Getting to know eachother better

I once finished a night out drinking with friends by having a beer with a local soap opera celebrity at sunrise and giving him career advice on whether or not to quit his current soap opera part in favor of a protagonist role on movie based on a national book. Needless to say he was super drunk, but hey! Free beer! Super weird...

ive filled two separate notebooks filled with stories written and throughout my life they have both either disappeared from their normal spots or just straight lost into the unknown

When I was a kid, I learned the (English) alphabet backwards before I learned it forwards. My dad thinks he's funny. My preschool teacher thought he was less so.

While I am Brazilian by birth, I have good childhood far away from Brazil. I lived five years and a half in South Africa an de six months in Mozambique before returning to Brazil at nine years old.

It is from my time in South Africa that I learned English.

I was once made to sit still in a cage full of snakes for what felt like half an hour.

I have been in several dangerous/exciting situations and never noticed until my friends told me about it. Like one time I was literally participating in some kind of haunting, but I was asleep. So only my friends got to experience the thrill of seeing someone getting possessed. -.-

Hmm... During my first year in college, I nearly got mugged but I was sleep deprived and exhausted, so when he ordered me to hand my phone (and waved his knife too) I didn't notice and simply said "Huh?" three times. Nearly got stabbed but instinct saved me. (I took Taekwondo and it helped even if I was half asleep)

Sometimes sleep deprivation is scarier than most things. Because of it, I missed a haunting. Anyways, how did you fend off the mugger?

Reflexes mostly. He tried to sit beside me, probably to stab, I did a roll maneuver where he could stab my leg and I could kick his jaw. Thankfully, the police came before blood was shed. It wasn't really a cool scenario, but it's funny everytime I look back. I mean, he threatened me, and my only answer was a confused "Huh?" So yeah. XD

When I was kid I was asked to get eggs from the chicken pen and I ended up being cornered by a rooster and like 8 chickens. The rooster attacked me, jumping at me with claws and all. This experience imparted me with an irrational fear of chickens... I'm 1m96 and weigh 100+kg but i'm afraid of damn chickens O.O

I picked English up from magazines, movies and the Internet. Now, I'm an aspiring translator. Suck on that, life.

I was the coolest kid in class when I was around 11. I got to run around with streaks of red in my hair, because the absurd amount of my white strands made me feel ostracized. Lucky me, because I got to learn that it only got worse with time. Now, I have to dye my roots if I don't want to look like a, I dunno, bald eagle or something. And to think you could find me swearing about how I would not put even a drop of dye in my hair a few months ago...

When I was a kid my mom used to have me do commercials. The other day one of the old videos came up on my suggested YouTube feed and my friend hasn't stopped teasing me about it since.

I've been kidnapped.

The real story is actually far less interesting as it was technically only a kidnapping in the legal sense and, thankfully, not terribly traumatic.
