To: The Coalition
Cc: Avalon Medical Facility
Subject: Re: Patient Transfer

We have received your request for a transfer of two comatose patients, G. Shimada and R. Wilhelm. This transfer has been approved, and we eagerly await these two patients here at Busan Medical Facility. We are humbled by your request, as the city of Busan honors all tho have done their part to end the Omnic Crisis all around the world. The fact that a member of MEKA, D. Park, was able to help foil the assassination attempt on these two patients fills our nation with pride, and we are more than happy to do what we can to assist you all.

In regards to the diversion you have mentioned, we have a solution. There is a rail train that starts in America and then goes across the Pacific until arriving here in Busan. It shouldn't take more than three days, and it is primarily a line for cargo transport so there should be no problems with civilians being compromised should things go wrong. I would definitely recommend having guards on duty, as not only could this assailant return, but the train does pass through Deadlock Gorge, an area notorious for train robberies. As it only takes about ten minutes to pass through, this most likely will not be a problem. There is also the matter of Gwishin Omnics. These robotic beasts have been terrorizing our country for decades, and as a result we do everything we can to protect this line. Normally it is left alone as it is run with other Omnics on board as workers, but with living beings on board you may have a problem. It may be best to keep a few people stationed outside in mechs or whatever combat units you msy have at your disposal, just on the off-chance something were to go awry on the Pacific.

Again, we thank you for the opportunity to assist you and your anti-terrorism cause by housing these two patients, and we hope the transfer goes smoothly.

Best Regards, Busan Medical Facility

The Coalition is in a time of great unrest. With the recent Civil War, both the organization and the original headquarters have been devastated, resulting in resources and members spread thin bewtween both Avalon and Knowhere. At the worst possible time, a shadowy assassin known as Reaper attempted an assassination on two comatose agents from his own world. For said agents' safety, and in an attempt to keep Avalon and the other patients from collateral damage, it has been decided that the best course of action is to send the two back to their homeworld to recover. A cargo train to Busan, South Korea will take the two men to safety while a diversion will be sent to Watchpoint: Gibraltar to lead any possible assailants away.

You are part of this train mission, someone who was thankfully available to do this after the Coalition Civil War. Perhaps you are an active member of the Coalition, or one of its allies, and are helping out however you can. Perhaps you are a new recruit from The Torch, who found themselves joining this organization at the worst possible time. Perhaps you are from this world, yourself, and glad to help two people you once hailed as heroes. Or perhaps you are a Survivor of one of many Multiversal upheavals, and was contacted by the Coalition for assistance in this time of turmoil. No matter what the case, you're here now, and these three days are likely to not be ones you will ever forget.

Rules
  1. Please respect me as your GM for this side-story, as I will have the final say in how fights work out and character approvals.
  2. No god-modding. I won't be allowing super powerful characters in here, anyway, so it should be impossible from an in-universe standpoint.
  3. Please make sure to stay active! Inactives may be killed off if you have not posted at least once per chapter. If needed, find someone who can help keep you updated if you kbow you're going to be away for a while.
  4. I will be starting this roleplay on Tuesday, May 28th. Sign-ups will close that day, so make sure you sign up by then.
Character Requirements

  1. No duos allowed for this. As it is, the Coalition is spread thin at this point, so this mission will not realistically have that many people.
  2. No all-powerful characters. As it is, those types of people would most likely be off working on other main projects, as this is not a top priority mission. I will allow characters with some level of power due to one part of this mission, but no higher than, say, Starfire.
  3. Your character must have some sort of affiliation with the Coalition, as I listed above. You can either be a Coalition member or member of another affiliated group (most likely the MEU or UN, as ODMA had only just formed), a Torch recruit, or an affiliated ally from a previous event. Make sure your reasons for them joining up is realistic; highly unlikely someone like The Joker would ever join up.
  4. This game takes place chronologically right after Civil War and right after the story Unfinished Business. Anything after that has not yet transpired. Refer to the official Timeline if you have any questions.
  5. I have an exception to this previous rule, and that is if your character is from the Overwatch universe. If you do sign up as one, I will fill you in on the state of this world.
  6. There is a special mission in this game, one that involves being outside the train during a trip across the Pacific Ocean in case Gwishin Omnics attack. Characters who are capable of flight in some way (whether by themselves or with the help of a mech/robotics) are the only ones who can participate in this portion. Anyone else will remain on the train.

