disks left and right. His power was useless in this situation. If they had to subdue the teacher then it would be, but they didn't. He ducked under a disk that was heading for his face. Observing the rest of the class, he noticed the group with the "shadow" kid had managed to hold the teacher to one spot. How long that would last he didn't know so he rushed the teacher, only dodging the disks when necessary. When close enough he dived at the teacher reaching for his chained leg.

There was one student coming from behind him, another from the front and more from the sides and other angles that he couldn't even see. The teacher was unable to defend himself from all the attacks so in his mind it was the students win, and throughout the entire spar he took note of students who were able to impress him, those who almost impressed him and those that needed work. Knowing that it was really his own loss, Lethabo decides to end the spar in a rather dramatic way, raising up his hands and immediately bringing them down. The gym's roof shook and crack and immediately crumbled, stopping all attacks on him as the rubble fell down towards the students.

Eugene, who was hunkered down at the time glanced up and saw several large chucks falling towards him and his eyes widened as he thought now he was a goner, and this asshole would be the one to do him in. "Shit!" Was all he could say as an earthen dome surrounded him, created from the stone beneath him, as it did with all the other students, protecting them from the rubble.

Several seconds later when the entirety of the roof was destroyed, leaving only debris and stone domes, Lethabo spread out his fingers swallowing up the rubble and freeing the students from the falling rock. It was the tactic of a sore loser, but he wasn't willing to lose to the students yet. He still needed to command respect and a loss on the first day would ruin his reputation as a skilled professional. He'd just be a professional at that point. With the sun and light snow falling into the now open air gym, Lethabo looked around to see if any students were injured and when everyone seemed reletively uninjured, he created several stone stools for the students to rest upon. "Sit down students. That was a wonderful season. You have all impressed me in your own ways, but I have comments for you all so sit down and I shall tell you them one at a time, for all to hear." He orders.

With chunks of stone raining down from the ceiling Jack was forced to let go of the dark chain and tendril that he'd been using to subdue the gym teacher, focusing on his impending doom instead. His mind raced as he thought of a way to increase his chances of survival electing to bend the shadows behind him in order to create a defensive field over his head. Well, it wouldn't deflect large boulders but at least it would thwart a fatal blow.

Now, all he could do was wait for the incoming stones to crush him and the rest of this ill-fated assemblage of students. He closed his eyes and braced for an impact that never came. Slowly, his eyelids parted to find an earthen dome shielding his body from the stony barrage. And then it was gone, crumbled into dust and pebbles.

Jack obeyed Lethabo's instruction and took a seat on the stool closest to the wall- sure the battle was over but it was always better for him to stick to the shadows. He appreciated the stool as his powers had drained him significantly and now that his adrenaline was fading he began to feel a sharp pain in his left shoulder where he'd been struck by one of the stone disks. Now he was certain that it was dislocated, though he didn't mention it- he only cradled it with his good arm and waited for Lethabo's comments.

"!"

Without missing a beat, Kylie was ready to use Reinforcement to protect herself from the falling rubble before Lethabo elected to follow up his flashy maneuver with an equally dramatic one; summoning a dome to shield everyone. As the domes were dispelled seconds later, Kylie was seen standing in place, crossing her arms with an irritated look; though she was off posture, she was far from letting her guard down, just in case, not until the man finally spoke again to announce that it was all over.

"Tch," the girl only clicked her tongue slightly, reluctantly doing as told and settling atop the makeshift stools. "And here I was about to ask if you could make things lighter. Like people," she spoke Artyom's way, crossing her legs as though lightly bemoaning the lost opportunity for her strategy (that was just as quickly swept away when Artyom sped off), but said nothing more, waiting for everyone to get into place as well with that.

This is going to hurt.

Artyom watched the ceiling fall as he skidded to a halt, and raised his arms above his head in an attempt to shield himself from the barrage. Nothing. There was a deafening crash of rubble as the large fragments of the ceiling broke over the domes like water. The shields vanished as soon as they arrived, leaving a dozen bewildered students standing in the skeleton of the building. Had the teacher really been trying, the thought occurred, he would have simply done that from the beginning.

