"The only thing I know about that one is that you have to say go fish when you put cards on the table," Elias replied before grinning. "But I guess I can learn."

Kadin has already set out his stuff on the bottom bunk, after of course making sure it was too loud just in case he ever felt like sneaking out. Despite his handicap he could actually be quite stealthy, many people mentioning how he could sneak up on them quite easily. Sitting down on the bed he watched the other boys try to figure out go fish and he just shook his head with a smirk. Reaching into his bag he carefully pulled out a small baggie with half of what looked to be a dinosaur skeleton. It was one of those 3D crystal puzzles you could get at Walmart, his being that of an allosaurus skeleton. He had started the thing months ago but had lost interest rather quickly and given it up, but now given the choice between socialising and the puzzle he much rather the puzzle.

Tutski grinned, satisfied that he already got people to play with him. He jumped from his bunk and landed on the floor with a soft thud. He sat on the floor and invited the others to play with him. "Come on!" He insisted "Let's start." He started shuffling the cards, waiting for the others to join him.

Elias awkwardly shuffled off his bed. "Did you uh...say go fish? You're gonna have to help me out on that one." He wasn't much of a card person, and the only games Elias played were on a game console, but he could always learn. "Don't think it's really a thing back home."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was the night of the first day the kids would be spending at the camp. Everyone had had their time to introduce themselves, It was time for the cabin members to decide on their group names for the rest of the summer, too. There was a big fire in the middle of the camp, the area of what would be called the "Assembly", just in the middle, with some logs to sit on and chatter, although if someone preferred it they could also just sir on the ground. As long as they didn't mind the dirt or possible bugs that wandered about.

Dinner was over as well and the counsellors had left the kids to enjoy some free time before they had to submit their names and they joined them to possibly tell some stories. Anecdotes from past summer camps, if they'd been in it before. Klaus surely had some to share himself. Some good... and some bad!, but it was more important to just enjoy their time there. The next day they'd be starting with their weekly activities and they'd surely be more tired at night. So it was better to exploit their time TONIGHT.

Kadin glanced at the clock near his head, a smile creeping across his face as he checked he time. “12:49” it read and slowly sitting up in bed, attempting not to creek to much he began to get change into his hiking clothes. Slipping on a pair of thick jeans, hiking boots, and his normal plaid shirt. Finishing off the outfit he pulled on a nice leather jacket and grabbed a hold of his cane. Retrieving his backpack from the edge of the bed Kadin fished inside and grabbed his phone, turning it on to reveal his background of a dragon. Entering the chat app that the camp had made, He quickly started a private chat with “Nancybear” and began to message her. “Meet me by the logs in the middle of the camp” he typed before shoving the phone into his pocket. ‘One more thing to do before I go’ he thought to himself rising in his backpack once more to pull out a folded sleeping bag, untiring the strap he began to unfold it. After he got the entire thing open Kadin arranged it in a specific way before draping the black over and grinning proudly at his creation. In the dim the sleeping bag could be easily mistooken for someone in the bed, hopefully they wouldn’t be out long enough for it to become required though. Reaching into the bagonce more he pulled out a small flash light, a pocket knife, a couple chewy granola bars, a water canister and a chocolate orange just in case. Shoving his goodies in his pockets Kadin quickly zipped up the backpack and set it back down where he found it, before inching off the bed. As he stood up the bed gave a low creak of protest but it was one that most beds made when you turned over in sleep so he wasn’t too worried about it. Getting a firm grip on his cane, he quickly made his way to the door, only getting the occasional floorboard creak as he did so. Finally as he reached the door he inched it open just wide enough to slip out before he shut it once more, making his way to the logs.

She didn’t want to be at the camp any longer. While the majority of the people appeared to be nice and all that gushy-warm-huggy-crap, it just wasn’t her cup of tea. So, once everyone was snoozing in their little sleeping bags, Aithne was dressed in a plain long sleeve red shirt with a black hoodie pulled over that. A pair of black pants adorned the lower half of her body and her outfit was finished off with a pair of red and black hiking boots.

Should I leave or just explore? Musing internally a moment, Aithne decided to just explore tonight and if things weren’t better by tomorrow, she would bail. Grabbing some of her clothing and an extra pillow, she situated her sleeping bag to make it look like she was inside. Moving to a window, she silently opened it up and slid out, closing it behind her. She was going to go out the door, but realized on the way back in after the activities, just how unsteady and creaky the floors were, but that was to be expected with wood.

That’s that… Shaking her head, she pulled the hood over her head and slipped away from the lights, heading towards the darkness.

It was almost impossible to sleep so there Nancy lay, on her back, starring at the ceiling as she listened to Aithne move around below her. Her phone vibrated in it's place under her pillow and she waited until she was sure Aithne had slipped out and carefully turned over, checking the message she received. It was Kadin asking to meet her. Sitting up, she replied "Otw!" quickly and slipped out of the bed, shoving her legs into a thick pair of tights before putting on her shoes. Following Aithne, she slipped out of the cabin and headed to the logs where she expected to find Kadin.

Karsin watched from his position on the logs as another one of the girl’s crept from the Cabins and into the woods, disappearing into the darkness alone. ‘Probably not a very safe idea’ he thought to himself as he sat there on the logs, still eyeing the girl’s cabin. After a couple more minutes soon Nancy emerged as well, and Karsin waved her down with his cane from his position on the log. He was hoping to discuss what their plan was and he wanted to see what she had brought along with her.

Smiling, Nancy sat down next to him and leaned back on her hands, admiring the night sky and all of the stars that stood out in the darkness that surrounded them. "Isn't it beautiful?" She asked glancing at him briefly before turning her attention back to the night sky. "I couldn't sleep for some reason so i'm glad you messaged me. Maybe we'll find something interesting to do."

