Personality: He comes off as prickly at first. He had a subconscious complex of not feeling good enough and assuming people underestimate him. He’s intelligent, but is breaking out of a habit of rash decisions. He can be rude, but doesn’t intend to be malicious. Under the prickly skin, there’s a soft, generous boy he rarely lets show.
Biography: Dalton grew up in Hoenn in an average household and family. He never got involved with Pokemon; his family wasn’t into them, and the concept didn’t appeal to him. When he was 11, his father suddenly died of a stroke, causing the family to take it out on each other. He didn’t want to live with his family, but he disliked Pokemon trainers and didn’t want to be one. So spent years working and studying so he could save enough money and finish school. By 16, he had achieved both and settled into Blueberry Town. Days after moving, he accidentally bonded with a Swinub. Having a Pokemon opened his eyes to Pokemon. Within months, his views of Pokemon trainer changed, and decided to travel around Anteceon to become exactly what he used to dislike.
