Physical Appearance: Hayfa stands at about 5 ft 4" is rather stout as she tends to favour her more dwarven heritage. Her skin is a medium brown that she inherited via her father and paternal grandmother. She has black hair that is cropped very close to her head. Her eyes are dark grey. Her right arm is a plain mechanical steel arm. Hayfa typically dresses like this when she isn't doing spy work. She wears more modern dresses when she does her spy work along with various wigs and such.

Personality: Hayfa was always a bold and willful child. She was never afraid to try new things, make friends, or question things endlessly. She saw no problems with this. These were qualities her older brother displayed and their father admired them for it. She remained stubbornly this way even though she was constantly being criticized by the elders for not being more passive. As an adult she is still bold, but a little less willful because her current job requires her to be able to follow orders a little more. She is also very protective of the people who she holds dear. The people she is most protective of in the world are Jerrot and her adoptive family. You mess with one of them and she will seek vengeance. She is very slow to warm up to anyone else, as her birth family's banishment of her and her brother left her with many insecurities and severe abandonment issues. If she has to work with someone it is kept strictly professional. Hayfa also displays a remarkable talent for reading people and situations.

Backstory: Hayfa Ashemark was born Hana Alysone. The Alysone clan was one of the wandering clans of the western plains. The Alysone clan is a clan that extremely patriarchal. Men were expected to be the fierce warrior types and women were to stay home and care for the homestead. The clan never produced many members with magic and of course the few magic wielders were expected to be plant manipulator. Enter the twins Hana and Ivon. The first few years of their lives were relatively normal. Hana lived at home with mother, older sisters, and twin brother. She also had two older brothers that were considered men at that point and were often away fighting. There were some slight problems. Hana was always the more bold and combative of the two twins. She was consistently getting into fights on her brother's behalf. This alone led to general disapproval among her grandparents and aunts and uncles. When at four and she started showing signs of having rock magic(and Ivon air magic) things started to spiral. Accusations were lobbied about adultery and so forth. No one in the family knew that a great-great grandmother had once rebelled against family traditions and her own controlling husband by having a discreet affair with a wandering dwarf/fury trader. In the end they kept the twins on for another eight years since they were already named within the clan and as long as they could bend the twins to their traditions.

Hana and Ivon were eventually dead named(kicked out of the clan) in the year they turned twelve. Hana was in constant rebellion against the confining gender roles of the clan and Ivon was too much of a peacekeeper for their liking. Their mother abandoned them to a soldier who was heading home from a tour in the army. This army soldier was named Torcall Ashemark, a man of the river people, who took in the twins along with his orc wife. It was Torcall who gave her the name Hayfa after his mother. Hayfa was very slow to warm up to her new family as she kept expecting them to drop her any minute like her birth family did. It was probably three years before she realized they were they type who were never going to let her go. Hayfa became very defensive about her new family and refused to acknowledge that her first one even existed even more. During her childhood this sometimes led to ridicule, especially by those who could tell she was a hybrid who didn't look like either of her parents. This stopped as she repeatedly beat up anyone who teased her.

Her mother Shobna got her and Jerrot into formal education and arranged for them to have magic teachers. Hayfa really enjoyed school and her training. For the first time she wasn't being held back from learning everything. This led to be her being rather overzealous in her studies...trying to cram as much knowledge as she could into her brain. It fascinated her to learn about all the different species and their cultures. But more then that she loved learning to control her magic. It always felt like a way to challenge the anger she often felt. Hayfa did lose an arm in training accident the first time she tried controlling metal instead of rock. Her new older siblings pitched in money to buy her a metal arm. She developed an appreciation for science at this time. While there were many who thought the world should favour one over the other....she truly believes that their needs to be some sort of balance.

At eighteen she joined the spy corps. Shobna was the one who got her the job, as out of all of her children Hayfa displayed the most aptitude for her line of work. The nineteen year old's devotion to the Empress and her family is absolute.

Backstory:when he was A young teen his mother left him with his uncle an alchemical scientist working in A small town in the crescent hills. Falkas had no idea that his mother and father were hunted down on counts of treason. after their disappearence falkas lived and learned under his uncle. Growing up in the city he always loved the marketplace and celebrations where he could listen to tales from all across the land. While his uncle was one of the best alchemists in the kingdom he was also A little loopy always talking about how reality was made from the spirits of the gods and magic is in everything, Falkas never took it seriously. After his passing from A lung disease Falkas came into possession of all his uncle's belongings including his journals from which he began to finally grasp all his uncle's ramblings he quickly sold the shop and began making his way for the capitol city of Azuris to speak with an old collegue of his father.

