Rules and Info
Main Characters- get their own posts, with their name labeled on the top of the post

NPCs- a side character (both major and minor) that are mentioned to further the development of a player's main character.

Upon a good deal of thinking, I have decided a player can have multiple main characters (please keep it around 1-3) and an infinite amount of NPCs to drive the story.

Any NPCs created by a player will also be listed in the player's character archive, but do not require a full character sheet, but rather a summary of the NPC's role.

Make sure you check with the GM(s) for approval before posting the character in your thread.

Character Sheet [Main]
Name:
Self Explanatory. Please do not refrain from using common names, should you like one. It is sometimes overwhelming if every name is extremely complicated or hard to remember.

Gender, Age:

Self Explanatory.

Role (Family):
More information provided here

Guardians- Guardians, even the youngest of age, are combat ready and extremely powerful. The players in this RP should be mostly composed of Guardians, and after the first chapter, are going to be able to choose the location that they will be fleeing to. These are usually the strongest group in the RP, but also the most endangered.

King’s Guard- They will first take part as an army against the Guardians, but eventually become a task force that patrols the Kingdom. Think of them as a universal police force, but with military grade equipment. If you are a King’s Guard, you are (NO EXCEPTIONS) Andelorn. This is because the King’s Guard is only loyal to the crown.

Luin- You can choose to be a citizen of any province, including Andelorn. You can also choose your social status and reputation in that region. Keep in mind that if you choose one of the subprovinces, you are not permanently bonded to that family. It’s simply your character’s origin. From there, your character could choose to stay, or attempt to join the King’s Guard, or attempt to become a citizen of another province, etc. Also note that if you choose a province, you do not inherently need to have the skills that is dominant in that province (IE: Being Geraldi doesn’t mean you are a good miner, although it likely would be so).

Appearance and Personality:
A bit about what your character looks like. We, again, hope you don’t just choose a super handsome or beautiful character, but if you wish, you can do so. Open up to variety. As for personality, this is again, stressed on variety. Your character should be super unique, having distinct qualities that stand out during dialogue or actions in the RP.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Everyone has their strong points and weak points. If you come from a subprovince, the specialty of your province is highly suggested in this section. This section also extends to degree of wealth, and personality/characteristics.

History or Backstory:
We don’t expect a sob story tainted with blood from fallen allies, but we want to see what caused your character to become the way he/she is as of the beginning of the RP.

Character and RP Info
Think castle fantasy, but without the magic. This is very much a Medieval RP, having a ruler taking into control of a large province, which feeds to the heart of the kingdom. Over the course of the story, the individual decisions of each character can alter decisions made by the NPCs. You can freely create NPCs to help your character fit into the story more, but only once it reaches approval should it be accepted into the RP.

This RP will eventually involve both PvP and Player Death, so please avoid Godmodding or Mary Sue-ing your character. Everyone makes mistakes, and your character should not be excluded from that fact. Take into account injuries or goals your character has, and make sure they aren’t instantly completed, or instantly healed. Actions, no matter from whom, take time (as do wounds). Also, note that your character does not know everything that is going in the RP, rather, only things that they experienced, hear about, or is around them at the time.

Dead players can always feel free to create new characters, and we will kill off AFK characters if they leave a hole in the storyline. Characters that do not fit well in the story could be evaluated and force killed, if necessary.
