SPECIES DESCRIPTION:
- Daemien is the results of a fae and kludde mating, resulting in a creature with the murderous instincts of a Kludde and the vain, fickle and impulsive nature of a Fae. As a shapeshifter, he can take the form of four creatures: a large dog, a cat, a horse and a human. His most favored form is the latter, a young male humanoid, complete with fangs and claws. He is able to talk in all forms, and has a honeyed, fluid and slightly high pitched, 'faeish' tone. His hair is long, sleek and black, usually braided: it is a main source of vanity and he takes great pride in keeping it well maintained. It reaches to his lower back when unbraided.
He has a height of 5"9 and appears to be in his early twenties. Eyes are a pale, milky white, with no scleras and slit black pupils. His facial structure and body make his fae bloodlines apparent: a pretty face with high cheekbones, slightly slanted eyes, and smooth, pale skin. His body looks very slender and delicate. He wears a black, hooded cape that reaches his thighs, made of a thick material. Underneath that he wears a white, lacy shirt, long black trousers, and no shoes. Very careful with his clothes, which are kept immaculately clean.
All of his animal forms have the same traits: long legs, silky black fur and slender muzzles. Pure-blood Kludde tend to be stocky, shaggy haired creatures, but Daemien's feline form resembles that of an lynx-sized oriental breed, the dog resembles a borzoi, and the horse resembles an Akhal-Teke
PERSONALITY:
Daemien is a mixture of michevious interest and bloodlust. He is not evil or inherently bad, but can do rather violent things. Despite his looks, he is anything but fragile, and is a prominent and ruthless predator. He is a picky carnivore, and dislikes red meat, preferring fish or fowl. He hunts all animals, including humanoids. He is most commonly in his canine or human form when eating or killing, the horse and cat forms are only used to lure or entice prey. As a human, he gives off a conceited, proud and mischievous vibe
He is rather flameboyent and dramatic, and when in a good mood, he is charming, witty and almost childish, playing trivial tricks and being nothing more then a slight nuisance. Can be serious if needed, but besides from that, is a languid and lazy creature. If given a gift of any kind, (especially shiny or precious objects, ribbons or mirrors) he will take an immediate and strong liking to the gift-giver, and will form a 'friendship' of sorts with them. However, Daemien gets irritated over very small matters, and will relentlessly harass his victims, sometimes only scaring, and other times outright murdering them.
- Daemien has considerable power: he can shape shift, and has large, sharp teeth, the ability to talk (in all forms)and supernatural speed. He is a skilled hunter and fighter.
- -Human: his human form, with its opposable thumbs, is the only form he can use weapons in. Although he tends to kill with his animal forms, he doesn't hold back with strangling or stabbing a victim to death, and his very non-human fangs are particularly useful for ripping out throats.
-Canine: appearing as a slender, long silky haired dog, this form is a favorite of Daemiens. Although it lacks the brute strength of typical canine Kludde, he is still unnaturally strong for a dog. His jaws clamp down with huge amounts of pressure, his teeth are overly large and sharp, and he is able to tire out and outrun his quarry with ease.
-Feline: even when supernatural, a cat can only do so much. The form of a lean, sleek black cat is used when he is in a more playful mood: many a creature has petted and played with the dainty feline, unaware of its true nature. He can do no real harm in this form, though if feeling petty can leave some pretty nasty scratches on those he dislikes.
-Horse: Daemien's biggest form is used when he is feeling particularly vain or particularly irritated. With a long, flowing mane and tail, the young stallion uses his looks to draw victims in. His sharp hooves and large body have been used to kill, though he tends to only prance about and sometimes, though rarely, offer rides to those he takes a liking too
WEAKNESSES
-Iron and silver: both of these metals have devastating effects on Daemien. Normal weapons do not harm him, but blades made of these metals will wound him. Touching silver and iron does not visibly disfigure/burn, but creates crippling pain on the area touched. Silver and iron chains or jewelry drain him of his aggression and powers, as well as trapping him in that particular form. He will be unable to shapeshift,
-magic: almost all magic, spells and wards works against him. He knows none of it himself. so can not retaliate this way. Despite this, he is drawn to those who can wield it and is fascinated by the concept in general. Wards against dark spirits and fae repel him
-naivety: Daemien is very easily distracted. Getting ahold of the skittish creature is the main problem, but he is blind to most traps and tricks, despite being sly himself. As said before, his attraction to ribbons and shiny objects is a weakness that can be exploited.
