IMPORTANT: Effective March 30, 2017 ALL characters from ALL players (GMs and Architects included) will have to be posted for review, and MUST be approved by TWO GMs before making its way to your Character Thread. The reason for this is that the Ame Damnee Universe has gone so big that not one GM knows the ENTIRE lore, so two GMs can compare notes to make sure things are consistent.

Please be advised that failure to comply to this rule will result to Revelree throwing ice cream at your face.

Character creation is one of the wonders of roleplaying. Making a character that is interesting, well-balanced and well-fitting to the universe makes the experience more enjoyable not only to you but your fellow players. That's why when creating characters for this roleplay, please keep a few things in mind.

1. Before starting on filling up your character sheet, please contact the GMs (via STC or discord) and fill us in on the general premise of your character. This includes the rough ideas on his personality, affiliations, abilities and skills, backstory, etc. It does not need to be detailed at this point, and you can also change things if you change your mind, but it could give us a general idea on what direction you are heading. This is a part of the process that most people forget, but please do this. Why? Ame Damnee has some pretty strict lore and history at this point, and we want to keep things consistent. We don't want you to be hyped in filling up a character sheet only to be told that: No, you cannot be Aditi's lover, or Lucifer's long lost brother. I'm sure you get my point. :D

2. Below is the character sheet for this roleplay. You may tweak it however you like, add some images and formatting, but these are basically the information we expect from you.

Title(s): This is mandatory for Wardens. Otherwise, optional.
Role: While New Eden does not have any real form of social class, you could put Warden, or perhaps blacksmith, healer, etc. The same applies to Abaddon, but you may choose to add that you are a noble, commoner, etc.

Moral Alignment: Optional initially. But begin considering which alignment your character would fall under. Check this link out for more information on the nine alignments.
Affiliations: Which groups/factions are your character a part of, if any?
Hometown: What city does your character presently live in?
Relationships: Does your character have any relationships worth mentioning? Relatives, NPC's, player characters, etc.?

Race: The approved races may be found in the Directory. If you have a race in mind that is not approved, please talk to the GMs so it could be discussed. As of now, the only race strictly not allowed for player characters are Gods and Dragons.
Subrace: Does not apply to everyone. One example is that if you were a vampire, then your race would be daemon, while your subrace would be vampire.
Age: Apply caution and be reasonable. No one outside of a select few will be allowed to be more than a thousand years old - but keep in mind that even then, it would be a stretch. You are free to be vague or use age ranges. Be sure that if your character doesn't appear their age, to include that.

Appearance: Must be at least a paragraph. Mandatory details include height, weight and/or build, hair/eye color, and any other relevant information. Pictures are permitted, but a written appearance is still required.
Equipment: Feel free to have this in either paragraph form or as a list. Anything your character carries with them should be included. Some examples are armor and weaponry as well as other accessories. You can even give your equipment (such as your sword) a name if you'd like. Picture references are permitted.

Combat Prowess: Please list relevant fighting skills and experience. Swordsmanship, hand-to-hand, etc.
Spells/Powers: This section is optional depending on your character. If you choose to have your character have powers, please try to have them specialize in a particular school of thought. Feel free to list some of the specific abilities your character might use.
Weaknesses: In relation to combat and powers, what weaknesses does your character have? This section is mandatory. Weaknesses can include both physical drawbacks and personality flaws.

Personality: Must be at least a paragraph. Feel free to include your characters motivations, goals, likes, dislikes, fears, and other various strengths/weaknesses.
Skills: Anything that doesn't fall under another category, such as for example, maybe your character is a talented thief, blacksmith, healer, engineer, architect, artist, etc. Be sure to try and include their relevant experience with each skill.

Bio/History: At least a paragraph.
Other: Is there anything else you failed to mention?

3. Every player is permitted to have a maximum of EIGHT characters. Your character is free to have a pet, mount, familiar, a second personality, or a spirit possessing them--- just make sure to add a mini-bio of them (at the very least, a description of their appearance) so as to give others some information to work with.

4. If you feel stumped on ideas, unsure on what to do, or have some questions regarding the lore, races, locations, etc., please check out the Directory. It is still currently a work in progress, but we are aiming to have all the necessary information filled in soon! You can also try to contact the GMs, and we will respond whenever we are available.

