Demon's Broken Promise The Gathering & Lounge

I’m starting to think these kids all have deep mother wounds :emoji_joy_cat: :emoji_joy_cat: :emoji_joy_cat: Gonna have to bring baby bottles to the next meeting lmao

No, dear. I am going to use that thing for later on. Announcing it to the meeting destroys the purpose of it.

If you want it like that.... shrugs
Didn’t see this message until now, my bad, or at least it looks like you edited it!
i hadn’t been able to make the proper edits yet
If you had waited a moment the edit would have been made
but looks like you had a lot of fun with that last post anyway LOL

Sure, sure go ahead. Won't promise it'll get acknowledged though.
any issues you might have with any in-character actions, please don’t hesitate to communicate or shoot me a PM, will be glad to plot out interactions, and make changes. no need to breed contempt if it can be avoided! this is all for the love of the rp and if you’re not lovin’ it, there’s no point

only assume you’re taking it more seriously than you should be because that was a joke about everyone calling arakiel a mom

I didn't say I wasn't enjoying the rp. Keep doing what you're doing.

Just to let everyone know, I made some extreme edits with the last post.

Also, for Shula’s forgotten backstory. I was thinking that maybe because of the treaty some demons (specifically fire and those who knew soul forgery or magic of the like) came together to try to make demons of their own. Especially since fire demons had to burn the impregnated host to assure the demon’s fire power. A scientific experiment began to artificially create demons without a host. So using dark magic and soul forgery, they attempted to make fire demons, but the problem was that they either had no control, no emotions, or did not survive. Shula was the closest thing they had to a success, and the soul fragment used in her was a fire demon named Zahra Nur, who killed herself by falling into the ocean (Shula’s fear of heights but her odd acceptance of a watery death). The lab, somewhere in the Neutral Zone by the Quarantine Zone, would have been destroyed by the beast. That’s where Shula was found. What do you guys think? Especially @happydeath and @Sanity43217

Pretty cool but sad backstory. Adds a lot of depth to the character, like reasons for why she might not understand some things are outside of her control, with her soul not being her own. Would her origins be classified? @GreenPhoenix3

Yes, well, I definitely think Shula wouldn’t know but she would figure out sometime in the future. Maybe Avaddon and/or Arakiel would know because General Hikmah told them where she was found and they investigated it? Or maybe some of the others knew Zahra and just recognized similarities?

Remember back when you said it was cool that Arakiel knew her from before? Arakiel might have some memories of her days before “shula”. @GreenPhoenix3 in that case I have a question! Is it that her soul is 2500 years old, or is that just around the time that she was found?

Shula is 2500 (25) years old. But Zahra Nur died right before Shula was created. So, demons could have known Zahra but she killed herself 11000 years before the Beast attack (she was pregnant and didn’t want to die for her child, so she chose to die for herself?). She would have been 1800 (18) when she died. So if Zahra was still alive she would be 4300 (43) years old. So Arakiel could have known Zahra.
