A Pre - School Roleplay

Gwen said, "Yes mom."

 

[Kiki Zapatos]

Sophie looks up at the clock and sees that it is almost noon. She doesn't remember being sick or sleeping. "I feel good." She says, goofily.

Gwen said, "A package came in the mail."

 

[Kiki Zapatos]

Sophie blinked twice and said, "A package?"

 

[geniusinmath]

Gwen said, "Yes ma'am. The mailman delivered it. Ask Billy."

 

[Kiki Zapatos]

Billy entered the room, carrying the package. "Here mom." Sophie took it and opened it. Suddenly, she gasped and dropped the box, shattering the glass heart inside it.

Gwen gets Billy and stays out of the broken glass

Billy asks, "Mom, what did you do that for?" Sophie doesn't reply but begins to cry.

Gwen gives her mom a box of tissues.

Sophie takes the tissues and blows her nose.

Gwen said, "I hope we don't make you cry."

 

[Kiki Zapatos]

Sophie said, "No it's not that. It's your father, Billy."

Gwen said, "Uh?"

 

[Kiki Zapatos]

Sophie said, "When I was in college, I messed up. Simple as that."

Gwen said, "I am very sorry mom."

 

[Kiki Zapatos]

Sophie replied, "It's not your fault honey. I was young, young and stupid."

Gwen patted her back, "Let it all out."

Sophie sobs and blows her nose.

Gwen said, "I hope things get better."

 

[Kiki Zapatos]

Sophie dried her tears and nodded.
