Interest Check 3.5 D&D Dungeon Crawl for Treasure or Doom

Deific Reality
I would like to run a 3.5 D&D campaign, everyone would start out as a level 5 character, standard races, standard classes, standard alignments, and standard equipment.

This D&D game will require 4 to 6 players, no less, no more. Everyone must start at the same time, so once it starts it's closed. Now it'll only be one dungeon so if the RP is liked it can be ran again but with new characters and a different dungeon map.

Since it's short the objective of the RP is clear. There is an artifact in the dungeon that can cure the plague and your here to retrieve it. Now your motive doesn't have to be simply save people, it could become rich, it's up to you.

However, there's a catch, there is also a Mind Flayer who makes it home down in the dungeon who you must avoid at all costs. If you run into him your party will die, no questions asked, he will beyond your party's ability to handle. But he won't seek you out, so you need not worry that he will be hunting you. So you'll need to avoid him.

And yet there is another catch, one of your party members is the Mind Flayers Thrall, this will be chosen at random among the players and will be informed secretly via a direct message. They will also be informed of the entire dungeon layout. It will be the thrall's goal to lead the rest of the party to the Mind Flayer.

The strategy and tactics each player chooses will be up to them,

No communication outside of the RP is allowed. You can't tell other players you aren't the thrall or that there is even a thrall. The players, will not know one of them is a thrall. So it'd be easy to metagame this, please don't.

Looks good. I'm booked up on RPs at the moment, but let me know if you get enough players together for it. I can get you an area set up in the tabletop area of the forum :)

As for ability scores I’ll be doing stat sets so everyones characters will be essential equally powerful. But despite that how the character is built utilizing skills, feats, spell, and equipment can still affect how good a build is.

I’ll be giving everyone a heroic set but it does mean some enemies will have them too, most will be average though.
