What do you do when someone wants to talk to you but you don't have the privilege yet to send PMs or post a thread?
 
New users can post threads in all of the community forums except forum games. Typically though you would talk with other users via your introduction thread, or the main lobby.

Also, I looked over your account since I wasn't sure why you had 153 messages over a span of 3 weeks but hadn't been flagged for review yet. From what I can tell you never posted an introduction thread in the Introductions & Departures forum.