Personality: Optimistic, excitable, and loud to a fault, Meredith is very warm and motherly to those she considers friends. Requiring a handful of friends to feel comfortable, Meri tends to get too close too quickly and makes her emotions no secret to anyone who will listen.
Backstory:
Meredith was born and brought up far from throws of civilization, within the small Harpy flocks that dotted the mountains. From a clutch of three, she and her two sisters were cared for by a rotating cast of doting aunties and were raised in a loving environment. This allowed the three to blossom socially, and by the age of 4 they were all complete jabber-jaws. Mikha was a gentle, soft-spoken young lady, Misha was a boisterous ball of fire, and Meredith was a balance between the two extremes; courtly, but not without strings of fiery passion woven into her persona. From a young age, Meredith and Mikha were discovered to be magic users: a celebrated trait hailed as a gift from Cerulea herself as magic had dwindled in the past generations. Dwindelled so far, that magic teachers from another flock had to be sought out for the two and delayed their training to age 9 instead of 4.

Meredith, though content with her life amongst her flock, felt the desire to 'fly the nest' (in both a figurative and literal sense). It wasn't uncommon for Harpies to leave during their teenage years to venture out, so at age 17 that's precisely what she did. It took two years of wandering for her to find a place to settle: the city of Azuris. Since the place was packed with magic and non-magic users alike, Meredith found no shortage of work flying between capitals to deliver messages ranging from petty love letters to important political declarations. It didn't matter to her. As long as there was pay behind it. Although not a household name, Meredith is known as a local gossip and tip dispenser- If there's a rumor going around, chances are Meredith is already informed (and possibly even started it).

Personality: Cassius has always been an extremely ambitious person. He likes to plan things out an be in charge of things. He will do endless favours for people in order to get what he wants. People view him as someone who is extremely generous and a good listener. Cassius is also withdrawn. He doesn't talk much about his own past except for things he finds convenient to tell people.
Backstory: Cassius Warridge was born to a minor noble family in nothern Iagreth. This may seem like somewhat of a big deal, but it isn't. The Warridge family's area of control was one near the Grayback mountains where life was hard and settlements few and far between. The Warridge "manor" was little more then a wooden long hall in the small village of Lorlea with only four or five other dwellings under their control. The family also had to pitch in towards some of the more heavy work in order for survival. The family weren't even that respected. Most of the praise in that part of the world was saved for the ice mages who were able to help stave off some of the ill effects of the cold weather. Needless to say Cassius hated his upbringing, and grew to have a resentment for people with magic in their blood. He didn't even wait until he was twenty one to leave his home, Cassius packed up and left by the time he was eighteen.

His first move brought him to a city on the border between the north and central provinces. It was here he first made a name for himself in politics. Cassius made an advantageous marriage to a woman named Sofie Pernell there that advanced him in rank. She was the one who gave him his first son Atticus. He also made friends. Lots and lots of friends. The young man went among the commons and listened to what people there had to say about improving living conditions and he would bring this back to his own peers. In turn he would do favours for the nobility and procure things for them through his growing list of contacts.

Cassius also did a couple stints in the army. He used his time not only to show his love for Iagreth but to make even more friends who could help him later. His wife sadly died during his last tour in the army. He went home to mourn her for the appropriate length of time and then moved his household in the capital city. Once more he did what he does in every place he visits. Cassius eventually drew the attention of the empress and he found himself becoming a member of the conclave. He also married his second wife Elena and had his second son Lukas.

He puts a lot of money towards hospitals, universities, and other projects that value science and engineering. He's very careful to put his lot into other projects though as to not show favoritism though.

Having black hair and blue eyes along with a short beard and mustache that wasn't shaved recently. Wearing steampunk goggles on top of his head. His wrists have small wrist-bow on his left wrist the scope down so it doesn't hit anything as he walks around. His outfit, a leather vest, and a frayed undershirt that is green in color. Black pants with chains that tie a leather pouch to the leather leg supports. A Watch with a wrist band that wraps around his wrist multiple times seems odd until his second form
Physical Appearance in Wolf form: black fur along his entire body other than his muzzle and chest which grow in white his blue eyes change to a golden hue. The goggles remain upon his head trapped now around his wolf ears. The watch is removed and placed around his neck so he doesn't loose it before transforming it helps him keep track of how long he is in his wolf form. He can shift into a full wolf or a half wolf half human looking creature which is the form he prefers.

