I want to give the Switch a bit more time though. If it turns out better than the Wii U I might pick one up.

The Switch is already better than the Wii U! It's selling like hotcakes and has a TON of awesome games on it already! You should be jumping on that train NOW! Anything's better than the Wii U let's be real XD Even though I own one.......

I'm waiting for the next Smash Bros. or Fire Emblem. I already got Warriors on my 3DS.

We will most likely get a port of Smash 4 with all DLC and maybe even more content kinda like MK8 Deluxe. I don't mind either way

Kinda wish Nintendo would do something new instead of rereleasing old games. Too bad they ruined Xenoblade. I loved the first one.

All developers have been re-releasing old games for a reason. Most people didn't own a Wii U so it makes sense to re-release some of them for the Switch. I loved Xenoblade Chronicles X and I hope it too gets a Switch port.

I'd say I have two, actually!

First one is Dark Souls. I remember picking it up half-blindly on a Steam sale, though the terrible porting and lack of keyboard support without installing patches drove me off for a while. When I acquired a controller, I finally got to play it fully, and good lordy, it was quite the trip.

Back then, I was usually the sort of player to back down when things got too hard. Having a losing streak on online game? Close it and come back later. Level too hard? Search up a guide on the internet to handhold me through it. But Dark Souls had me so glued to its atmosphere that I eventually dropped that attitude. As a fan of lore and story myself, the way the universe was presented to me in the game (In little bits, often vague and open to many interpretations) attracted me unlike any game I had played before. The challenge made me feel like a masochist, though finally beating a boss that was handing my ass over to me filled me with such a sense of pride and accomplishment (EA memes aside) that brought me back to the times I played Gran Turismo 4 and finally managed to complete a 24 hour race.

Perhaps one of the few games that taught me to always seek new ways to solve problems, as well as be observant. After all, almost everything in the game can be dodged/countered if you pay close attention to its patterns and such.

Second one is Fallout: New Vegas. At first, I used to hate it with a passion thanks to my unwavering loyalty to Fallout 3, thinking that NV's world was bland and its story boring. It didn't help that, on my Xbox 360, the first DLC I played was Honest Hearts, the weakest out of the four as I see it. Fast forward two years and I buy the Ultimate Edition on Steam during a sale. I was a whole lot mature at that point, and decided to give it another try. Oh boy, was I glad I dived head first into the game! While I still think that Fallout 3 takes the cake when it comes to the world map and the general atmosphere when exploring, New Vegas' story made 3's look like a badly put together fanfiction. From the sidequests that ranged from humorous to downright disturbing, the moral ambiguity in the great conflict being waged over the Mojave, and of course, the stellar tales told by the DLC, everything satisfied my needs for decent writing. Out of all the DLC, Lonesome Road is easily my favorite. Ulysses' ideologies and philosophy had me thinking for a couple of days after completing the main storyline.

I'm just happy they brought Hyrule Warriors to the 3DS.

I personally love Skyrim, Civilization V, Terraria, Don't Starve, and I like Undertale, although the fandom sorta ruined it for me.

The OG Star Wars: Battlefront 2. I still love the new one, but it's hard to beat a micro transaction free classic

Well there are many games that I consider worthy of "Favorite" status by me.
  • Lego Batman 1-3
  • Ben 10 UA
  • Code Lyoko (Need to purchase again)
  • Transformers Prime (Don't have)
  • Megaman ZX
  • Megaman ZX Advent
  • Megaman Starforce (All games)
  • Megaman Battle Network Double Team DS
  • Megaman Battle Network 6 GBA
  • Megaman 1-4 Battle Network
Those are the only games I have played, as of now.
