Sterling gazed out of his window, his eyelids half shut. He was exhausted, at least mentally and emotionally. He'd just gotten off a long shift at his white collar, nine to five job, and didn't have much energy to do anything else... He was glad he lived by a park, so he could spend his time as far away from the clattering streets as possible. The city had become dull so fast... It is true what they say, the grass is always greener on the other side... But there's hardly any grass at all.

He decided to get some fresh air, or as fresh as it can get in Manhattan...

In the park as Sterling walked he would easily be able to pick up a scent that usually isn't around in the city. the sweet smell of honey and flowers permeated the area as a low buzzing of busy bees was nearby coming from the direction of the scent. If he followed the scents and sounds he would find a lone woman siting in a dirt patch with her eyes closed and surrounded by bees scurrying all over the natural disaster she calls hair that right now was full of blooming flowers. Her skin was a bright salad green hue just barely covered for decency by what appeared to be clothes made from palm leaves.

"Uh... M-m-ma'am...?" He asked timidly... He was used to peace and quiet, and he almost turned on his heel and ran... but he stood his ground for whatever reason...

"Ma'am... are you okay...?" He asked...

Disturbed from her peaceful sitting she looked up at the man that called out to her, opening her eyes and revealing two mismatched orbs. One vivid green and another glowing red and clearly mechanical in nature. For a moment there was no sounds from either him or her only the buzzing of the bees before suddenly She began backing away into a nearby shrubs. "N-no i don't want to go back!" She let out a cry while trying to hide from him.

"Go back...?" He muttered under his breath. He stared at her for a moment, his eyes narrowing as he tried to figure out how to get closer, but he couldn't for fears that the bees would swarm him...

"I won't take you there," He said to her. "What's your name?" He asked, a soft lilt in his voice to calm her frayed nerves, adjusting his thin dress shirt, and sticking a hand in his pocket...

As the girl moved about all of the bees eventually flew away, not wanting to deal with the constant motion thus leaving her all alone with the man.

Looking him in the eyes from her hiding place in the shrubs her robotic eye instead zoomed in closer to see his face and figure oit if he was lying. "Z-zenith..." she said quietly when she heard him ask her name.

His eyes looked her up and down, ignoring the obvious absence of any real clothing... She wasn't human, that much was obvious... She seemed like a scared animal, very animalistic... She could apparently speak English, and had a pair of rather peculiar eyes...

"Do you want something to eat? Are you cold...?" He asked, taking a small step closer.

the plant like girl didn't move from her spot as he took a small step closer but she did watch him VERY carefully. Her rather animalistic behavior is mostly due to her fearing humans and what they had done to her before she managed to run away. "Hungry?" She asked and looked at the few ratskins out of the mans sight.

She would shake her head but her belly still grumbled, making her blush a deeper green tone out of embarrassment and attempt to hide more.

"Would you like to come home with me? Maybe you can find something to eat...?" He offered holding a hand out to her...

"Besides, you shouldn't be out in the cold like this," He said gently, crouching down to her level, his extending hand within arms' distance of the girl. He smiled encouragingly, despite the fact he had no idea what he was getting into, nor did he realize it would ruin his peaceful lifestyle.

the girl watched him slowly inch closer and closer until he was within her arms reach. Extending her own arm a little she looked him in the eyes carefully as she hesitated for a moment, reading his expressions for any signs of ill intent. Eventually Grasping his hand in her considerably weaker feeling one. She quietly nodded as she stood up on shaky legs as she shivered but it wasn't from the cold but from the fear of being so close to a human.

He smiled, pushing his black hair out of his face to see her better, considering the park was washed in purple light as the sun began setting. He helped her up, and got a better grip of her hand... He began slowly leading her out of the park, and towards the apartment building... They had to go up flights upon flights of stairs, for he lived on the fifth floor, which was the highest floor in the small building... He began leading her up the stairs, hoping she would follow, considering they could see the ground through the stairs...

The girl slowly followed him out of the park and hesitated upon seeing the supper busy street and let him walk up ahead towards the door and open it. Now wanting to be much in the open for long she quite literally used her explosive rate of growth to jump right over the street and the moving traffic and come crashing into the stair room of the building. Getting up as it was nothing she continued following the man to his apartment while looking downwards and gulping as she saw the ground right beneath her being so far away.

"Come on... Let's go..." He cooed softly, barely audible over the roar of traffic behind them... He finally reached his door, and unlocked the glass sliding door, slipping inside, waiting for her to follow suit.
"Come inside... Maybe we can get you something to eat, and somewhere warm to sleep..." He suggested, smiling encouragingly.

Glad to see he wasn't all that startled by her leap of faith right over a four lane road with moving traffic she gave the glass a couple taps before slipping inside too. seeing her own reflection on the glass for a split second from the angle she was looking at it. "Warm and food... sun?" She asked with a shaky voice as she looked at the last rays of sun on the floor where she would then go and curl up in a little ball similar to a cat.

"Y-yeah..." He muttered, his voice becoming quieter, and he shut the door behind him... He gazed at her for a long moment, before walking into his kitchen... Maybe since she is a plant, she'd eat other plants...? They'd be nutritionally complete... He grabbed a plate, and pulled some fluffy baby spinach out of the fridge, and placed a few leaves onto a plate, and brought the plate before her, in her little ball...

((lets see how youl react to this~))
As the plate came in close and was placed on the floor next to her then pushed up even closer she sat up, still remaining within the little spot of sunlight as she suddenly grew a third arm and picked up the plate. with her other two original hands she picked up a spinach and gave it an inquisitive sniff before biting down on it. After being done with the first leaf she looked at him and gave him a little wary smile and quietly said. "Thank you..." Before returning to eating up the spinach leaves.

Sterling stared at her with wide eyes for a moment, as still as a statue... He said nothing, nor made any sounds. He simply stood, and walked off to his room, and collapsing on his bed with the same astonished look... He really did... take in a monster... and after a few minutes of silent thinking, the sun set, and Sterling was fast asleep...

As the spinach leaves were finished off She put the plate down on the floor nearby but out of the way before going over to the mans room but finding him asleep already. With the third arm shrinking back into her body as if never existed she decided to find a new warm spot. Finding one just by a radiator she curled up there and fell into a shallow nightmare filled sleep

It was early in the morning when he woke up... He took a quick glance at his phone, to find it said: 5:44, December 23, Saturday... He dropped his hand, still sprawled on the bed... Was it all a dream, he asked himself.

It all seemed so real... What could she be? An alien? A mythological creature? I definitely saw her leap over four lanes of traffic, and grow a third arm... It must've been a dream, right?

He rubbed his head as if he had a headache, and wandered off, and bit his lip when he found her curled up on the floor. Definitely not a dream. He decided to go to the kitchen to go make some eggs and bacon...

The girl would remain asleep curled up against the radiator, twitching from time to time as he walked around the room. She would only later wake up to the smell and sound of cooking food. Being quite literally drawn in by it she shill sleepily wandered over to the kitchen and tried to see what was cooking so nicely but was too damn short.

Deciding to just simply stretch taller she took a peek at the eggs and bacon before returning to her normal size. She didnt seem to be bothered by the human presence like yesterday or maybe hasn't noticed him just yet?