Hard working and very self directed in his goals. Ze'v enjoyed his loner lifestyle but truly craves to be near everyone in town. To him he feels not everyone yet accepts the fact that shifters lived in town and worked stalls. This makes him dedicated to provide the best raw materials he can and he takes great pride in it. He does however feel energized to hang out in town for as long as he can before his earnings vanish and he's forced back to work.
Backstory: When Ze'v was younger he was taught how to hunt and trap for furs and the like he learned to follow tracks and studied the forest, his shape shifting assists a lot with tracking and since he rarely uses the complete wolf form he's still able to hunt using the crossbow on his wrist. The goggles he has on top of his head help him to see the prey he's hunting during the storms that at times frequent the area. His parents drilled into his head that other humanoids may never accept him and that he'd have to work twice as hard as other species. (even if it isn't true) Believing this however he grew up with a strong work ethnic. This actually causes him to at times be gone from the towns and cities he sells in for long periods. He enjoys the smells of the city and has since he was really young but found it hard to make friends as he couldn't disclose he was a shifter. His father had tried to teach him how to use Dark magic which he has a bit of knowledge in but only enough to make illusions and wrist bow bolts for his weapon. He has however noticed his magic seems the strongest around the full moon and the new moon though he isn't sure why that is. His mother spoke often of the Queen of the moon and that her powers was what gave life to his kind but he never much understood what that meant. Once he was of age to leave his parents care he ventured out and started his own merchant shop he calls “Rough and Raw: Materials for those who forge em”
He spends about a week at a time gathering the materials he plans on selling. Then goes into town and sells his wears. Afterwards he heads to a shop and repairs his wrist-bow. Buys a night at the inn and rests for two days exploring the town and the shops eager to meet the people that live in the city.

Personality: Jerrot has always been a peacekeeper. He will often interject himself into people's arguments and try and find a way to resolve things without violence. The nineteen year old also possesses an almost endless amount of patience and isn't one to anger easily. His general natures seems to suggest to a lot of people that he is a put of a push over, but this isn't quite true. He is honestly one of the most stubborn people alive and will cling to his beliefs no matter how much people push him to change them.

Backstory: The young man was born Ivon Alysone of the Plains People. He was a quiet child with a gentle nature. Ivon had almost no interest in fighting anyone. He may have eventually gained respect with his abilities to lead his fellow children, but his unwillingness to join the warriors of his clan drove everyone to almost endless impatience(except for Hana, but she fit in no more then he did). Then came the whole drama of his having air powers and his sister having stone. He tried to be especially good during this time and was very very helpful to his parents at the time because he didn't want to get kicked out of the clan. In the end the Alysone kept him and his sister on for another eight years when no one could quite prove how they came to have the gifts they did, but it was a strain on everyone involved in the situation. When his mother gave him and his twin up to the passing Ashemark soldier it was something of a relief to the young boy.

His views on their adoption were much different then his sister's. For instance he knew deep down inside that his birth mother was probably doing the best thing for them. They just didn't fit with their birth family anymore and rather then continue to make everyone miserable she passed them on to someone who would be able to love them better. Renamed Jerrot, he loved his adoptive family and took to them rather quickly. He loved when he was put into school and started to make some friends nearer to his own age who didn't care so much about clan traditions. He became especially beloved by many of the younger children in the neighborhood.

He went into service as governor to the Wah princess when he was sixteen since he displayed quite the aptitude for teaching and it was thought that he might be able to give them perceptive on a different walk in life.

Hey, sissy sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I'm having to a lot of file backing up for this roleplay.

Anyway, it looks good, but do you mind making Arrow a hybrid(crossed with either dwarf or a gemina) if you want him to have rock magic as well as a shapeshifter. I'm thinking I explained part of the magic system badly.....the species listed under each god is related to which element they can use(Sun elves use light magic, Lizardfolk, etc. use water magic, Dwarves have rock magic..,etc.)

The only time they have crossovers is if they are hybrids.

Personality: Very kind to pretty much everyone except those who have done wrong against her. If you have, she holds a very long grudge.
Backstory: She was born to a single mom who died when she was 15. Since then, she has looked out for herself.
Additional Information: She owns a black wolf, who she tells everyone he is just a big dog. His name is Custos. He has long, shaggy fur and pointy ears that stand straight up on his head. He has deep amber eyes and at his shoulders, he reaches Acri's waist. He has a thick, leather collar that hangs a little loose around the bottom of his neck. Hey, sissy sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I'm having to a lot of file backing up for this roleplay.

