Cell felt a chair get smacked against his back neck and caused him to turn around to stare Lawrence straight in the face, still maintaining his firm grip on his cohort.

"Alright. I can see that you two are determined to try to fight me then. How entertaining. I'll play your little game~" Cell then released Riccardo, dropping him onto the ground with a thud as Cell proceeded to walk towards the entrance of the building and then turn around.

"Hey... What's he doing? Is he actually leaving? / Wait, he's turning around now... / Why do I have a bad feeling about this..." Came from the few people that were still having drinks, watching the events unfold. Then all of a sudden a yellow and lightning glow emerged from Cell, just like when he demonstrated his power to the two men.

giphy.gif

"Kaaaaaaaaaa Meeeeeeeeee" Cell exclaimed as he planted his hands in front of him for a few seconds, then moved them towards his side as he began speaking some kind of lettered response.

"What's he doing? / Is he speaking some kind of language? / My bad feeling is getting worse..."

EqualHeartyIlladopsis-size_restricted.gif

"Haaaaaaaaaa Meeeeeeeeee" Then a orb of blue energy began forming in the gap between his palms which then began to radiate a blue light that illuminated the room and everyone in it. Most of the people in the bar then began to start panicking and scrambling for an exit.

"I don't like this! I don't like this! I really really really don't like this! / He's insane! What is this?! / I don't care what this is, I'm outta here! / Yeah, me too! I'm running!"

giphy.gif

"HAAAAAAAAAA!!!" The energy then expanded into a large cone-like wave of Energy as Cell released it towards Riccardo and Lawrence and towards the bar in general as he was no longer holding back his strength. The energy began ripping through the floorboards, destroying any tables/chairs and anything else that was in it's way, vaporising all in it's path.

What of Sister Agatha and Nadia who were inside the bar as Cell released his deadly attack? Did they manage to stay alive during this strike? And would this of impressed Nadia and Agatha enough to prove he was as he said he was?

@Yun Lee

"Come on, let's get outta here!" Lawrence cried, he and Riccardo scrambling out of the restaurant along with everyone else. And just in time, too, as the last of the patrons escaped before the place fell apart thanks to Cell's violent display. Nearby Dagonians watched in shock, many fleeing to safety to avoid the debris or rest of the blast.

After a moment, if Cell were to look around, he would only find Sister Agatha there, back in her nun attire. It appears she changed forms during the chaos. "Well done, Cell. Your powers are beyond match. However, it appears our little feline has fled the area. I suggest we-" She paused midsentence, as a limousine pulled up to the scene. From inside, two animalistic men exited the front seats, and looked around.

"Aw, man...they really messed this place up, huh?"

View attachment 2408

"Indeed they did...but I fear that the identity of this "they" escapes me."

As the two conversed with each other, Agatha tensed up considerably. Perhaps she knew these men?

@Raynar Saassin

"Such a shame to see my demonstration to our feline friend forced a retreat. Hmhm, that should of at least showed them just how strong I am---" Cell was about to chuckle when he also heard the Limousine pull up outside and two more people had arrived at the scene.

sarSPQF.png

"Greetings, my animalistic friends. Came to see the display? Hmhm." Cell chuckled as he turned towards the new arrivals, crossing his arms towards them. Just who were they anyways? "So, we have what looked like a Humanoid Dog and a Chicken/Beak creature. And you do look quite buff! But I wonder just why you showed up here."

@Yun Lee

"Uh...hey there, pal." The doglike fellow greeted Cell rather awkwardly, as if this was unfamiliar to him. He certainly seemed friendlier than the Medici men, at least. "It wasn't our choice, even if the grub here is pretty good. See, our boss-"

"Albus! If you could please aid Miss Eliza outside. The rubble here could prove disastrous to walk through." The bird man adjusted his glasses, keeping an eye on Cell.

"Oh! Uh, yeah." Albus walked to the back of the car, and the bird man extended his hand to Cell. "I apologize for sending him off-he is far better at the physical aspects of our job. I am Horace, and my associate and I are bodyguards for Eliza. I take it you've heard of her, yes?"

