"My name is Sturm. Hear it and tremble."

Name: Sturm

Series:
240

Canon: Before his defeat in Advance Wars 2 - Black Hole Rising.

Description:
The famed Commander of the Black Hole faction, Sturm is a mysterious invader from another world, not at all related to anyone in Cosmo Land or Macro Land.
  • Hit: Invasion.
  • Miss: Peace.
Not much is known about him other than that he is an alien who enjoys war and hates peace. He is pure evil, bent on conquering the world, and lacks any respect for his enemies, constantly calling them "worms". He lacks compassion and does not value life, even willing to destroy Wars World rather than be defeated. In Advance Wars 1, he worked alone and cloned one of the Orange Star CO's: Andy, in order to cause all four nations in Cosmo Land to go to war with each other, and then he'd conquer the weakened nations after a period of fighting. In Advance Wars 2 however, he was assisted by four CO's known as Flak, Lash, Adder and Hawke, which allowed him to start conquering each of the four nations in Macro Land using Lash's inventions; the Black Cannon, the Laser Cannon and the Factory which helped them manufacture many new troops and tanks on each island.

Abilities (This includes the character's skills):

CO Power Meter: View attachment 2536
  • In Black Hole Rising, his normal CO power from the first game is modified to be a Super CO Power, and takes much longer to charge with a Power Meter of 10 Large Stars.
In his Advance Wars 2 state, all the Units under his command have a 20% increase in Firepower and Defence, making them harder to destroy and making them more deadly. Alongside this, his units suffer no movement loss in difficult terrain like Forests and Mountains (Only Infantry and Mechs receive this in the Mountains) but his troops struggle to move in the Snow like normal. His Special Power is known as Meteor Strike, which drops a large meteor from space onto a group of enemies, severely damaging them on impact. On top of this, Sturm's units has their firepower boosted from 20% Offence and 20% Defence to 40% Offence and 50% Defence, making them even harder to eliminate and even more deadly when attacking. This Meteor however can damage his own forces if they are caught in the blast.

Black Hole:
latest
In the Advance Wars Universe, the Black Hole Faction is the main enemy of the Orange Star, Blue Moon, Green Earth and Yellow Comet countries. They are a aggressive force that sought to conquer all of Wars World. Their CO's are of evil intent and do not care about any casualties so long as they are able to achieve their objective. While their vehicles appear to be floating in design, they still operate like normal vehicles.

Land Units:

Equipment:
Since at the time of Advance Wars 2, the CO's were never in the combat area themselves (In the games anyways, pretty sure in their Universe they would be in the field in a mini HQ like thing.) I will be taking a page out of Advance Wars - Days of Ruin's book and allow for Sturm to pilot a Neo-Tank to allow him to command his main force on the field. In the Days of Ruin system, the CO was able to pilot any unit and boost their attack and defence by a small margin. I will use this method to allow Sturm to lead his forces on the field while being able to fight like any other Villain.

"You will bring me Nora. Or you...will...die."

Name: Dr. Victor Fries, aka Mr. Freeze

Series:
Batman: Arkham Series

Canon:
Pre-Arkham City, shortly after his imprisonment in Arkham City itself, but before The Penguin gets his hands on his equipment and The Joker kidnaps his frozen, terminally ill wife, Nora Fries. Also before he softens his attitude toward Batman and in general as a result. During his research into Nora's Huntington's Chorea and a way to cure it, a strange energy overtook him and robbed him from his world, placing him in the omniversal conflict of Evrensel, preventing him from continuing his work to save his wife. Victor is a man capable and willing to do anything for his cause, even robbery and murder, only driven by his single-minded desire to save his wife. However, he avoids innocents entirely.

Abilities:
Possesses a Sub-Zero Physiology due to an incident with Cryogenic Fluids following a roughing up by Ferris Boyle, meaning room temperature will kill him through a heatstroke and he must remain in extremely cold temperatures, so he constructed his durable, multi-functional cryo-suit to allow him to traverse, research and fight if need be. His heartbeat is also much slower as a result, rendering his skin blue and some of his extremities suffering from relatively minor frostbite, such as his ear lobes and fingertips. Fries also possesses genius-level intellect and excels in most scientific fields, but primarily Cyrogenics.

Equipment:
Cryo-Suit Mk.II, capable of withstanding immense punishment as well as circulating cryogenic fluids to keep his temperature below sub-zero, along with an advanced telemetry to maintain complex functions and through the cutting edge tech, his own intellect and other redundancies, Mr. Freeze is able to adapt to tactics used against him through the environment, technology or just simply listening for particular sounds more carefully. When his visor is closed, Fries's regular voice is modulated into a robotic, monotone droll.

Cryo Freeze Gun, a weapon able to project cryo-powered projectiles or full beams of freezing power to encase his targets in ice. If fully encased, the cryofluids and correct temperature will send the victim into cryostasis, but if he deems it necessary, he can just kill people with the weapon due to extreme temperatures or sharp projectiles of ice. It can be hacked and used by other people, but Freeze possesses a countermeasure to disable the gun from unauthorized use. He also has a countermeasure for that one, along with a countermeasure for that as well.

Cryo Grenades, experimental cryo-explosives Freeze will use on occasion.

Seeker Drones, which allow him, when his frontal heat scanner isn't cutting it, to seek out and locate targets that have eluded him.

"Death is cold, Batman."

