History: Shali was doesn't remember where she was born, since the age of four she was raised in Windcrest by her Father and Paternal Grandmother. Her father was a member of the Windcrest Militia however when she was five years old he went out on a scouting mission and never returned. Two years later during an especially harsh winter, her grandmother fell ill and did not make it through the season. Alone she was taken in by her fathers closest friend and Mentor Ejon Olafson. At the age of 10 one night, the attack happened her body seized crackling with electricity an aura flowed through here. In the dead of night, she was brought up the mountain to the Vanguard. They helped cleanse her untapped aura and then sent her back down the mountain. Following this attack she was sent to school at the Academia Celestia to work on her magical gifts and then in the summer, she would return to Windcrest and train with the Militia. However, she knew that she wasn't destined for the militia so she joined the Vanguard at 18 and two years later she is a current member of the Order.
Skills
Combat Training- Over years of training Shali was trained extensively in close range melee combat.
Moderate Tracker- Shali has some training in tracking in the wild from her time spent with the Windcrest Militia.
Basic Abilities
Electrify- Allows Shali to charge her weapons and other objects with an electric charge.
Shock Bolt- Fires a weaker bolt of energy at a target meant not to harm but to stun.
Bolt- A bolt of electricity that can be fired at her enemies.
Advanced Abilities
Barrier- Shali Channels her energy to form a barrier that intercepts and blocks incoming attacks and absorbs energy. Adsorbed Energy will strengthen the shield and some energy can be released in a ranged attack from the shield in the form of bolts of lightning. This shield won't stop an attacker from advancing through it however and if her channeling is broken the shield will fail or if an overload of damage occurs the barrier may fail.
Thunderbolt- Summons a single thunderbolt down from the sky.
Critical Abilities
Lightning Gods Wrath- Not Currently Available to Shali
