Lazzamore

WAAAAAAAAAA-
Name: Uruk'sh
Age: 55
Race: Orc
Sex: Male
Faction/Role: Urugar, Kezh (High King)
Residence: Urugar, Aelora
Appearance: (Picture pending) With pale grey skin, Uruk'sh is a tall, forboding Orc. His physique is impressive, though slender for his kind. It is often covered up by his expensive, traditional cowl.
Personality: Uruk'sh is obsessed with himself. In his free time he will manipulate underlings, cause pain to those who are weaker, sleep around, all because he can. But those who know him can attest to this one often unmentioned detail; he is not happy with life. He is a constant state of fear and paranoia. He barely rests, even when at leisure, which is often. Almost no one is trustworthy - they all want his hard earned power. He never trusts any of his 'friends', except for two people in his life, His brother Sarok, and his favorite concubine, Mogak.
History: After secretly murdering his mentor, Uruk'sh would lead a civil uprising against the Shamanic order ruling Urugar. He would win, becoming the first Kezh Urugar has had in long time. 35 years have passed, and the small nation of Urugar is unhappy. Uruk'sh is an extremely paranoid person, and after what he has put the people through, perhaps he should be...

Name: Crohd
Age: 29
Race: Orc
Sex: Male
Faction/Role: Vagabond
Residence: None
Appearance: (Picture Pending) Crohd is short, scrawny and ugly. He has a hide tunic and furry collar, and is usually hunched over with bowing legs.
Personality: Crohd is introverted and rude. He despises people, and society as a whole. Little is known as to what caused this disfunction, but it is obvious he was somehow hurt deeply by 'society'. Crohd idolizes carnivorous animals, and sees the predator/prey dynamic to be the proper system for society. Alas, very few agree.
History: By the age of 19, Crohd spent all the time he could in the wilderness, sometimes disappearing for days. This allowed him to learn how to survive and thrive unparalleled without society, making him useful to Kezh Uruk'sh Regime, who at the time had just banned weapons. This of course meant the people had no defense against the void creatures, and the town guards were overwhelmed. Thus Uruk'sh formed the Rangers, to combat the beasts invading. It was at this post, due to Crohd's nature-lore, that he would truly thrive.

Ten years would pass, and Crohd became an influencial general of the Rangers. But it would not last. One of Uruk'sh's more disenfranchised wives approached Crohd and flirted with him; And though Crohd wanted nothing to do with her, this was seen by a rival of crohds and reported to the Kezh, who would have Crohd killed. Crohd would escape by the skin of his teeth, but he could never again return to his beloved post.
Inventory: 7 imperial pence (7 ounces of Gold), twine, some rope, a flint knife, a short sword and a bow with thirteen arrows.

Name: Cappa-1
Age: 39
Race: U'n
Sex: Male
Faction/Role: the Avatar, Mord Orthodox Mission
Residence: Alpha-1, Mord
Appearance: (Picture Pending) In relativity to U'n, Cappa has bright eyes and a large forehead. He is short and small, but is looked up to for his wisdom and position regardless.
Personality: Easily described as 'bookish', Cappa was a prominent theologian when he was young, before being selected as the Avatar's apprentice by Mord's previous avatar, Zen-1. Cappa is clean, straightforward, a bit boring in his personal life. He does things by the book, organisation a correctness were concepts deeply instilled in him from childhood.
History: Cappa was selected to be Zen-1's apprentice 21 years ago, right before Zen lead the people into deep space. Zen was a holy warrior, adored by the U'n as a war hero, for he was the one to unite all of Mord under the Missions banner. His beliefs were not all widely agreed upon, such as his upholding of a 'Just War theory'. Cappa was not completely fond of Zen, but to be Apprenticed to the Avatar was an honor of which turning down is unheard of. So Cappa accepted, and when Zen died an early death due to illness, Cappa publicly praised his life, even his Just War that Cappa himself did not entirely agree with; a statement Cappa is insecure of even today.

Name: Menk
Race: Kedgelindir
Sex: male
Age: 5 (adult)
Bio: Menk is Winkles smaller twin brother. Menk dislikes his less... mentally adept brother, wanting to be the favorite child in Winkles place. Menk dreams of running his own pirate ship one day, not that the captain needs to know.
Affiliation: Death in Red, Chief Engineer
Personality: Distrusting and deceitful, Menk talks often about Garzoks competency as captain... Behind his back, obviously.

Name: Winkle, aka "The Nose"
Race: Kedgelindir
Sex: male
Age: 5 (adult)
Bio: Older twin of Menk, winkle is very proud of his considerable nose and very much dislikes his ridiculous name, much to Menks chagrin. Winkle was the favored son in his patriarchal family of many sisters, and 'Winkle' is a traditional family name of great honor. The Nose, though, prefers his bizarre moniker he invented for himself that somehow stuck. He just interprets the laughter as his bosses pride in their star pupil.
Affiliation: Death in Red, Chief transporter tech
Personality: Has difficulty seeing reality, and is very proud of his own looks and self-grandure. Despite being quite unfortunate looking, even for his diminuitive race.

Name: ROS
Race: AI
Sex: AI
Age: 3
Bio: Built as a experimental city-wide police force that involved no police, ROS is a system of reproducing remote-controlled androids that build themselves out of what ever they are given, which in this case is space junk. Garzok stole this after sacking a colony once.
Affiliation: Death in Red on-board security system
equipement: Endless hordes of heavy metal police-robots with batons (big ones).