Karsin glanced up as well, a smile sliding across his face as he looked up at all the stars. “It’s gorgeous isn’t it?” He said before sighing and looking back down again. “Remeber how we made plans to sneak into the forest? I was hoping we could do that you know! Maybe just see if there really is a monster then get out” he explained, nervous that Nancy would reject the idea. ((Did Mach give you the warning?))

"Oh yeah. I'm sorry, I forgot." She whispered for no apparent reason. "I should go back and pack a bag then we can head out but not too far." She gushed, completely embarrassed by her forgetfulness. Dusting off her hands, she stood and headed back to the cabin while making a mental note on what to bring with her that could be helpful.

Tommy woke up in the middle of the night sweaty and gasping for breath. He had a dream about monsters roaming around the cabin and kidnapping them one by one. 'Monsters don't exist right? There's just no way...' he noticed that his clothes were sticking uncomfortably to his body and decided to have a change of clothes. He looked around his bag for new clothes and found a simple, white tank and black shorts enough for him to change.

Knowing that he wouldn't be sleeping any time soon, he resolved himself to coming out of his cabin and finding something entertaining to do. He got off his bed and landed on the floor with a hard thud, potentionally waking up some of his cabin mates. He was visibly relieved to know that nobody woke up because of him. But he did notice that Kadin was missing.

'Where could he be? He might be outside, I think.' Tommy slowly opened the door, while scanning for any scary stuff that might spook him out of this world. When he felt that he was in the clear, he stopped outside and carelessly slammed the door shut. 'Oops... sorry guys...' He started walking towards the assembly logs. 'Wait... Isn't that Kadin?' Tommy noticed Kadin and a girl sitting together on the logs.

A grin slowly spread among his features, 'Kadin's already doing the moves eh? I wish you luck boi!' He silently cheered in his thoughts. He started sneaking around the camp, trying to find something to entertain him. 'Showers, Kitchen, Bathroom, Assembly? Nah, how about sports? People will see me though... then what about this thing?' He stopped in front of what looked like a cabin. 'Heh? Whats this building for?'

He got closer to it, trying to work out what it's used for. When he heard the soft sliding of a window opening and closing by the cabin. He decided to investigate so he went and watched the side of the cabin. To his surprise, he found a hooded figure walking away from the cabin. 'Thats weird... who could that be? Could it be!? A monster???' Gathering his resolve, he half-shouted-whispered at the figure. "Hey! Who goes there?"

Kadin watched her go, spotting Tommy out of the corner of his eyes grinning at him like a complete mad man. His face turned a bright red as he realised how it must of looked and glancing away he attempted to not let Tommy see how flustered he was. It was true, despite only knowing Nancy for one day, two of you counted the chat, he was already in love with her, and could you blame him? She was kind, and funny, and smart, and adventurous in fact just thinking about her made a smile spread across his face. Of course she would never go for someone like him, he had a limp and used a cane, he wasn’t very good at anything, plus he was a whole two years younger than her. Of course this couldn’t stop him from hopping.

Aithne froze at the voice calling towards her. Swearing internally, she squeezed the bridge of her nose and debated on just ignoring the figure. Finally, after a few minutes, she glanced backwards towards the male, recognizing him as Tommy. Shaking her head, she crossed both arms over her chest and walked over to him.

“Will you shut the hell up? You’re going to get us caught.” She whispered quite sharply towards him, eyes narrowing a little. She didn’t want to be snitched on and feared he’d go running and tell on her.

“Just need some fresh air, nothing to get all excited about.” Aithne added softly before waving and heading off towards the forest, wanting to explore a bit, though she knew better than to go too deep into the woods. “You can stay or come, don’t care either way.” She whispered over her shoulder as she glanced once more towards him.

Tommy looked at the girl, who he remembered was Aithne, and silently debated with himself. 'Should I go or not?' And then an image of his father appeared inside his mind. 'Tommy... you should never leave a lady alone, got it?' He was suddenly inspired by his dad. He made up his mind.

"Sure, I'll come with you." He walked towards Aithne with quick, silent steps. The cool breeze slightly brushed against his bare skin, making him shiver. "It's cold, I should've brought my jacket." He whispered while brushing his hands for heat.

When he was closer, he studied Aithne's face a bit, and only one thing came up to his mind. 'Cute...' then he remembered how she snapped at him earlier. 'But cold...' He contemplated a bit and had a single conclusion. 'Still cute...' while thinking about this, he didn't notice that he was staring at her.

“Alright.” Nancy announced as she stomped back towards Karsin holding a small bag in her hand. “I brought a flash light, a glow stick, and some water.” She mumbled, shifting through the contents of her bag. She would have to pack a better one another time since she started to make a lot of noise while digging around in her duffel bag. Not to mention how embarrassed she was after she tripped on literally nothing on the way back, covering it up by rushing to speak before he could say something.

“Oh and a small first aid kit.” She whispered, completely flustered from her fall. Slinging her bag over her shoulder, she played with the strap until it rested comfortably on her shoulder and the bag sat on her hip. “Anything happen while I was gone?” She asked, eager to talk about something else. At least for the sake of her now red face.

“Well uh, Tommy and that other girl went into the forest as well. Neither of them had any supplies I think” he explained before reaching into his pockets and pulling out his own goodies to show her. “I brought food, a knife, some water, and a flashlight. Oh and my phone as well, you have yours right?” He asked quickly adding “in case we get separated”. Kadin had noticed her red face but did not bring it up as he assumed it was from her half stumble while walking over here. Luckily enough for him his blush had already died down and what was left couldn’t be seen through the dim. “You ready to go?” He asked her shoving everything back into his pockets and grabbing his cane.
