Victoria did follow Ethan, but was shivering as soon as she got outside. It was the middle of the night and she was still in her pyjamas. Once they got into the car, Tori and Valentia both occupied two of the back seats.

"So where are we going?" Her voice was starting to sound sleepier. It wasn't going to be long for the girl to pass out for the night.

Tori had her hands pressed to the window. She wanted to get a chance to wave her father goodbye but if he knew what was going on he'd be fuming mad. It didn't occur to her peewee brain that she could very well have volunteered to be kidnapped by one of the very gangs who were targeting her. She should have consulted someone before making this rash decision, but that would have been the sensible thing to do, and little Tori was miles away from any definition of the word 'sensible'.

"Okay..." she affirmed as her drowsiness got the better of her. She was out like a light, and was likely going to just be asleep for the entire journey.

Ethan continued to drive until they were at his house. Once they were there, he saw that she was asleep, so he got out of the car and carried her inside his house. He put her on his bed and went to sleep on the couch. He was very soft for a criminal, which was inconvenient, but all he cared about for now was to protect that child. Eventually, he fell into an uncomfortable sleep

That morning at 7:00 sharp Tori awoke in a bed she didn't remember falling asleep in. That was enough to confirm that her rather unusual kidnapping wasn't a dream, and it was nice of the culprit to offer her the bed for the night but also... was this really a bed? It was, but Victoria's wealthy family only let her sleep in the fluffiest, most extravagant bed. This one clearly felt to her like it may as well have just been a boulder.

With no sign of her captor in that room, she didn't really have anyone to complain to so she just got up and sat in her pyjamas, pouting. Maybe it'd be worth getting a few extra hours of sleep in to account for her rough night, but also she was hungry. She never used to make her own breakfast before so she just kind of expected her kidnapper to have something ready by 7:30 just like her father always did.

Ethan woke up and groaned, he hadn't slept much. He got up and went to check if Tori was awake. When he saw her awake, he smiled "Oh, you're awake ! You can get dressed, there are some clothes here !" he pointed to a rusty closet "But, um, you might not like them too much, but it's all I have, so, sorry..." he looked down for a few seconds before putting back on a cheerful attitude "Welp, I'm going to make breakfast !" he closed the door of the room, went into gis kitchen, took out some bread and butter and started to make toasts of butter. He was quite poor, which is why he had joined a gang in the first place
