Cackling Devil
The Cackling Devil

Name: Unknown

Alias: Cackling Devil

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown

Eye color: Unknown

Hair color: Brown

Physiology:

Cackling Devil stands at about 6'5" in height. His arms and legs appear skinnier than the average human. His chest is quite broad and his waist is a bit thin.

Apparel:
Cackling Devil wears a patch covered frock tailcoat over a suit shirt, tie, and suit vest. The color of the coat and the clothes underneath are various shades of dark purple in color. On his lower body he wears a pair of dark crimson colored ragged suit pants. There are visible tears here and there along them. On his feet are a very neat pair of black oxfords. Upon his head is a well worn black tophat with a red and purple ribbon wrapped around its base. The ends of the ribbon seem worn out or torn. It's as if the ribbon has history to it. On the Cackling Devils face is a yellow mask with a sharp toothed grin and a pair of black circular eyes.
Personality:
Most of the time the Cackling Devil puts on the guise of a silly and fun individual with an outrageous sense of fashion. His movement is wobbly and at times swift or smooth. Upon talking to the Cackling Devil, you may note his extreme fascination to stories. He loves to share stories with passersby. However, as silly and cheerful he may seem, there are chinks to his personality that may lead to some odd behaviors.
According to a few journal entries that document encounters with the Cackling Devil, when he was asked a few questions about himself he became completely silent as well as not even moving an inch for about a minute to two before dismissing the questions and returning to talking about stories in his cheerful personality.
Another entry was found beside a body that was recognized as a notorious bandit. It was slightly stained in blood, but was finished only moments before he was killed. The entry mentioned how the bandit had regretted trying to rob the Cackling Devil. He notes that upon snatching a book sat beside the Cackling Devils carriage, black ooze began to pour from behind the strange mans mask. The ooze wrapped itself around his body, ignoring the mans bizarre clothing which suddenly seemed more jagged than before. The glove that covered the Cackling Devils left hand tore apart as dagger-like claws were formed at the tips of his fingers. The bandit notes that it was like he was running from a ruthless demon.
History:
The Cackling Demon appeared out of nowhere randomly one day, it was like he suddenly just existed. Although he is quite mysterious and strange, people tend to quickly take a liking to the odd man. He rides upon a carriage pulled by a variety of wacky creatures which seems to change every so often. These creatures can be a unicorn one day and then be a large tortoise the next day.
The carriage seems pretty plain except for when he sets up his popular shop that he calls the Cackling Devils Bazaar of Wonders. The very messy stand practically pours out from the back of the carriage. One person who had a chance to see inside the carriage notes that the inside is MUCH larger than the outside.
One thing that the Cackling Devil is known for is his strange addiction to stories. He craves stories from far and wide. He even copies the stories he hears into many books that he makes copies of and sells at his bazaar.
