Equipment: Libidine: Chandra’s snake-sword (whip sword) possesses the ability to change between whip form and sword form at will. Chandra saw a woman with the sword one day, decided that she liked it, killed the woman and took it for herself.
Combat Prowess: Chandra possesses the natural abilities of the elven race. Her dexterity, intelligence, and charisma are above average of a normal human. She is naturally fast on her feet and has immunities to sleeping spells and/or effects. Chandra has a high resistance toward enchantments and spells and/or spell-like abilities. Her night vision is increased but sudden changes in light will leave her momentarily blinded. Chandra is skilled with a number of sword type weapons and is trained in hand to hand combat but she favours her Libidine.
Spells/Powers: Chandra has the ability to manipulate anger, also known as Aggressionkinesis. She is able to influence who people are angry toward and can manipulate how intense their anger is. Chandra feeds off of people’s anger and becomes stronger when the number of angered people in her vicinity increases. Chandra’s basic ability does not work on people who are of strong of mind. Aggressionkinesis has multiple levels to it
Level One: Chandra's appearance does not change. She is able to spark anger within an individual or a room/small area full of people. Chandra is able to magnify the anger and direct the anger toward a person, place, or thing. The anger people feel in this level is enough to start arguing with each other and becoming physical with each other. Level one will only momentarily work on people with mental defenses, they are able to feel a change within themselves and can choose to break it. If the person is under the influence, level one works on them a lot easier.
Level Two: Chandra's eyes are engulfed in a blood red colour. She is able to control a larger area at this level and cause significant increases in rage and anger; she is able to direct this anger. At this level, an individual or group of people act as if they are in a frenzy and will attempt to seriously harm a person, place, or thing, or kill a person. Level two will momentarily affect people with mental defenses, they are able to feel a change within themselves and can choose to break it. If the person is under the influence, level two works on them a lot easier.
Level Three: Chandra's eyes take on a full blood red colour and multiple black veins spread from out of her eye sockets and midway into her cheeks and forehead. Chandra is able to gain full control of a large area, creating a crazed army of berserkers who will kill on sight and retains their own abilities. She is also able to gain control over those she was previously not able to (those of sound mind) in level three. Using level three completely drains Chandra and she is left in a weakened and depressive state.
Blood Manipulation: the ability to manipulate blood, whether from herself or others. It allows for Chandra to control blood from herself or others, or from her surroundings. It gives her the ability to essentially turn people into marionettes or she can draw the blood out of a person's body and kill them. In the same sense, if she is using her own blood for manipulation she can draw too much blood out of herself and kill herself.
Weaknesses: Chandra does not possess the ability to defend from ranged attacks as she is a medium to close range fighter. She also has manic-depressive disorder, causing her to have unusual shifts in mood, energy, and activity levels. In her mania, she enjoys killing people for sport and in her depressive state, she takes comfort in physical intimacy.
Personality: Chandra is lustful in nature and relishes in causing chaos. She has no regard for the human life and takes what she wants. Chandra enjoys torturing her prey and ensures to drag out their pain. The woman is both sultry and promiscuous.
Chandra is playful in a violent way and takes very little seriously. She thrives on fear, anger, and pain.
Skills: Chandra is seductive and has a way of charming any man or woman into doing things for her or to her.
History: Chandra’s family lived in the eastern forests of Oblitus, belonging to a small village by the name of Roney. Roney was home to several drow families, all of which were nearing starvation. The Eclav’s family was pushed out of the village following an incident when their daughter, Chandra, killed a child’s dog for seemingly no reason. The villagers called the daughter psychotic and possessed by a demon. Chandra’s two siblings and her parents began to resent her for having them exiled out of the village, as their family was now sure to die of starvation. The Eclav’s returned to Roney, without Chandra, and begged them to let them live there again. The people of Roney were hesitant, but when the family assured that Chandra had been disowned they allowed the Eclav’s to move back into the village.
Chandra was alone in a house without food for two days before she returned to Roney one fateful night. The people of Roney were fast asleep when Chandra went from house to house, cutting the throats of every single villager. When Chandra approached her family’s house, she woke them one by one before taking their lives.
Chandra wandered out of Roney and into a new village where a family took her in, thinking she was an orphan. All she told them was her name. As Chandra grew older her condition worsened, slipping between states of mania where she tortured random animals she found in the forest and states of depression where she sat in the corner of a room for days without moving or speaking. Another incident occurred, this time Chandra brutalized a child to death with a stone. The village exiled her and the cycle began again, and again, and again. As Chandra aged she began to realize that she lust for the hunt for blood until her mood changed and the only thing that quenched her sorrow was the body of another. Her village life extended as she uncovered strategies on how to manage her condition; kill those deemed to be criminals when the thirst for blood rises and seduce a villager when she felt worthless. Chandra always hiccuped, though, as she had a thirst for chaos and a knack for causing trouble. She decided to leave Oblitus and head to Abaddon, where individuals like her were more widely accepted.
Chandra entered adulthood in Abaddon and as she grew up in the city she discovered that working as a mercenary was a politically correct way of being able to murder people while getting paid to do so. The city was also bustling with fine looking men and women for her to sly her way into when she needed a pick me up and on the days Chandra sought out chaos, she started meaningless fights in the bars between drunken brutes.
Following a fateful golem attack on the city of Abaddon, Chandra left in search of something exciting. She had found herself in the Desert of Pain and came across a young boy, a boy who was the son of an Envoy. The boy provoked her and she didn't flinch to kill him. It wasn't long before a group searching for the Daemon's Cradle found her in the desert and Chandra agreed to accompany them as there was nothing else to do. The group led her to the devil himself, Lucifer, who had taken interest in her and offered for her to fight by his side. It was during the Devil's persuasion that Chandra fell into immense pain, feeling as though another person's existence was entering her own. Someone else's entire memories, life, and soul had merged with hers and she became known as the Sin of Wrath.