5. While Ame Damnee does not have much limits on the power and abilities your character may have, your character must ABSOLUTELY NOT be at par or stronger than the gods, Aditi and Lucifer. Certain exceptions may apply to make a character as strong as Envoys and Ethereals, so if you wish it that way, please contact the GMs for approval.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, LET US ALL FOLLOW THE ESTABLISHED LORE. :D

He stands at 5'3 with white hair and different coloured eyes.Geo usually wears a white or black dress shirts with dark green pants though he'll sometimes opt for brown.

Bow and Arrows: He uses for hunting and combat if things come down to it.

Combat Prowess:
Very minimal.

Weaknesses:
He's scared of the dark but has somewhat overcome this fear.

Personality:
Flirty, Courageous, Out-spoken, Reckless. He carries adventurer's blood within him and can tend to be headfirst with his actions. This can lead him into some trouble as his mouth opens a lot faster than his brain can move to keep him to hold his tongue. He know consequences and will take on those fully because of his actions but it rarely seems like he learns from his actions.

Skills:

Very skilled at archery.

Bio/History:
He's lead a very simple life. His parents at a young age left the walls of Abaddon for a live of adventure before settling down in one of the villages that are spread across the Oblitus. He lived there for most of his life before he was old enough to travel with his parents, becoming nomads in the process. His mother, a Seelie, was always secretive about her past and how she wound up in Abaddon and what not. This lead Georoth to be curious about that half of his blood, making it a small goal of his to find answers on these things when he broke off from his parents to travel on his own. He knows they're alive and well since he has passed them a few times during his adventure but his mother remained tight-lipped about things. A little while later, he met Ryota and began travelling with him, partially because he found the man attractive and partially because he felt that he could use some company in the forest as it could get lonely at times.

Appearance: Cardea has long white hair that comes down to her hips that she wears pulled to the left side and down the front of her shoulder. Her left eye is light blue while her other eye is a light, almost pink, red. Her skin is a very pale white with barely noticable blue tribal like markings going up and down her arms and back. She is about 5’8”. She weighs around 125. She wears a sleeveless white silk like shirt that come just short of her waist leaving her emerald belly button ring exposed. She also wears silk like pants that go halfway down her calves. She has an emerald earring in her right ear. Due to an accident in her childhood she has a genetic mutation where black peacock feathers come out just below the waist all the way around except in the front that come down to her ankles . She wears a shoulder necklace that goes from the left shoulder to the right with her aerated agate in the center at the nape of her neck.

Piercing Gust - Cardea’s spada da lato (similar to a rapier)
Aerated Agate - The stone Cardea is bound to
Combat Prowess: Cardea has minimal training with a spada da lato (similar to a rapier)
Spells/Powers:
Healing Melody - As long as Cardea plays the song uninterrupted the song heals the wounds of those she wishes to heal. The melody sounds like emotional and eerie.
Melody Of The Brave - As long as Cardea plays this tune uninterrupted it instills courage in those she wishes. This tune is fast paced and has a symphonic sound to it.
Song Of Storms - As long as Cardea plays this song uninterrupted it speeds up the wind to a speed that can cut and pierce in a five inch radius of any one place in sight. This song is slow paced and has a haunting gutteral sound to it.
Weaknesses:
All of Cardea’s songs only work as long as she is able to play the songs, so if the song stops the effects stop as well.
Cardea only has minimal training with her sword so she wouldn’t be a match for anyone who know anything about sword fighting
Personality: Cardea is a freespirited young girl with not a lot of self-confidence. She take comfort in music and has a little bit of an addiction to it. She dislikes violence and judgment due to her experience of it in her childhood. She is shy and quiet towards people she doesn’t know but once she opens up she is very talkative. She enjoys the sounds of wind and music and seeks to give the wind a voice to speak to the world with through her music. She fears that she will never be able to find a place to fit in and that people will not accept what the wind has to say to the world.