"Very well, I'll take your job. You can always count on Doctor Knock Out. Though... 100 Shanix extra for each scratch on my paintjob, that's the deal."

Name:
Knock Out

Canon:
head_top_logo-prime.png

Why Are They Here:
While not a member of the Coalition, Knock Out was hired by the Coalition's forces for this job, with him being recognised as an Autobot Medic and Engineer on the War-recovering Cybertron of a Uniend cluster universe, since the Coalition's own medics and engineers alike are being thinly spread elsewhere.

Powers/Abilities/Weapons:
Knock Out is equipped with weaponry which he can morph his hands into, mainly energon blasters and blades. His arsenal consists of items you would expect from a Medic - buzzsaws, operating knives, welding torches, virus injectors, so on. Sure, his arsenal is more oriented towards Cybertronian physiology, but Knock Out, despite his history as the Mad Doctor of the Decepticons, has a big, shiny Council-approved Medical License, and also took a crash course in human physiology!

Having a Doctorate on Cybertron means you can easily double as a basic Engineer, using the same tools he uses for operations, he can accomplish repairs on machinery. Cybertronian technology is pretty easy to fix, and Earth hardware even moreso. Usually software not so much, but in Knock Out's case, he's pretty good.

And how could I drop a Cybertronian in without mentioning the sweet, juicy ride known as their altmode? While many Cybertronians prioritize their altmodes as a means of blending in, power or speed, Knock Out prioritizes his altmode as a means of showing off. A high-speed race car, so he claims. He is, after all, an automobile and an automobile enthusiast.

Name: Lincoln Campbell

Canon: Agents of SHIELD

Why Are They Here: Lincoln has been a part of the coalition since after the events of Gravity Falls. Acting as a doctor under the Coalition, he decided to come to make sure the patients make it safely ( and a little bit to avoid thinking about the fact that Tommy has recently due to the coalition).

Powers/Abilities/Weapons: Electromagnetism Manipulation: Campbell's powers enabled him to manipulate the electrical charge in molecules for a variety of effects, such as accelerating the heat in objects and levitation by repelling a person from the ground. In battle situations, he could shoot blasts of electromagnetic energy, capable of stunning or killing humans. He was also able to channel this energy through any metallic objects for diversions or to disrupt electronics. He can project the electromagnetic energy into spheres, beams or blasts, and also absorb electricity. He can knock down a plane or erase an entire city.

Expert Physician: Campbell was a trained doctor, and also had a deep knowledge of the particularities of Inhumans' physiology. He was in charge of helping other Inhumans in Afterlife with their transition process after Terrigenesis, being described by Daisy Johnson as the best in that. Following the War against the Inhumans, Campbell worked in a hospital in Cincinnati, until he was forced to escape due to exposing his powers to defend himself from Lash.

Skilled Martial Artist: Campbell's S.H.I.E.L.D. training gave him great skill in hand-to-hand combat. Often using his powers to aid him as he could block punches and even fling enemies across a room using his electricity. Campbell demonstrated this knowledge multiple times in the field, such as when fighting the highly skilled Alisha Whitley as well as multiple HYDRA guards while he and the Secret Warriors were attacking a facility.

Backpack: Within this bag, Lincoln keeps his medical supplies, his stress bouncy ball and a spare set of clothing. Though he doesn't talk about it, he also has a baby monitor to keep an eye on Tommy's pet Wolgon who is currently residing at the Coalition. Otherwise, the bag is pretty much a standard backpack. It also holds his Staff of Illusions from the Falls incident, but he doesn't really think he needs it.

Available for the Gwishin Mission?: No.

"I'm not trying to show off. I want you to know I can do this!"

Name:
Ruby Rose

Canon:
RWBY

Why Are They Here:
Ever since Qrow and Jennifer were rendered comatose following the events of Civil War, Ruby made regular visits to the Coalition. Though, her somewhat juvenile abilities proved too little to always be of use to the Coalition. Thus, when she was given a chance to help the Coalition escort two comatose patients, she was eager to oblidge. The memory of her comatose uncle, and a long time friend she had made at the Coalition still lingering fresh in her mind.

Little did she know what the future had in store for her...

