We're All Mad Here Blindfold

TMITM

Megalomaniacal Arbiter
First Name: Henry
Last Name: Victoria
Subject Designation: S#14
Alias: Blindfold (Note: This is what Dr. Requirem likes to refer to him as, because his eyes are damaged and have to be covered by a strip of cloth.)
Date of birth: June 6th, 2009
Birthplace: Calinfornia, US
Power/s:
Temporal Cognizance
This is giving Dr. Requirem a headache, but it seems he can see time. All of it. All at once. This seems to be what the Ink is feeding him, and understandably is very, very hard to 'control'. It is understandably overwhelming for him.
The Ink
It seems he can manipulate the Ink consciously, as well, occasionally using it's strength to boost his strength and speed, and projecting it outward in the form of inky tentacles. He seemed to learn this slowly, as the Ink was not a mutated Inhuman trait, but was rather thrust upon him from another. This means that it is not in his natural instincts and needs to be a learned trait, instead of an instinctive one, unlike many other Inhumans.
Telekinesis
This power is dormant, inaccessible to him by any means, unless he has one of his 'attacks', in which a blast of impressive power is radiated in a small radius from the Subject.
Weakness/es:
Attacks
The Subject's attacks, which have happened twice over the course of him being awake, seem to be as a result of him using the Ink too much, or otherwise being too excited, and it attempts a hostile telepathic takeover of his brain. Telekinetic power is radiated from the Subject, seeming to want to eliminate as many variables as possible - people trying to harm it's host, or stop the takeover. The attempts we've seen have not been successful, and it took him less time to recover the second time, so it seems that he is getting better at it - we haven't seen much of these attacks, though, so judgement is reserved.
Distinguishing Marks: His dirty-blonde hair, his tall, somewhat skinny frame, and his notable absence of eyes.

Initiating Incident: Unknown. We know he didn't have a very good home life, and the address listed for his home - the house turned into a stomping grounds for Entity #T0 - The Man In The Mirror. We haven't gotten to research this place because of a powerful telekinetic barrier that surrounds the place, but this suggests that he wasn't born with these powers as we assumed, but rather as a result of Entity #T0's... meddling. The nature of his powers seems to reflect this, as his brain can't cope with the amount of information he's getting, and his body's initial rejection of the Ink and it's having to assimilate parts of his body to accept the Ink - but it doesn't seem to completely cover his body like the Lost Ones and it's possible, in Dr. Requirem's words, that he was a product of an 'incomplete assimilation'.