Seeing the instructor announce the battle at its end, Artyom relaxed, breathing a sigh of relief. He brushed at the dust on his jacket with red, raw hands. Gloves would have probably made the task much easier, but he didn't exactly have a pair that matched well with suit and tie. Perhaps another time. He took a seat next to the blonde, who seemed slightly exasperated with him. He laughed.

"I can make things lighter, I can, but it doesn't work for so long on large objects like people. And if I make you as light as light as feathers, your punches will feel like feathers as well. Still, you seemed to manage quite well without my help." He reached out a dusty, chapped hand. "Artyom."

When the dome came over Alexis before she could see the results of her earthquake attempt, she called out with a few brief cuss words and a loud "HEY! I'M NOT DONE WITH YOU YET!" raising her fist and punching at the wall of the dome... Only for her fist to sail through dust as the teacher already set the stone crumbling, Alexis's momentum carrying her forward and into the floor with a loud 'thawp'. "You fight like a fish... Urg.."

Most of the students were dust covered. Except for Tolliilian she was clean, a mystery as to how to everyone but her. While everyone was in the moment and joining each other at the bench, she was reeling processing. While the students had begun to space out and overwhelm their teacher, her strategy would go unrealized, lost in the dust much like the hopes that victory was possible. Her mind couldn’t escape that moment. She had a masterful ploy victory was assured. Now she was left looking both useless and crazy. She simply stepped over the ruble muttering to herself.
She took a moment to pull part of her shirt over her mouth as a makeshift mask and speaks in a robotic cold Fashion to their Teacher. “ That was Quick and clever, but I saw what you did sir. If you didn’t call it then and there, even after the rubble, your defeat would have been assured. That’s not arrogance. Simple analysis really. However I beilve indivudally none of us could beat you. However with sheer randomness and different people using their powers differently from different spots, you were overwhelmed. However I’m sure you accomplished your goals of a strong impression and gauged our abilities.” With that she walks away from Mr.lethabo

Aurona saw Alexis fall over like a fish and let out a hearty earthly laugh, before violently coughing from all the dust. She stumbles over to Alexis. The battle was short but fun! However her Suit was Jacked up and had taken some pretty horrible damage. She bends over and tries to help Alexis up. In fact she’d even carry the tiny girl ( compared to her) if she doesn’t stop her.
“ You ok? Do I need to carry you? I assure you it would be easy to get you over to the stone stools.” She says in a low kind voice this time

Ellen didn't notice the rubble until she noticed that she was covered by a large shadow. A shadow far bigger then her. When she looked up, it was only a few seconds away from getting crushed by a piece of rubble twice as big as her. It looked heavy, and she knew that from that height, that if she wasn't killed instantly, then she'll still have gross internal bleeding, likely organ rupture. If that was the case, she'll kill herself. Too much time to walk around with a cast or be in bed for weeks.

Well, then, this was it. Ellen never intended to die on her first day of school, especially from someone besides herself. She closed her eyes.

....Look up, you big dummy.
"Huh?"
Hearing that girl's voice, she looked up, to see a massive shield, blocking all the rubble. Oh, guess she wasn't dying today. Thank goodness, Ellen considered those who died quickly lucky. Didn't have to feel the after effects of getting gutted or suffocated.

Dragging herself over to a stone stool, Ellen sat down on it, and waited for her feedback. That being said, how could he give feedback? She literally was just a strong-willed girl who couldn't die. And with HER floating annoyingly around her. No powers outside of that. Well, she thought.

Alexis pushes herself up, finding it hard as her face full of dust clogged up her lungs and sent her into a coughing fit. "Yeah- Ack!" She reached up blindly to pull on Aurona and pull herself up "I'll get on your shoulders and we can charge him" She went through all that effort of bouncing off the ceiling just to get domed. Her ego needed a win, damn it! When she was up on her feet, her eyes went to the back of the teacher's head as the man sat with his back to them. "You know..." Her elastic arm shot outwards towards the teacher, grabbing for his hat. "He never specifically said that the exercise was over. I can still win!"