Canon:

Grimlock's durability and strength are enormous, while his speed average.
As a Cybertronian, he possesses a variety of abilities linked to Cybertronian physiology, the most major of them all is the ability to transform into a particular altmode. Due to Shockwave's experiments, he cannot do this at will, and can only do so in a state of rage, in which he will assume the shape and the amplified power of what appears to be a robotic Tyrannosaurus Rex, where he will go on a berserking rampage. His T-Rex-shaped altmode can unleash a powerful energy beam from the mouth as a far-range, devastating attack.

Equipment:
Grimlock possesses an Energon sword & Energon Shield to cleave and guard.

Canon: (Where in the story are you taking them from?): Right after she stops an runaway train in episode 1

Abilities: (This includes the character's skills):

Strength: is only limited to amount of magic Yaya can draw from her puppeteer. In the first chapter she stops a runaway steam engine, which shows off her raw strength and how durable and impervious to damage she is, although her shoes were worse for wear. Yaya's flawless strength is invincible, according to Shoko who created her.

Durability: Yaya is extremely difficult to damage especially when she hardens herself to the hardness of carbide. only physical thing that can damage her then is something as hard or harder than diamond.

Hardening: Yaya can harden every aspect of her body, her blood also, even if it is not attached to her body. This lets her inflict damage on opponents that have some form of intangibility.

Quick Reflexes/6th sense: Yaya has quick reflexes, which enables her to sense incoming attacks and protect herself or her puppeteer immediately. This is shown several times in battle like in the orphanage she got her puppeteer out of danged before even she herself realized there was any danger.

Whistle shou: An blue colored aura surrounds Yaya after a mana transfer which boosts her speed

Flare shou: An red colored aura surrounds Yaya after a mana transfer which boosts her strength

Stronghold: An yellow aura surrounds Yaya which boosts her durability

Final stronghold: An multicolored aura surrounds Yaya after a large mana transfer which doubles or even triples her base performance

Equipment: None unless given during RP

Other: Yaya is weak against water and air elements as she is unable to hit intangible things under normal circumstances.

Series: Marvel

Canon: After his first movie, when he gets that sweet ass cape..... It's a good cape, the lining of it is fuckin' perfect!

He can create shields, mystic bolts of thunder, can telepathically remove his consciousness from his body, open portals to other places in the world, if not other worlds themselves, conjure up objects, and can fly. Because why wouldn't he.

Equipment: Strange's cape can levitate, which is how he can fly, but he also carries with him the 'Eye of Agamotto,' a powerful item of magical power that can distort time however he wishes. Though he only uses it for desperate measures, as the power of time is a tricky thing to control.

Dominus-Ghaul.jpg

"You're not brave. You've merely forgotten the fear of death. Allow me to reacquaint you."

Name:
Dominus Ghaul, Commander of the Red Legion and Ruler of the Cabal Race

Series:
Destiny

Canon:
Destiny 2 - Endgame, Near the end of the 'Chosen' Mission - Shortly after the Dominus killed his old friend and long time mentor, The Consul, followed by Ghaul taking The Immortal, his capital ship, toward the Traveler's Cage and absorbing enough Light to make himself much more powerful, putting him on equal ground with the renewed Guardians. The empowered Ghaul was thoroughly enhanced by the Light, though his malice and deteriorating mental state at the time had tainted his Light, corrupting it even, but not at all diminishing its potency and power. Though Vortex-25 will remember killing Ghaul and watching the Traveler put him down for good, this truly insane conflict of the multiverse had other plans, when it plucked Dominus Ghaul, just after he had claimed his power, from that point in time and dispensed him into the chaotic moshpit that was the corner of Evrensel inhabited by only the worst of the worst, the scum, the truly evil...the Villains.

Abilities:
As a fully grown Cabal Warlord, Ghaul stands at around 12 feet tall and possesses an incredibly imposing and heavy figure, all befitting of his great strength, even for a Cabal such as he, Ghaul has little trouble throwing even the mightiest, Light-fueled Titans off balance with less effort than one might hope. With a hearty stomp, Ghaul can send opponents he doesn't want nearby flying away and suffering some damage from the shockwave. As a special case, the Cabal Dominus is imbued with Corrupted Light, of all three known forms that Guardians can control: Solar, Arc and Void.

For the first form, he can unleash Solar Slicer, wherein he summons Cabal-style cleaver blades, while flying naturally and surrounded in a flaming aura, that can be thrown at enemies, exploding on impact, or he can engage in melee combat, usually with bigger opponents. For the second form, Ghaul can use Arc Wrath, from which he takes on an intense Arc Lightning Aura and can throw unstable Arc Orbs at his foes, that explode on impact and send out damaging shockwaves over a surprising distance, all while leaving a lingering, yet brief, aftershock. His final form of Light calls forth the Void Shield, very similar to the Titan's Sentinel Shield, which protects him from the front with an impenetrable Void Aura, then can be charged up, focused and thrown at his enemy, exploding into a slowing, damaging sphere of void energy.

All three forms of Light can simply be used as raw power as well and in the event Ghaul dies, he will instinctively use Radiance and become a Corrupted God-like being of Light itself. Though like the mighty Kefka, God of Magic, he can still die permanently.

Equipment:
Hand-held, custom built Projection Rifle (Pictured above) which fires projectiles akin to Impact Grenades over a modest distance. An advanced, Red Legion Issue Centurion Propulsion Pack, allowing him to fly when he's not using any of his Light Powers, as they all grant natural flight.

"I will do what I swore, old friend. I am Ghaul. And I will take the Light."

(Finally got around to it. Now reboot Long Live the Villain, please and thank you. : P )