Bio/History: Cardea was conceived from a human father and a mother that was an air genasi. As a child the wind spoke to her daily. Born in a nomadic tribe she was curious of everything and was always wandering around and inspecting things. Magic especially intrigued her. When she was six years old she found a magic book and decided to try and dabble in it. What resulted was a horrible accident that left her with black peacock feathers coming out just below the waist. When her parents saw this she was scolded. No matter what they tried or who they went to no one was able to get rid of them. The rest of the tribe shunned her for her odd look, some going as far as throwing rocks and other things at her.
Years passed and Cardea and her parents finally accepted that there was nothing that there could be done to reverse what happened. At the age of twenty-four She decided she wanted to explore more of the world. She told her parents that she wanted go out and see the world. Before she left though her father gave her his treasured hurdy gurdy he had been teaching her how to play and taught her some spells she could use through the instrument. A t twenty-five she left home.

Appearance: Damien is of average dwarf height and has a stocky build. He has a serious demeanor and his eyes are a deep blue color. His hair and beard are jet black. His hair is long and is kept back in a pony tail. His beard comes down to his belly. He generally wears clothing suited for traveling; shirts and pants made of durable fabric, and a pair of durable leather boots. However, when he is performing, he favors white dress shirts and dark colored pants made of more delecate fabrics.

Equipment: He carries a short sword and scabbard on his belt and a pack that contains all of his worldly possessions. He also has a pair of daggers hidden in his boots.

Spells/Powers:
Stone Skin - Damien is able to harden his skin at will; making it impervious to most sword and arrow attacks.
Stone Animation - He is also able to channel his life force into any stone statue and control it.

Weaknesses: His stone skin restricts his movement and is not impervious to magically enhanced weapons. He can only control statues that are within a hundred yard radius of him and, while the vast majority of Damian's life force inhabits the statue, there is still a fragment of it inside his body. So if his body is mortally wounded he will die.
He is also very non confrontational and tends to wait until the last minute before acting in a situation; which can lead to disastrous results in situations where quick decision-making is essential.

Personality: Damien is reserved, but friendly. He rarely speaks, but when he does, his words are well thought out and serve a purpose. He loathes small talk. He will let people approach him, but rarely will he come to them. He has a passion for stories and is always willing to let people tell him theirs. He frequents inns and taverns; always on the lookout for inspiration for his next tale.

Skills: He is a skilled story teller and stone carver.

Bio/History: Damien was born in New Eden to wealthy family and spent his growing up years in luxury. When he was a youth, Damien was hot tempered and brash. He mixed with the wrong crowds and frequented taverns often.

One night, he got into a drunken brawl with an elf in a tavern who accused him of cheating in a card game. The fight quickly escalated and in a blind rage, Damien charged the elf. The elf stepped to the side and Damien crashed into a young serving girl. The girl flew backwards and struck her head on the corner of a table. The blow killed her instantly. Damien fled the tavern and left New Eden the next day. He never returned.

He traveled through Oblitus and eventually made it to Abadon where he discovered his talent for telling stories. He was telling an inn keeper about an encounter with a pack of wolves when he noticed that everyone else in the room was staring at him; enthralled with his tale. He started making up his own stories; turning his talent into a profession. He travels to various inns and taverns, sharing his tales for a price. The stories provide an escape from his past; dulling the aching guilt he feels for what happened in New Eden.

Appearance: A horrid stone amalgamation of a cricket and an elephant, towering at 4 meters high. He has 4 legs, his hind legs extending above his body like the previously stated insect, along with his two front legs reaching forward, curving away from each other, but feet landing parallel to his hind ones. His head hangs down on his neck, is round and bulbous, and covered in orange glowing cyst-like gems that serve as simple eyes. They do not rely on light, but magic, allowing him to navigate in both darkness, and blinding smoke. Gabbro's mouth is similar in form to a cricket, with many appendages for feeling and manipulating his food before shattering them with his powerful, horizontally orientated jaws. His body is composed of mixtures of different volcanic rock, ranging from lightly colored diorite, to smooth, black obsidian.

Equipment: Nothing but himself.

