Real Name: Reagan Iesha Videlle
Alias: Four
Allegiance: To be determined...
Sex: Female
Species: Human
Race: Caucasian
Age: 20
Appearance:
Not overly tall, she stands mostly average at 5'5" and she is somewhat disconcertingly underweight. Her sandy blonde hair goes no lower than her jawline, it is cut by herself and the handiwork shows it. Her body has quite a few scars and self-made stitches for what seem to have been major wounds, these only increase over time as she gets into more scuffles. Her voice sounds like hell, a result of too much shouting, smoking, and cheap whiskey.

Very little of her clothing actually fits and she doesn't seem to change them often, likely due to the fact the she has very little. Her two favorite articles are an oversized olive military jacket [kept in better condition than her other clothing] and her cheap plastic hoop earrings [which are actually her only earrings]. Her shirts and pants have occasional holes covered by reflective tape and her sneakers lack laces, kept to her feet only by elastic bands.

Personality:
Four is a complex individual. This is largely due to the fact that certain aspects of her personality are nothing short of inseparable controversies. She is an unstable pendulum constantly in motion, going between the extremes of a deterministic need for order and outright nihilism. But unlike a pendulum, she doesn't submit to inertia and will change position through inadjacent spaces.

On former side of the dichotomy Four is the Conspirist. Not stupid "event" conspiracies--she doesn't care about the grassy knoll--but systematic and superconspiracies. She has her own theory of an organization that, for lack of their actual name [she thinks they don’t even use a name themselves], she simply refers to DPS. The DPS is the biggest conspiratory organization in the world, and there is nothing too big or small in scale for Four to place blame on them. [Spoiler alert: the DPS isn’t real.]

One the latter side is the Last Man as interpreted by Nietzsche. This is the rarer of Four's two extremes. She believes in no purpose, no meaning, and no redeeming features of life. This does not inspire fear or anguish in her -- pain and suffering are extremes that would lead her to believe in some end result to such tribulation -- it just imparts her with a crippling sense of hopelessness, anhedonia, and ennui. This is the part of her that committed suicide twice.

Sometimes, it as if life seems to make her believe there exists something almost consequential within her reality, good or bad. But most of the time, Four is in a compromised medium between the two, one that resembles a cross of absurdism and hedonism. She tries to hide the feeling of insecurity produced by this cognitive dissonance with snark and irony. In practice this essentially boils down to her coming across as a jerkass snarker with a few delusional quirks.

Abilities & Equipment:
Beware the Old Blood -- A fragment of a hyperdimensional eldritch symbiote inhabits Four's veins. It is barely sentient and operates mostly on instinct, feeding off of mental sensations of physical and emotional anguish experienced by sentient creatures, referred to as "Psychic Angst". Normally it simply subsists off of the latent background radiation of such energy but, due to extreme circumstances that led to it's occupancy in her circulatory system, now has a direct feed line to Four's Psychic Angst. The sheer volume of transfer of this Psychic Angst would likely make any abilities reliant on a direct mental connection unpleasant at the very least.

Autotransfusion -- Four's circulatory system has a direct extradimensional link to the symbiote, whose physical form manifests an ocean of blood floating through higher dimensions in some god-forsaken void. She can bleed a superfluous amount from even fairly small flesh wounds. Any lost blood is immediately replaced by more, and while there is technically a finite amount, there should be no risk of it running out in her lifetime. This flow can go backwards as well, meaning any poison transported via blood can be diluted quickly down to non-harmful levels. Pressure of the blood can be adjusted to supernatural degrees to mitigate damage from high or low pressure environments. This blood is nutrient rich and well-oxygenated, allowing her to forgo the need for sustenance or breathing. This also renders many of what should be vital organs redundant.

Hemokinesis -- Four has a latent psychic ability that, while still not aware of them, are able to be utilized subconsciously to great effect in combination with the symbiote. She has minor telepathic abilities that allow her to communicate emotions emphatically and instinctively, but any not descriptive form of communication. It is unknown if she would be capable of using such on anything other than the symbiote, but the fact that it has such a rudimentary consciousness means that it responds well to it's host and food source having any communicated desires for it to act upon. Being a hyperdimensional creature means that the movements in it's native dimension can translate to displacement in the third dimension, effectively making the blood appear to 'levitate'. This can be used to create several different effective powers by via the use of "Blood Puppeting", allowing move Four's body in supernatural ways by having her circulatory system drag the rest of her body around. This grants enhanced strength and agility as well as allowing flight and speed of over 75 kilometers per hour.