@Raynar Saassin

ZLHHkR7.jpg

"Not exactly. I've been looking for another fellow. Although it seems like we might actually have a civil conversation without something being blown up~ Despite how enjoyable it is to do that, getting the power I so rightfully deserve here and now would prove to be far more sufficient." Cell responded towards Horace. These two seem a bit more easy going than those two ruffians that dared go against him. "Although, I am now curious as to who this Eliza is if you two are as friendly as you declare yourselves to be. Maybe we'd actually get things going at a reasonable pace instead of constantly running into obstacles."

@Yun Lee

"So you're the one who blew that little shop up. My, my, Albus will be sore about that...he loved the sushi there. Oh, well." Horace didn't seem all that troubled by Cell's admission. "As for Eliza, she is a world renowned singer, performs nearly every night at Bastet's Den. Er, can I ask why you blew this restaurant up? We were on the trail of a wanted fugitive, and this was their last known location."

@Raynar Saassin

"Oh, it's quite simple really." Cell exclaimed with a chuckle as he explained his tale of what happened.

zRps1Uq.png

"There were these two street toughs that dared to challenge me after I asked for a little extra perfection. Taking note however that I did threaten the poor waitress, I wasn't actually going to kill her, haha. Anyways, these two attempted to wade me over to their side despite all the time spent with my new accomplice over there." Cell then pointed over towards Sister Agatha and resumed. "Hmhm. And they attempted to try to knock me out with the "chair to the back of the head" gimmick and well... hmhm, I just had to show them the error of their ways."

@Yun Lee

"I see. And uh, what accomplice, sir?" If Cell were to look where he pointed, Agatha had seemingly vanished. But there was no time to dwell on that, as Albus rejoined Horace, escorting one woman as another followed behind. The woman being escorted took in the destruction.

"Dear me, someone has made an awful mess of this place. Could it be someone found our little vagrant before us?"

View attachment 2415

"Grr...who would do such a thing? That's just evil!"

"Now now, darling, everyone has their reasons for causing trouble. I'm sure that whoever did this had a perfectly good explanation." Her eyes drifted over to Cell. "Oh? And who might you be?"

@Raynar Saassin

"I thought you'd never ask. Hmhm. But this introduction... needs to be Perfect~" Cell exclaimed to the two ladies as he looked towards a corner of the ruined building to discover that a Piano was still present, somehow, and that the operator of said piano was hiding behind it. As he popped up, Cell looked towards him with a smile, which caused the Pianist to panic a little bit before Cell spoke.

zRps1Uq.png

"Maestro, play a somewhat angelic tune for me, buddy." "Oh, of course, Cell." He then began to play a angelic-like theme which could be heard from quite a distance as Cell prepared to... sing? And it also appeared that the people that had fled the building were within range of hearing him too.

"P is for Priceless, the looks upon your faces;
E is for Extinction, all your puny races;
R for Rrrevolution, which will be televised;
F is for how Fucked you are. Now allow me to reprise~~~
E is for Eccentric, just listen to my song;
C is for Completion that I've awaited for so long!
T is for the Terror, upon you I bestow.
Hm hm hm~ My name is Perfect Cell. And I'd like to say, Hello~
"

@Yun Lee

"Um...wow."

"Marvelous, darling, simply marvelous! Are you a performer yourself?"

"Er...did you even pay attention to the lyrics, Eliza?"

"Oh please, child. Every true performer knows the act matters more than the material." Dismissing the girl behind her, Eliza gave Cell a smile. "Now, what brings a fellow like you to New Meridian? You don't look like anyone I've ever seen before."

@Raynar Saassin

sarSPQF.png

"Oh, it's quite simple really~" Cell exclaimed, crossing his arms and smirking towards Eliza. "From my observations and with my friend who apparently chose to flee the scene, I am not from your Universe, clearly. I was freed from my death in search of some more power to bring back my prestigious Cell Games."

OAQpG96.png

"A tournament where the world's strongest fighters fight me one-on-one in a contest of strength. But to do that, I'm going to need more power than I currently possess thanks to that one irritating little brat... Anyways. I was tracking down this "Life Gem" which supposedly grants immortality~"

@Yun Lee

"Oh, is that so?" Eliza smiled coolly at Cell. "Well, my dear, it just so happens that we are after this Life Gem as well! Perhaps you would like to team up? I'm sure I can help you find the power you seek."