Combat Prowess: Gabbro has no experience in combat, nor does he even know what it is. At the moment, he doesn't know about anything but himself.
Spells/Powers: Gabbro has great defensive and offensive capabilities. His primary method of attacking would be lifting his head, and spewing rocks and magma from an opening on his back.
Weaknesses: Gabbro, naturally, is weak to both low temperatures and water. If he were to fall into a large body of water, it's curtains for him, same for a powerful blizzard.

Personality: Gabbro's personality is very laid back, going with the flow of whatever is around him. He is very docile, and not willing to fight in most scenarios. He is very prone to getting attached to a person, and will often do his best to stay with that person; almost like a dog. He would much rather lounge around eating rocks than do much of anything. His strength matches that of an elephant, but his will also matches that of a cricket who sings the day away.
Skills: He can dig quite well.

Bio/History: Gabbro was created deep within the planet, constructed out of the rocks and magma scattered about down there. He does not know who made him, or why, as the entity did not show itself to him. Gabbro was given the ability to understand language and communicate through weak telepathy. Gabbro, upon getting tired of his birthplace, began digging to another cavern, where he discovered an underground lake, and also discovered how much he hates water. Upon digging to another area, he uncovered a vein of various geodes holding delicious gems. He then began digging upwards, finding a very strange cavern that he couldn't see the top of: the surface.
Other: He eats rocks, and has lava as body fluids. Magic is the only thing holding him together, and keeping him alive. He has lots of eyes, and strong armor.
I don't know a good starting place for him, and I would appreciate one being given to me.

Mackenzie “Max” Peterson Irvaron. His parents gave him that name because they both thought they were very wise and because one of his great-grandfather’s names was Peter.
Aliases:
Everyone calls him Max because Mackenzie is a pain to say again and again. Plus, Max is embarrassed by it because most girls are called Mackenzie. He sees his actual name as a threat to his image and masculinity.
Some people like to call him Ken or Kenzie just because they can. Some people even call him Mac.
Role: Adventurer/Traveler

Affiliations: Max is a part of the traveling group "Clamour."
Hometown: Avalon District, New Eden
Relationships:
He loves his father and mother, Olivia and Christian Irvaron. They have trained him to be what he is today, so he thanks them for all of his adventures.
His relationship with his older triplet sister, Camille, and his younger triplet sister, Marlee, is definitely on the snark side. However, they have good intentions, and they are all very close, despite the constant teasing.
He has a very close friend named Luna Blighter, thought they do not get along. Max tries to annoy her as much as he can, and Luna tries to slug him as much as she can. Despite these problems, they still remain close, and they can rely on each other.
One of his best friends, Richard Truetop, is extremely reliable. They do not fight that much; instead; the stoic Richard tends to warn Max before he does something stupid.

Race: 1/2 Angel - 1/2 Human - he was born without wings, so he can't fly as well as a pure angel would.

Age: Max is 17 years old, though he looks more like a fifteen year old. Instead of the "wow you look so young in a positive way" trope, it's played more like "eck you look so young" in a negative way.

Appearance: Max, at 5'8 and weighing 139 lbs., has light hazel-colored eyes that don't really have anything special about them except the fact that they have little bits of orange sprinkled around.
Speaking of his skin color... it's just a normal Spanish tan.
His ears are always a little perked up, but that doesn't matter, considering that his slick, bangless brown hair covers them up. His eyebrows are kinda bushy, but not that much. His nose looks faint and not that special, and his mouth is smaller than the normal one is. His arms are average; not really jiggly, not really wavy. He's light on the thighs; other that that, he's got normal legs.
Max has a great body physique, thanks to his workout. His trademark outfit is a yellow, short-sleeve vest with his name on it and casual black pants. This is his outfit codenamed "Star."
Equipment: Max is very good in archery, so he wields a bow he calls "Lantern" that was rumored to have been enchanted/mystified by an angel, so having it equipped gives him more power. He also has many grappling hooks, guns, belts (in the adventure sense), and other types on adventuring equipment on.
On, and he'll always have his headphones and a MP3. Always.

Combat Prowess: Max took fighting lessons when he was young, and combined with the fact that he's half-angel and has ADHD, he does very well in fights. Max’s fighting style is what he likes to call “Maximum.” He prefers to stay away from direct attacks, so he shoots and angelic blasts the opponent from afar. However, when he has to get close and personal, he prefers kicks - swift kicks, heavy kicks, and breakdancing kicks in order to be too quick for the opponent. Thanks to his ADHD, his reaction speed is very fast, so its pretty hard to catch him off-guard.