Powers/Abilities/Weapons:
- Semblance (Speed); Ruby, like many other hunters/huntresses in her world has an innate ability, one that is unique to her. It allows her to propell herself to immense speeds. This is often accompanied by a blurr of red petals, and her cloak itself becoming a kind of trail. In many ways, she resembled a little red comet when making use of her semblance. She often uses this in conjunction with her crescent rose in combat. While the ability is not completely developed, she has so far been able to create slipstreams, and even small whirlwinds when using her semblance to its fullest (as far as she knows), although it takes some time, and alot of concentration to do so.

- Crescent Rose; A weapon which has a compact, gun, and scythe mode. Allowing for easy storage, and alot of flexibility in combat. As a result, Ruby is capable of utilizing the weapon for close, medium, and long ranged combat. In addition, she has various dust cartridges custom made for her scythe, allowing her to use various kinds of ammunition to aid her in combat.

- Combat Training; Although it is not complete at this point in time, Ruby has been a student at Beacon Academy, which further honed the skills she gained from training with her Uncle. As a result, she has become rather good at making use of both her crescent rose and semblance in various ways to overcome her adversaries. Although as of right now, she is more skilled at taking down creatures of Grimm than she is at fighting human/faunus enemies. Though this doesn't mean she can't hold her own against them either, she just requires a little time to adjust to doing this.

"I am Pit, servant to the Goddess of Light!"

Name:
Pit

Canon:
Kid Icarus Uprising

Why Are They Here:
Palutena, sensing the disturbance across the multiverse caused by the Revanchist during Civil War, sent Pit to go investigate. Upon finding the Coalition in disarray and learning about the greater goings-on in the multiverse, Palutena sent him and her Centurions aiding the Coalition during its reconstruction.

Weapons/Powers/Abilities:
Palutena Bow - a weapon gifted to him by Palutena. Capable of firing arrows of light for attaxking at a distance, it can also split into two swords to attack up close.

Power of Flight - by borrowing power from Palutena, (or Viridi,) Pit is capable of flying for up to five minutes at a time. If he flies for any longer, then his wings burn up and he falls to the ground.

Available for the Gwishin Mission?:
Yes (for about 5 minutes).

Name: Lwai Aura Tibesti

Why Are They Here: After helping with the mission on Ragnarok that led to the death of Atorious, Lwai offered his services to the Coalition forces on the planet in any way he could.

Powers/Abilities/Weapons: Lwai's body is robotic, being controlled by his subconscious. While he doesnt carry weapons, he can use his superior strength in battle via hand to hand. His mech is able to use hand to hand the same way, as well as having guns.

Available for the Gwishin Mission?: Yes?

Name:
Eric O'Grady/ G.I.Ant-Man/ Slaying Mantis

Canon:
Marvel

Why Are They Here:
As a former member of the 50 State Initiative and the Thunderbolts, Eric was forcibly conscripted to join the Coalition during the Civil War. Initially, his inflated reputation initially earned his a series of high stakes missions... which he proceeded to royally screw up time and time again, cracking under the growing pressure.Undergoing a series of crippling demotions due to his cowardice, Eric was placed on the Coalition's back burners, being removed from the public eye and placed solely one reconnaissance missions. Once the Avalon situation went south, he was assigned to the patient transfer.

Powers/Abilities/Weapons:
G.I.Ant-Man Suit:
Using Hank Pym's improved Giant Man armor, Eric has access to a constant supply, granting him access to a variety of powers and abilities:
Size Addition: By acquiring additional mass from the Kosmos Dimension, Eric can increase his size dramatically, with his strength and durability scaling upwards to support his increased size.
Size Reduction: By compressing his molecules, Eric can safely shrink down to approximately 0.5 inches in height, whilst retaining his regular mass and strength. He has the potential to shrink himself down to the subatomic level for brief periods of time, at a great risk to his health.
Robotic Legs: The G.I.Ant-Man suit contains two retractable metallic legs stored within its back, allowing Eric to climb across vertical surfaces with ease. The legs also contain two small thrusters, allowing Eric to fly unassisted at small sizes.
Ant-Helmet: Designed by Citri Noll, Eric's helmet contains built in A.I. support, and grants him control over ants and other insects. The helmet also allows Eric to project his voice so that those at 'normal size' can hear him. The helmet also contains its own oxygen supply.