If Cell looked out from the corner of his eye, he would notice Sister Agatha in an alleyway. She had a look of urgency about her, and shook her head, motioning for Cell to rejoin her instead.

@Raynar Saassin

Cell did indeed notice that Sister Agatha was in an alleyway just off the corner of his eye and then looked towards Eliza. "You know what? I'll be right back." Cell then raised two fingers towards his head and then disappeared instantly, appearing in front of Sister Agatha in the Alleyway.

"I take it you've found something then? Or that this Eliza woman is not to be trusted with our plans?"

@Yun Lee

"She is most certainly not to be trusted," Agatha hissed, glaring at the woman in question. "Of all the timelines to be inserted into, it had to be the one where she obtains the Skull Heart. Cell, that woman-no, that monster is not to be trusted under any circumstances. We must find Nadia before she does, or else she will kill us both and take all power for herself." After a moment of hesitation, she added, "And before you try to fight her, do not. Eliza may not look it, but she is far more powerful than the two of us combined. If we have any prayer of stopping her, we must make you more powerful and keep her from getting more powerful."

@Raynar Saassin

ZLHHkR7.jpg

"Interesting. So... How would we go about retrieving the gem before them then? If Nadia has even a smidgen of Ki or some kind of sense-able energy, I could in theory track her down that way and confront her. Unless you have any better idea on how to locate our feline friend?"

"(Although I couldn't exactly feel any power in that Eliza woman. While I hate the thought of not crushing her under my boot-heel, perhaps it would be best to ensure victory instead of rushing in and underestimating her...)" Cell thought to himself as he listened to anything Agatha had to say.

@Yun Lee

"That is one area in which Eliza has us beat. She can track blood as if she were a hunting dog. In fact, she is a hunting dog; all of this is mere sport to her." Agatha looked off toward the city. "No matter what, in New Meridian tonight, the Skullgirl attacks. Our best chance is to go into the city itself and track her down there. Hurry, we don't have much time."

@Raynar Saassin

exbULj8.png

"Yes. We must hurry if our adversary has already caught the scent." Cell responded as he proceeded to follow Agatha wherever she went to locate Nadia before Eliza does. And if they end up meeting at the same place, Cell just might have to fight her which is something that he'd rather not do at this current stage in time. Not after their warnings.

@Yun Lee

Despite Agatha's warnings, the city looked rather harmless. People of all shapes and sizes walked by, whether human, part animal like the those at the restaurant, or with some strange appendage, all seemed to be enjoying their evening. One thing of interest was that soldiers patrolled the area, along with a redheaded woman.

"No sign of the Skullgirl yet, Your Highness."

View attachment 2445
"Keep your eyes peeled all the same. The undead are prone to waking up at night, and I'm not giving up our patrol until she's neutralized."

@Raynar Saassin

Cell spotted the Soldiers and was quite curious. Armed guards patrolling this section of town? Something must be up if they were actively patrolling, and seems to be too much of a coincidence. It was then that he spotted someone else: A woman who appeared to be armed with a somewhat standard looking pistol, an umbrella? And had the appearance of authority. Almost.

"Hmm. Judging from overhearing their conversation, it would appear these people are hunting down this skullgirl person. Could they possibly be referring to--- Hold here, Agatha. I'll be right back." Cell then planted his two fingers onto his head again and disappeared, teleporting towards the woman he described in his mind, crossing his arms and smiling towards her.

sarSPQF.png

"Greetings. My name is Perfect Cell. I would sing the song again but sadly there's no pianists around. *Ahem*, anyways. I couldn't help but overhear that you were searching for this... "Skullgirl" character. I assume of course that you are referring to that girl known as Eliza? If so, you and I have more in common than you may realise."

@Yun Lee

The two stared at Cell in rather stunned silence.

"I take it you're new to this city," the woman said. "I have no idea who this Eliza is-"

"A nightclub singer, Your Highness. Quite popular."

"Ah. Well, she isn't the Skullgirl. We actually have no idea who she is, but with this being the seventh year, she should be arriving any day now. You should get to safety, sir. It gets dangerous at night."
