Mechanica walked in through the front doors of the headquarters. She pulled down the scarf that she used to covered her face and shook out her pink hair. She brushed off her clothing, then grabbed up the handle of the wagon that she had with her. It was piled high with scrap metal and broken down machines that she had scavenged. She was not quite sure where she was going to put it all, she was running out of space. Machanica was using her room as her work shop and she had little to no room left to store things. But she still needed stuff for her inventions.
Feeling that her boot was loose, Machanica stopped and tied it, making sure it was tighter. She stood and do times on her way, lost in thought. She tried to think of the things that the gang needed, thinking that air conditioning in the summer would be nice, and better heating in the winter. She tried to think k of how she could do that, and how much time it might take. Sh knew that she had tomwork fast. She was only 18, but that was three years away from when the sickness was going to tart kicking in. Then she only had three tomfive years before it killed her.
Letting out a sigh, thinking of her impending death made her think of what would happen to the machines that she had already made. She was going to have to start training someone to fix them, and maybe take over after her. She would have to find someone quite young that had a knack for engineering like she had. Then she could gain them to repair what she had created, and take over her job when she finally succumbed to the illness.
