In the game, she has a petite build, with curly pastel colored hair and purple eyes. The streaks on her cheeks, cat ears and tail were evidence of her being a phanfasm, and as a result she can shape shift into the form of a small cat.
In Real Life, Louise has long, straight brown hair and amber eyes. Although taller than her game appearance, it is not easily apparent as she is usually just sitting in her wheelchair. While making her avatar, she simply decided to make it close to the line of sight she was used to, hence the significant difference in height.

Class Abilities:
1. Switch (Weapons Master) - the ability to instantly switch weapons mid-battle without opening up the inventory. The current weapon morphs into the next one which may result in more fluid and creative attacks.
2. Keen Eye (Weapons Master) - The ability to see and select the areas that the user would want to damage. The unselected areas will remain unscathed. Turns the user's eyes momentarily green. Also increases precision and aim on long range weapons.
3. Howling (Weapons Master) - Only usable with two-handed weapons. The sound of the scraping of metal to metal is amplified on the ears of the opponent, lowering their speed by up to 50%. Stuns and temporary deafness may occur.
4. Instant Death (Gambler) - An all or nothing ability. Grants the user one hit that could instantly lower the HP to 5%. Decided with a coin flip. Could backfire to the user.

Personality: Having been sheltered and disabled for most of her life, she channeled all her mischief on Oz, loving the way that it makes her feel normal again. This is why her attitude in the game has become drastically different than in real life. In Oz, she is a notorious prankster, using her wits and magic to mess with people whenever she could. Though her pranks are usually harmless, she makes sure to apologize and make it up to her victims if she realized she went too far. She is a cheerful, lively, short-tempered and isn't afraid to speak her mind. However, there are still times her social awkwardness and shyness would show, especially in situations she is not familiar with.

Biography:
Louise was an active child. She was friendly, a social butterfly, played lots of sports and other physical activities. But one day when she was ten, she got into a car accident that killed her father and removed all mobility she had with her legs. Since then she had been living in a wheelchair. At first, she tried to stay positive, but when she realized she couldn't do much of the things she wanted anymore, added to the fact that she lost her father as well, she fell into depression. When the looks of pity became too much for her, she decided to quit school and get taught privately instead, through home schooling. Not wanting to become a burden to her mother, she was the perfect, well-mannered teen, growing up a little too fast than she was meant to be. She had completely lost interest in socializing with people, and it was at that point that her mother decided to buy the virtual reality game everyone has been raving on about, if only to help her gain more friends.
Louise fell in love with the game. It is where she can feel normal again. It took some time getting used to, but when she did, she easily got addicted, feeling happier than she had ever been in the last nine years. Even before the game started trapping people in, she was already happily invested, so much so that the idea of never being able to log out isn't that much of a downside to her. It did make her worry about her mother, yes, but they both knew that even while she may never get out of the game, she will still happy to have found it. A part of her wants to stay in Oz forever, but she doesn't like talking about it, as she knows her wish would not sit well with others. Others who are desperate to leave.
