Not far from the Capitol building sits the rather massive, rectangular Library of Congress. Once a building known for its grandeur, the paintings and elaborate detail that once lined its walls are all but faded. Even the books that crowded its shelves have rotted, burned, or gone missing. It is now a skeleton of what it once was, and houses a scouting party for the Obsidian Knights.
