Rollon
The Rollon Province is perhaps the most likely of the provinces. Their people are very independent and freedom loving. Lord Rollo promotes interprovincial trade and exporting of goods, and he himself loves everything to do with engineering and science.The civilians typically dislike having "too many" King's Guard around. They like to regulate themselves and disapprove of having the army surveying their lands. The Rollon people never felt threatened by the Guardians in the past, so they have the loosest hold on laws regarding their search.