Sanguineous -- The blood of the symbiote is enhanced in several ways of differing biology: supernatural white blood cells grant immunity to infection and most mundane diseases; a constant supply of adrenaline is accessible, of which the host body does not tire; and, perhaps most impressively, supernatural platelets grant moderate regenerative powers. While it is not enough to heal major wounds over the course of a battle, minor cuts and scrapes may heal in a matter of only seconds. Major wounds may heal within several hours and even a dismembered limb may find itself reattached in a day or two. However, it is an imperfect process and will eventually fail to properly reconstruct the more complex biological structures. Over time, the repeated regeneration of what should be vital organs will eventually turn into vestigial messes of scar tissue and tumors that have little remnants of their original purpose.

Sickle Cell -- By exploiting pressure variances, surface tension, and quirks of the alien biology such as it's iron content, Four is able to make small amounts of her blood almost as hard as steel. This process is too intensive to, say, make armor out of, but can be utilized at the point of contact of blood based kinetic attacks to harden the blow or even create a pseudo-edge that allows her to cut. Her most common forms of this ability are to coat her hands in a thick layer of blood and emulate claws, or to sent out blood projectiles in a crescent shape that will effectively hold it's form to a distance of 30 meters, outside of her normal hemokinesis range [up to five meters, requiring a path of direct contact to the circulatory system].

Weaknesses:
If It Bleeds... -- Four has no real supernatural means of protection against most sorts of elemental attacks. Extreme temperatures, electricity, all deal normal damage to her and are moderately more difficult to heal for a flesh wound of the same severity. Additionally, even physical damage she has resistance to is capable of becoming very difficult to heal. Hollow point bullets, or a sufficiently high-gauge shotgun at point-blank, for example, would rend and tear her flesh to the point where reconstruction would prove difficult. Explosives are especially efficient at this.

Anti-dimensonal weakness --If one were to cut off the source of Four's connection by limiting the symbiote's ability to exist across dimensions, she would still retain the ability to manipulate her blood, but would have a limited source to work with. A source which he would have to divert from her own the basic survival of her bod to use.

Mental Vulnerabilities -- Four has no active defense against any mental assault that does not require the direct link to her mind. Also, any means of preventing even minor psychic powers would disable her ability to manipulate her blood.

Localized Anesthetics -- Four's Kryptonite. Sufficient removal of Four's ability to feel pain deprives the symbiotic of sustenance from it's newly gained main source. This greatly upsets it, and causes it to lash out at it's host whom it only enjoyed the presence of for that reason alone. This results in Four being crippled with fatigue, weakness, and mental instability until such a time that she feels physical pain again.

Thicker than Wine -- Four is not as particularly bright as she likes to pretend. While she has an amount of esoteric facts and academic trivia that she will occasionally reference, she has quite little aptitude in practical skills and knowledge, nor is she good at math. Her actual IQ is average at best and, surprisingly, she isn't even as street smart as one might expect of her, though not necessarily dumb in that regard.

Personal History:
Reagan was born in a small suburb outside of Metropolis. She hated it. Her dad was an orthodontist. Mom was a high school counselor and teacher; they only wanted the best for her and gave her all the love and acceptance they could, despite her problems. She hated them, too. She also had a younger brother. He was kind'a cool. Reagan wasn't a very well- behaved girl so, one day, her parents sent her off to a behavior camp in Michigan. That was not cool in the slightest.

Most of Four's childhood memories are a blur of angst-ridden suicide attempts, rebellion against the system, and bourgeois apathy. When she was old enough, she declared independence, dropped out of high school, and hopped on a train to travel the country. She spent time in several cities, but ending up stopping in Gotham. She decided to stay because that was where she met Johnny.

Johnny was a recovering heroin addict, he also had the superpower to pass himself and other objects though barriers. Those two facts may or may not have been related, Four doesn't really know. She met him while squatting in the same condemned apartment building. They bonded over how the police were a corrupt organization that didn't work, how capitalism was an archaic system bound to fail, and the futility of government.

One day, Johnny ran into the apartment and said that "they were coming for him" and that he "couldn't go back there again, man", he was panicking and Four recognized he was acting like he was on something strong. She wanted to yell at him but decided instead to try to calm him down before some men busted down the door and everything went haywire. Johnny grabbed her hand and went out the apartment walls. Unfortunately, they warped out straight into traffic and a car was heading directly at them. Then, something weird happened.

In his panicked, drugged state, Johnny somehow managed to do... something weird. Four never knew what; in fact, she doesn't remember anything except for it being the most excruciatingly painful moment of her life; far more than her first two suicide attempts. When she woke up, she found herself in a pool of her own blood in a ditch near the New Jersey turnpike. She still doesn't know what happened or where Johnny ended up. Hell, she doesn't know if he made it out alive at all. But ever since then she has been able to bleed profusely and manipulate the blood to her will.

Occupation: Whatever she finds an opportunity to temporarily freelance as. Though, petty shoplifting is a far more reliable source of income.
