Clear Water

Focusedheart

Through all, smile. Through the worst, smirk.
In a rush of rain water, the river over flowed. Its edges no longer at the rock line but above. A monster rushing forward with a roar of commotion as those waters ran.

Steady and strong. It would only ease after hours of destruction. The soil thick with moisture and air misty.

Slowly though, ever so slowly, those waters began to calm. The roar becoming a soft yawn. Those murky waters ever so steadily becoming clear.

Upon first glance beneath the settling soils, there lay clear water.