Name: Mal-rez
Race: AI
Sex: AI
Age: 15 (and still not obsolete!)
Bio: Programmed by infamous rising-tech-star-turned-murderer Rod Herman before he died, Mal-rez the anti-virus is smart and self-thinking and was never mass-produced. In fact, Mal-rez has never been reset (and is a bit cranky) and may be one of the original beta-programs Herman started.
Affiliation: Death in Red anti-virus program
Personality: Cranky and very rude, Mal-rez enjoys a rich sense of humor at the lesser crewmembers expense.

Name: Steef Hoogers
Race: Human
Sex: Male
Age: 76
Bio: An odd man of swedish descent, Steef is there mostly for entertainment. He loves old movies about space, and gets a good laugh at slap stick comedy always. Altogether he is a very charismatic and extremely experienced person, thus why he is still around the ship. It is slightly bothersome that he only grumbles in a language no one else is familiar with, though.
Affiliation: Death in Red Drone Control tech

Name: Skulgar "the Smasher" Cragroot
Race: Orc, Valorean
Sex: male
Age: 37
Bio: Skulgar Cragroot was in the army. He put his all into it. They were idiots, with this 'dishonorable discharge' nonsense. Kicked out of his homeland's military (and homeland) for being 'too violent' (he once killed someone with his fists, and then beat them until unrecognisable) Skulgar is perhaps the most frightening person aboard the ship right now. Good thing his only concern is being the best soldier for his captain.
Affiliation: Death in Red, Chief of security
Personality: Not the smartest psychopath of the crew, he responds violently primarily to things he doesn't understand.
equipement: Known as 'the Smasher' for more then mere backstory; Skulgar dons huge metal gauntlets to aid in turning his foe into paste. If that proves too time consuming, he has a fine skill with snipers as well.

Name: Rogurtae Garzok
Race: Orc, Valorean
Sex: Male
Age: 41
Bio: Captain Garzok was born to a space traveler and his mistress, who were both soon-after mudered by his fathers wife. The space-orc's ship was passed down to the wife and Garzok with it. Violently abusive, the she-orc merchant treated her crew (and Garzok) poorly. Garzok grew up more of a fixture aboard the cargo liner then anything else, not knowing until near the end that this woman thought of Garzok as a 'son'.

At the age of ten a space pirate known as 'Boss Gob'n' attacked garzoks late-father's wifes cargo ship and killed her, and the crew, except garzok. This was largely believed to be because gob'n saw the potential in the boy. In truth it was because Garzok traded the location of his 'mothers' last remaining honey-bun for his life with the obese pirate, with whom it was a tradition to take an exotic food after each successful raid as prize.

After another ten years of being trained by boss Gob'n, the pirate would propose his Retirement by splitting the loot with the crew and giving his flagship, the Death in Red, to Garzok.

For twenty years Garzok roamed the stars in a desperate quest for blood, vengeance and money. Before the end he had a tiring reputation and an impossible amount of various currencies. Now it was time for him to do the same as Gob'n; He was done with piracy.

At least so he thought. In the end Garzok couldn't stand settling down, and they say sheer boredom drove him back into the business. So they say, at least.

Either way, he is back and reclaimed his old ship, and is now looking for Crewmembers.
Affiliation: Death in Red, Captain
Personality: Calm, collected and sociopathic, Captain Garzok believes that it falls on his shoulders to punish the Isirian government for wrongdoings, through total anarchy achieved through his piracy.
equipement: Garzok is equipped with a shiv in his hat, a snub-nosed pistol in his boot, a set of two huge high-power plasma pistols at his sides, two switch blades hidden in secret compartments in each holster, and a razor hidden in his belt buckle. He is also cybernetically modified with corrective lenses made from shatter-proof fiberglass, and if all else fails, brass nuckles implanted descreetly into his right nuckles.

Name: Ari
Race: Nymph
Sex: Female
Age: 25
Bio: No one knows where Ari is from, her accent however is definately fraudulent. Her skillsets suggest that she was once an intelligence operative, and she hints at turning against 'a government' (be it her's or another is not known) and obviously no longer has such a job now...

She acts as Garzok's personal assistant. She is flirtatious, manipulative, and immensely attractive, making her quite a perfect spy. The crew is not sure what her current goal is, but it involves being very friendly with everyone 'on her side'. For now.
Affiliation: Death in Red, First Mate
Personality: Difficult to understand, Ari is manipulative and very slow to trust. She has very little concept of mutual friendship, or any sort of relationship beyond what benifits her.
equipement: Ari prefers big, loud guns, and always gets first pick, and not simply because she outranks everyone other then the captain.

Name: Quig
Race: Slug (adoptive slur, they do not have a unique name for their own species)
Sex: Female
Age: 9 (adult)
Bio: Once a missionary helping aboard a hospital-space station orbiting a fringe planet, Quig sacrificed herself to Garzok when he raided the hospital looking for expensive drugs. Garzok never found the hidden stash of advanced painkillers Quig's hospital had hidden, instead he was pleased to have a new on-board doctor.
Affiliation: Death in Red Chief Medical officer
Personality: Caring and ambitious, Quig helps when she can and refuses to fight always. This of course means she must be absolutely nescessary to Garzok to maintain her own health, ironically.
