**Bio:** The son of the now dearly departed Valentina Methuselah, has known much about the island he lived on. He was aware of things that his parents and aunts and uncles didn't know or simply chose to ignore. These strange things had minds of their own and chose the night as their play ground as well as a host. The titles as he slowly came to know them as were truly the makings of the devil himself --Or rather they were himself.
The titles came to be known as the seven sins. These seven sins are what make the island of Atlantis the city of dreams. They allow for vile acts to be done without there being repercussion in the morning. Kill someone during the night on Atlantis and they will simply wake up in their bed the next morning thinking it was all just a dream.
He is a doctor. Lucius gained his PHD from Oxford in England at the age of 25. His father still lives in England. Due to this and personal reasons the two do not have any contact with each other. Lucius prefers to keep it this way.
Lucius takes on the nickname Mephisto when it suits him to do so. He is known by this name among his subordinates who follow him and do as he bids them. The name is often whispered along the streets of his domain granting him power and incite into the hearts of those that murmur the name. It is a power that his title grants him.
The great lion has a few things he enjoys above all other things. The beauty of the home his mother had built for them around the large tree at the heart of the island along with all the birds that flutter about the branches and leaves. As a child he used to climb the tree so he could look out over the island and the rings that surround it. Another thing he enjoys is studying people of all sorts. Sometimes he opens his clinic with the mind of finding those that have rare illnesses and see if he can cure them.
At darker times, when someone happens to do something that causes him to have a bit more of a morbid fascination with them --Or they just happen to catch his eye at the wrong moment-- some find themselves in the dungeons of this prince of darkness. Once there many untold things are done to them. Some are forced to remember it. While others are returned to their lives as if they had never been there.
**Abilities:** Skilled with all medical tools. He can heal just about any illness but often choose not to do so reserving this for those he deems worthy. He can influence those around him to do as he wills. This power doesn't work well on the other Devils despite he being the most powerful. He is very intelligent.
