Region Description (Generalization):
Made up of mountains and caves, a frozen wasteland. They are made up of clans and do not get into the affairs of the other regions, they are a neutral region.
Other Info:
Humanoid populations typically are Animalshifters, Skinwalkers, Elves, and Dwarves. (Too cold for most other species). Good place for people who are neutral on politics. Consists of clans which communicate anomalistically (grunts, growls, howls, etc.)
