Name: Tideling

Clan: Sapphire

Gender: He-gon

Age: 3 moons

Short Bio:
Very little is known about Tideling's origins. His scales are a gorgeous, almost luminescent sky-blue hue, and he enjoys spending most of his time resting in cold waters. For the most part, it is suspected he was abandoned, orphaned and left to die in light of him appearing to be little more than a runt. Including his head, he might be just a little over six inches, with his short tail adding another four or so. It wouldn’t be entirely hard to imagine that taking notice of him would be difficult. His wings, on the other hand, are roughly eight inches long, and slightly stinted. Up until now, it is a miracle he has even survived being that he has mostly been on his own, avoiding the rest of the clan as much as possible. When he isn’t lurking in the deep, he is feeding off whatever scraps he can find leftover. Skittish, not many have come to take any form of ownership of him, but he is a fighter and continues to forge his own path forward.

Name: Lichenfrost

Clan: White Pearl Clan

Short Bio:
Lichenfrost is a medium sized light blue dragon with a body length, including his head, of 13 inches, a tail of 15 inches and finally a wingspan of 28 inches. From birth, Lichenfrost was always reserved, polite, and understanding. While he was a Dragonling, Lichenfrost didn’t share the other Dragonlings interest in roughhousing, often preferring to wander toward one of the nursery's corners and gaze at the plants growing on the walls or stay close to his mother, Hollymist. When he got an opportunity to leave the nursery, Lichenfrost would often wander close to the medicine-dragon’s den. It was almost like he was being pulled there by some mystical force. He would observe for until the current Medicine Dragon found him, lightly scolded him and then promptly returned him to the nursery.

When it came time for Lichenfrost to be made an apprentice, his interest in medicine was acknowledged and soon he was made an official medicine dragon apprentice. As a medicine dragon apprentice, he learned different remedies, treatments, and how to communicate with the ancestral dragons and interpret their messages. After his mentor passed, Lichenfrost became White Pearl’s current medicine-dragon. As a Medicine Dragon, Lichenfrost is very nurturing and friendly. However, he is also very stern and rooted in his beliefs. He won’t sugarcoat things if he feels it will benefit a dragon.

Name: Hollymist

Clan: White Pearl Clan

Age: 76 Moons

Mate: Dewstar

Dragonlings: Lichenfrost, Eagleheart, and Azureling (Deceased)

Short Bio:

Hollymist is a small light green she-gon with a body length of 11 inches a tail length of 12 inches, and a wingspan of 23 inches. Hollymist can be described as hard working, energetic, defensive, and a bit snappy. Usually, she isn’t hard to get along with, however, once anything to do with her size is brought up she quickly becomes angry. As an apprentice, Hollymist was often teased because of her small stature. Many jokes were made at her expense and because of this, Hollymist worked hard to be better than the other apprentices. Day after day, she would work herself until her claws ached and her wings grew numb. As a result, she became a bit of a perfectionist. Her hard work didn’t go unnoticed and became one of the first of her group to become a full Sentinel. Eventually, some of the male dragons who used to tease her developed feelings for her, one of those would become her mate.

Because of her training, Hollymist became on of the fastest fliers in the clan and this caught the attention of a young Dewstar. She was reluctant to even consider his feelings at first, brushing them off as nothing more than teasing. Eventually, after much consideration, and persistence from Dewstar, they became mates. She would compare their relationship to fire and water, since he often calms her down when she becomes angry. Due to her size, she isn’t one of the best Sentinels in combat, however, she makes up for this with her speed and perfectionist attitude toward completing her duties.

Short Bio: Whisperbrooke is a quiet and kind dragon. She is on the smaller side, her body measuring 8 inches, her tail 10 inches, and her wingspan 20 inches. She is easy to get along with and is a wonderful listener. She isn't overly outgoing, sometimes preferring the peace and quiet of the water to the busy atmosphere of the colony. Her scales are white with a slight blue undertone, strangely stunning.

Short Bio: Dewstar is a muscular, royal blue dragon with a body length, including his head, of 15 inches, a tail of 16 inches and a wingspan of 26 inches. Dewstar is kind, level headed, goofy and confident dragon who tries his best to enjoy the good in every aspect of life. He can be a bit overly dramatic, he is also easily depressed sometimes and will sulk for a short period if things don't go his way in certain situations, but other than that hes serious about his role as leader. He tries to have a good relationship with all of the clan and is respected by all of them. However, this was not always the case. Dewstar, for a large portion of his early life was seen as an outsider by his clanmates due to him being the son of a rogue dragon. Not only that, his appearance also favours his father thus making him stand out within his clan. In short, his mother began meeting with a rogue dragon that would wander into White Pearl territory and eventually she became pregnant as a result. Once the father was told of her pregnancy, he left her never to be seen again.

