History: Gattrand was born in one of the more rundown places of a town, where law could not often be enforced due to the distance and time required for any of the Kings forces to upkeep law and order. It didn't take long for his father to then resort to Banditry to survive, leaving him and his mother behind. Gattrand spent most of his childhood playing out in the woods, may it be climbing tree's, catching bugs or pulling pranks on passing traders. He tried a few jobs in town to make what little wage a child could, but there was barely anything he could find, so eventually his pranks on traders turned to taking what small trinkets or gold he could.
He kept this up till the day he was old enough to enlist in the King's army, where he learned how to properly use a sword and made a relatively comfortable income. However, within his short amount of time in the army he grew to despise Royalty and the way they treated their men either as mere cannon fodder or means to extort their people over what small gold they had. That same hatred also extended to whatever bandit groups he was ordered to fight off. So eventually he deserted with a handful of fellow comrades in the army, and with them he took to the streets, profiting off of the Kingdom's traders and men, and aiming to improve his numbers through fed up common men, and recruiting what bandit's he could.
