Is it okay if I'm a bit young? I mean, I'm quite young (i'll be twelve on the 23rd)

If you're asking if it's against the rules, I don't see anything stating that you're not allowed at your age. Otherwise, I don't think the community cares. You'll be barred from certain roleplays that are "Rated R" (so to speak) but I'm sure you're welcome in any other way.
