A Demon and a Dragon

Sam smiled even wider. "I've been waiting for you!" She exclaimed excitedly. She pulled him inside and shut the door behind him. Spark looked intently at Amaimon, trying, but failing, to communicate with him.

Amaimon let out a little squeak of surprise as Sam yanked him inside. "I.. can tell.. Now, where is the weapon?"

She led Amaimon downstairs to a moldy-smelling basement with many old items, such as vintage video game cabinets, extremely old books, and renaissance-age weapons and armor, all in fair condition. She paused to think for a moment, trying to find something amid the oddities.

Amaimon looked at each of Sam's many items, picking up a small glass thing, studying it. His hand slipped and he dropped it, breaking it.

Sam scowled. She walked toward a vintage Galaga cabinet leaning against the wall. She turned it on, fiddled with the joystick, and pressed a few buttons, not minding the screen, which had nothing on it. After she pressed the final button, the entire cabinet opened up to reveal a stark white tiled hallway, the game being the door.

Amaimon used his foot to sweep some of the glass under the shelves. He looked at the hallway and followed Sam.

The narrow hallway steeply descended. After about five minutes, the hallway flattened again and opened up to a large cathedral-like room, equipment neatly organized in different areas.

Sam led Amaimon through another hallway from the main lab, and into a smaller room. In that room was the same stark white tiling, but it was burned in some places, and in the middle was a black metal rifle similar to the sound rifle that she had shown Amaimon a couple of weeks ago. It was obvious that it was the same weapon, but changed by Amaimons demonic energy.