The mother gave birth to two dragonlings, Dewstar and his brother Frostscale. Frostscale had an easier time integrating into the clan because he looked more like other White Pearl dragons. Dewstar had a rougher time, overtime dark rumours began to spread about him and eventually he heard those rumours. Hearing the misconceptions that the other dragons had about him drove Dewstar to isolate himself for a while. Once he became an apprentice, he saw his chance to prove to everyone that he is not his past. Around this time he met a young Hollymist. The other dragons would tease her, so seeing this as a way to make friends, he began to lightly tease her too. He never said anything too harsh, he just said enough to make some friends. He continued to work hard throughout his apprenticeship and slowly began to change the clans perception of him. Eventually he became deputy and soon after that, Hollymist began making a name for herself within the clan. Slowly, he fell in love with her and began to approach her. After many rejections, they became friends and soon lovers. While their love was blossoming, they had three dragonlings and moons later the previous leader lost their last life and Dewstar became leader of White Pearl.

Name: Rustheart

Clan: Emerald Clan

Gender: She-gon

Age: 64 moons

Short bio: Rustheart is a happy and strong dragon. She is a fierce fighter and will do anything for her clan. She's a muscular she-gon, and fairly long at that. Her body is 13 inches, tail length is 17 inches, and her wingspan is 20 inches.

Short Bio: Moondancer was taken as an egg from her parents by humans for the pet trade. She was hatched and put on display, but she was found and 'rescued' by a human that studied the dragons. He was an older man and he felt that dragons should not be kept as pets. But his attempts to return her to her parents were fruitless, and so he ended up raising her himself. He had spent all of his life studying the dragons, and was able to give her a name fitting her kind, basing it off her graceful movements, and her white scales. He taught her as much as he could about her kind, but knowing how territorial they were, he was never able to take her to meet other dragons. They would not have received her well with a human escort, he knew. For human owned dragons were accepted, but not always welcome. He understood. A dragon raised by humans did not know the ways of dragons.

Moon dancer grew, and she became a beautiful dragon. But as she grew, she watched her human father age more and whither away. She knew that his end was coming, as humans had very short lives. She remained with him until his last breath, and then, as he has asked of her, she left. She was to return to the wild, for there was nothing left keeping her there among the humans. So she did that. She left her home and flew off into the wild, all the time wishing that humans could have lived longer. She was now alone, without a clan or family.

Her body is 14 inches from snout to rump, with a wing span of 25 inches and she is 12 inches high at the shoulders.

Short Bio:
Eagleheart is a light purple dragon with body length, including her head and tail, of 24 inches and a wingspan of 25 inches. From the beginning of her life, Eagleheart has been an energetic and playful young dragon. In her days as a Dragonling, she spent most of her time happily playing with her sister Azureling and sometimes, a young Lichenfrost would join in as well. Some moons passed and the two young she-gons grew inseparable and would often share their dreams about being full fledged sentinels. However, during the time of their developing sisterhood, there was a sickness outbreak in the clan and Azureling ended up catching it. She passed after some time of being sick and Eagleheart was devastated, from that day onward, Eagleheart pledged to live her life for both herself, and her sister.

Eagleheart is an extremely energetic, bubbly, clumsy and friendly dragon. She can talk to anyone and everyone with no issue and tends to ramble due to her excitable nature. These traits developed greatly as a result of her sister’s death. She tries her best to be a great sentinel but sometimes, her energetic and clumsy nature gets the best of her. This happened more in her apprentice days because she would always charge headfirst into things without thinking. A lot of those things ended up being rocks, walls, vines and other things. She is better about this now but still messes up at times. She is banned from leading patrols for a reason. Overall, she is serious about her position and is rather dependable once she slows down and thinks things through.

That is a bit too big dear... especially the wingspan... i don't want them more than about 25-26 inches. once that is fixed, she is approved! Love her backstory!

Bio: Raised to be proud of her abilities she nearly was banished from the clan when she hesitated having her wings removed. Sacrificing her beloved wings she became cruel and thick skulled. Quick to anger and eager to protect the clan's territory her bloodlust rivals even the best warriors of her clan. Only 7 inches long head to her rump while her tail is 9 inches long. Her wings no more than two stumbs.