Spells/Powers: Max has the ability to fly, though he can't do it quickly because he was born without wings. He uses angelic magic to fight enemies from afar, and can manipulate it to make something new (for example, infinite ammo for Lantern). He can also use this power to mystify and strengthen his physical attacks. When he has enough energy in him, he taps into his True Angel power, and he grows wings and a fiery-white aura surrounds him. His physical and magical attributs are increased by about ten fold, and he can finally fly well.
Weaknesses: Max is a cocky douche who underestimates everyone/thing. He has a superiority complex, and is painfully arrogant. He is usually a grump who quips when he really shouldn't, and makes fun of those who do/say something stupid.
He also has physical weaknesses. For example, HE. CAN'T. FLY. WELL. It's more like floating above the ground than actually flying. Now you may ask, "What about when he taps into his True Angel power?" Well, when he does that, he can fly more easily, but he runs out of juice very quickly.

Personality: Max is a deadpan snark who always tells people off unless he gets the feeling he’d be better off ignoring the comment. He has a short temper, which is quite hypocritical, because he causes people to go bear crazy on him.
He’s quick to respond and jump to conclusions. This gets him in trouble many different times in the series; sometimes, he mistakes a friend as an enemy, or an enemy as a random person. This doesn’t help much, combined with the fact that he has a hard time letting people know that he’s wrong.
He does have his strengths, however. While most of the time he’ll be trying to make you punch him in the face, the rest of the time he’ll be serious and a very helpful teammate. With his quick mindset, he thinks of the one solution he has and goes into it; and on occasion, that solution is helpful.
He, in reality, is a light tsundere - he acts like he couldn’t give two breaths about others, but in reality, they are his buddies. He has a hard time really letting people down, and though he might never say “I love you,” he does.
Oh, and then there’s his attitude. Oh god, his attitude. He might not be grumpy, but he sure isn’t Mister Sunshine. Delivering quips whenever someone says something stupid and remarks even when staring into the face of danger. With all this, you might want to ask “Why’d anyone wanna hang out with this douche?” Well, that’s the thing about Max - you either tolerate him or you don’t. You think that he’s more than meets the eye, or what you see is what you get.
Max is a flirt - he sees someone attractive, he hits on them. Sometimes, people may see him as a plain and simple minor womanizer - and they would be correct. One famous example is Luna (who is a total tsundere because she likes Max but acts like he’s the world’s biggest dunce, not that that is completely incorrect).

Skills: Max is a very good singer/dancer, but he hides the fact because he sees it as a threat to his masculinity. He can run for a very long time, and is an above-average artist.

Bio/History:
Max... didn't always live in the safe part of New Eden. He was born in the shady part of it to two wealthy people (who got rich because they were known as bounty hunters). While this isn't the strangest case of "multi-baby birth" ever, Max was born the middle child of three triplets. Growing up, they weren't famous, though the three always believed that rich = famous. Instead of constantly being given toys, they were being taught manners and being sent to boarding schools because their parents didn't want them to fall under the "spoiled brat" category of children. This is where Max learned compassion.
Now, besides that, their childhood was boringly average. Nothing super special to mention. Until this happened.
When they were all 10, Marlee, Max's younger triplet sister, Marlee, was captured for ransom. By the time the police were called and they got the negotiation ready, the kidnapper had already cut off two of Marlee's arms.
While Camille, the older triplet sister, was filled with rage, this was a traumatizing experience for Max. He had seen his younger sister armless. If you were 10, wouldn't you be crying?
Yes, Marlee got cybernetic arms (and if you were wondering why Marlee gave Max those gloves, it was because she wouldn't need them and Camille didn't care), but even to this day, Max turns on anyone who dares to do something he would hate to him, because you never know if that person is just a kidnapper on a less deadly scale.
This experience has permanently scarred Max, and explains his jerky attitude now.
Other: His favorite food is donuts. His least favorite? Strawberries.