Anyway, it looks good, but do you mind making Arrow a hybrid(crossed with either dwarf or a gemina) if you want him to have rock magic as well as a shapeshifter. I'm thinking I explained part of the magic system badly.....the species listed under each god is related to which element they can use(Sun elves use light magic, Lizardfolk, etc. use water magic, Dwarves have rock magic..,etc.)

The only time they have crossovers is if they are hybrids.

Physical Appearance: Tall and lean Chauls frame is sporty and fit dressed in a ruin of leather armor mismatched and haphazardly patched to take shape as some sort of 'professional vagabond' duster sun kissed to a faded blush of orange. Disheveled and shifty he lurks about in calm focus to the tune of an iron bell tightly bound to the end of a long tail as eyes lick along every thing in sight for that lovely golden shine of coin or jewels. Right arm is armored with a heavy gauntlet crowned with rather large and unpleasant talons designed to scale walls, hook into trees or armor if not too just rend. Chauls left hand is open and free save for a withered sleeve with its fabrics melting down his upper armor hinting to some shoulder guard strap that may have been there once. Under his vagabond uniform drapes his inner tunic that ends near his knees and is the only thing on him that is bright and colorful with a lovely shade of purple fading into green but offset by the skinny chicken legs he has poking out of this blob of leather and cloth. Gray-green scales armor his flesh near blending into the worn guise he struts about in and as all lizardfolk as a right good set of claws on hands and feet. Lastly under his coat but outside of his inner tunic a small binding of belts with belted pouches holding food, gear, medical supplies and alleged stolen rings that make a subtle jingle.

Home Town: Far to the north of the map, where the snow melt from mountains feed into the deep wood.

Personality: Lazy and greedy, Quiet yet so loud he is a person who finds kinship in the wayward run of the wind and peace in sleeping on a sun facing rock and should none of those be open for abuse annoying, tricking every one and stealing every thing that is not bolted to the ground; Chaul is a boarder line kleptomaniac. A big goof ball with an infectious raspy laugh marred only by his bitter nature, cold aggression and a lust for More. Living his life as a pest and leech to society has made him a bastard walking in a haze of debauchery and blood but for all that at heart he is just home sick. Frustrated at his current position while having to keep his magic self hidden away he broods with a hate that has no direction rewarding himself an empty relief in the reactions of those he harms only to again coil into a dim room, silent with a bottle of empty booze, drowning in spiteful delusions.

Backstory:
While a hatchling he and his siblings were kidnapped by skin hunters who desired the scaly hides of the lizard folk, later saved but having watched many of his siblings killed and torn apart for their skin and claws before the men folk came. Hate bled into his heart and he demanded a hunt for his brothers and sisters but was told such actions would have the bandits react more violently and kill the whole village. The elder explained that they must surely have a reach all the way into Azuris and such a could devour this small far away village but Chaul could have none of it and quietly composed the means for revenge. Acting out his plans saw the deaths of many skin hunters as poison, traps and a fire set brought chaos into their small encampment with many fleeing out into the mountains. Thinking nothing more could be done he went home pleased with his victory but just as the elder warned the hunters returned in force killing every one they could and burning the village down, the fight was hard pressed but the village fought them off to some end allowing them to flee. Punishment had be handed out and Chaulsyrime was exiled with the blood of many on his hands.

Leaving and traveling for many years he found himself in Azuris looking into the skin trade gifting them a length of steel where he could but all of it seemed pointless, no matter who or what he stopped it was back up with new people running. Feeling unable to do anything he spends his time annoying nobles as to inspire the guards to chase him around who for all their efforts seem unable to pin him down while he harasses them with his iron bell. Strutting around with a small but slowly growing bounty on his head.

Weapons : Right gauntlet: heavy and designed for climbing buildings and defense--is like a small shield. has blade catchers on the knuckles that can double over as a spike.
Hand axe: A short hand axe with a hook forged into its blade and a ring on its shaft.
Iron Bell: IS in fact a knee cap eating mace like bell bound to the end of his tail he uses to whip at...well knee caps, its jingle can distract some one.
Bottles of water: small bottles of water for use in magic.
Bottles of grease: a fat grease slick, slippery and very smelly.
poisons: Blade oils and poisons to make sure anything that catches a cut has a bad time of it.
