Name: Malini (Other names have been Gurosi, Sylvi, and Uyuino, these are the only ones that are currently known for her past lives. She is fine being called these, as she does not care much for people mistaking her for her past incarnations)

Selvi (Sel-viy) are calm creatures found in Uneam, nearly 20 meters in length, with a slender body, Sea-Horse like head, and two tendrils they use like arms. They often are pastel in color and do not possess many defensive capabilities, however, they breathe out bubbles that can heal many diseases and ailments and their tail can pack a nasty punch. They are delicate, as they do not possess a skeleton and are made mostly out of a cartilage-like substance with large amounts of muscle around their simple digestive respiratory and nervous system. They mainly stay in the water as they can only really move around freely when suspended in water, and on land, they can barely move. Though they often stay among themselves, they can speak and can form friendships with other creatures. They do not mate, and their gender is permanent through their entire existence. The amazing thing about Selvis is their life cycle. Every one hundred years, they will go in on themselves and create a small black hole, though it does not harm the surroundings. After a month, the Selvi will appear new without memory of its past life, however smaller and sometimes with a slightly different appearance. Though they can do this at will, they must do it every 100 years due to their power. Selvis are often innocent, and somewhat gullible, especially after they are renewed. However, they hold a power, that is extremely destructive. They do not know of it until they reach 100, and this is the main reason for their ability to forget everything and start fresh. The Selvi's tendrils, while also used as hands, can be used to completely wipe an object from existence. Meaning that it never existed and that there are no memories of it. There is no knowledge of how as only Selvi's past the age of 100 know it. Due to the nature of this ability, it is impossible to know whether or not any Selvi has ever used it. But, in wistful bliss, most Selvis live their lives under the waters of Uneam, peacefully existing until their 100th year when they reincarnate into their next life.
