All NPCs posted below are known keepers. They will be reallocated to The Deceased when they die. Players can only post new characters with the authorization of the GM.
Format is slightly different than the PC characters. You only need to put the name of the familiar (In the case that the familiar's name was never specified. If so, put "???" under the application slot labeled "Familiar Name/Alias:") Make sure to label that the character is a NPC, to be recorded in The Deceased.
