Oh good! Maybe if you're insulted, you'll put some sort of effort in your shutdowns. Then I'll be inspired to color my point values. Then we'll have an entertaining banter in which you'll undoubtedly point out all the times we counters have been shut down and I'll put out some vague oath of always counting up. Speaking of, one.
 
So are flat responses, yet here we are, being forced to listen to short worded put downs that even lack the proper emotional sting of rejecting a pesky suitor. But, alas, what is one to do in such circumstances.
