People were not her interest in the given situation. In total honesty, Setsuna could not care much less about them; they were not in danger, nor were they themselves dangerous. Sure, humans had her interest in some ways, what with their odd mannerisms and emotions seemingly unique to them as a species, but Shirou was the only human she was currently concerned with. As was fitting, in her mind, due to her having come to see him as her master. Though in the very back of her mind, the furthest depths locked deep within due to years of lessons she was not to think or act independently, she did have to wonder. Did he mind it, that she saw him that way? She also still was confused by his alleged falling for her that he had mentioned and told her to go along with so long ago...
But now wasn't the time for questions. Not that she ever felt it was the time for questions, unless she was specifically told so.
In any case, the point was that little mind was given to the passerbys on the street and their mundane conversations alike. Rather, Setsuna's eyes seemed more keen on drinking up the scenery, average as it may have been, committing every detail she possibly could to memory. Just in case something came up and they needed to navigate the place. That, and simple as the city may have been, she found it... Nice.
Granted, it was growing less and less nice, she noted, the further into it that they ventured. Personally she had thought the park they had started off in to be rather stunning, but these dark alleyways and their people were breathtaking in a different sense. She was not one who excelled in reading people, but she could feel a darker air to the place. Something more dangerous. No judgement was held for it, but she did opt to keep a closer eye on the people. Just in case. Not that it was much of a difference than usual, considering she was always prepared for attacks.
But none came, and they made it to Shirou's apparent destination. As he opened the door just in front of her, she craned her head to peer in from around him, unable to see otherwise from her position directly behind him. And blinked twice, stepping immediately after Shirou had, himself. Her gaze flitted around with mild bewilderment, blue-green orbs just slightly wider than usual as she tried to process the entire scene. But she struggled immensely, the fact that she managed to keep calm and even keep walking after Shirou almost astonishing.
Never had she set foot in a place even remotely like this before. She had heard Kyoushirou play his violin many a time, but that was soft, quiet and gentle where these 'musics' were loud and unsettling, she able to feel her whole being pounding from the intensity and vibration generated by the sounds. The lights were disorienting by themselves with how they flashed and flickered, but we're even more overwhelming when coupled with the sea of people moving with and against each other in confusing manners. Not to mention the place smelled of sweat and something else she couldn't quite place.
With how purely overwhelming it all was to her in the truest sense of the word, Setsuna almost could have lost Shirou in the crowd, unable to even hear the bells fixed in her hair chiming to help her regain focus. Fortunately, his voice snapped her out of it, and a small nod was provided as she followed his footsteps with careful precision to assure she not lose track of him, she glancing only briefly to the collection of people who had moved aside for Shirou. But her gaze did not linger, and she was quick to carry on.
Which she quickly found herself grateful for as Shirou revealed his room, the female wasting no time in following after him into it. She seemed almost disheveled, even with the faintest trace of curiosity in her eyes, as though the scene had both drained her and sparked her interest. But she seemed to disregard both of these things alike, instead opting to simply stand still where she had entered and watch Shirou as he went about retrieving his drink before having a seat. She couldn't recall seeing a bottle like that before, and the smell that came with upon its opening was certainly unfamiliar, save for in that odd room they had just come from.
That was not her concern though, and while she was unsure just what drunk was, the closest thing to a look of sympathy that she could accomplish was mustered, a faint trace of a frown tugging at her lips.
"... I am sorry you are inconvenienced by this, Shirou," she spoke in her typical monotone, still not budging from her initial place of entry. And without any request for her to do so, she remained where she was, seeming to briefly contemplate his queries.
"...I do not require anything to drink," she finally settled, hoping it would be satisfactory.
"Absolute angels do not require food or fluids as humans do. We need only Mana, so it is unnecessary to supply such things," she explained. It didn't cross her mind that it may have been rude to decline, especially when she really could drink and eat just fine if desired. Rather, she thought it was polite to elaborate that he wouldn't have to use his supplies on her. But regardless of how it was received, she carried on, bound by mind and heart to answer anything asked of her.
"The city was beautiful. It is... Different, from Academia," she answered, uncertain as to how she could phrase it. Hopefully that would suffice.
