Premise
The Melding began when Dr. Robotnik and Dr. Wily combined forces to take over both their worlds and multiple others. Using the power of the Chaos Emeralds, they launched a surprise attack, merging multiple worlds within the Multiverse without warning. With the citizens of these worlds in a state of confusion and panic, the duo took advantage of the situation and sent an army of robots to attack. These robots captured multiple people and took them away in order to make more robotic soldiers and ensure the total authority of the two scientists.
Those that wouldn’t join their ever-expanding army were snuffed out and disposed of one way or another, anyone else who wanted a piece of the action had to go through their massive army.
Obviously not every evildoer knelt at their feet and instead vanished into the shadows to bid their time before they could take it all for themselves. The problem was that Bowser, king of the Koopas, was not one known for his patience. Sending out feelers high and low, mostly low, Bowser assembles a group of ne'er-do-well’s to his secret lair, which is definitely NOT just the basement of his castle. He has a plan to put himself and his allies on the map in a big way and deliver a massive blow to the Eggman-Wily coalition. Will Bowser’s new allies be able to work together for a common goal? And do all of them really share that same goal?
With that out of the way welcome to this Super Smash Brothers-themed roleplay I’m planning on running and due to it being a Super Smash Brothers I actually have a character requirement for this roleplay. The franchise from where you play your character must have shown up in some form in the Super Smash Brothers series. The TVtropes page for the series has a good list of what is eligible if you’re not sure. Not mentioned there that I also consider eligible are the Xenogears and Xenosaga series. As for the Kingdom Hearts series. Only original creations from the series and the Final Fantasy character counterparts are eligible, as well as The World Ends With You characters.
On top of the nature of the rp I'd recommend signing up as villains and other morally ambiguous characters like say anti-heroes. If you are unsure about eligible choices you can also always ask, and I’ll try to help as best as I can.

1. Please be respectful towards everyone. As the GM my word is law, but I imagine there won't be a lot of problems.
2. This should be a given, but no godmodding / metagaming!
3. Players of all posting levels are welcome here. That being said, please at least put something whenever you make a post. You can also use images if you want, but keep in mind in that case that I'd like as little IC posts being nothing but image spam or so as possible. Speaking of image spam, please only post a maximum of three images / GIFs per post in order to not flood the page with images that make it harder to load.

Appearance: Self-explanatory. Just a picture is fine.
Name: What is your character's name? Do they generally go by an alias / nickname?
Age: Chronologically, how old is your character?
Canon: What does your character originate from?
Powers / Abilities / Equipment: What is your character capable of, and if they have notable items they carry around, like weapons, is there anything special about them? In any case, even just a Wiki link is fine.
Short Bio: What is your character's backstory in a nutshell leading up to how they came to come here? Once again, pretty much just a Wiki link is acceptable.
Other Info: Optional. Just basically any extra info you feel is necessary that I as the GM should know about.
